Episode 15, Setting A Goal  It is one thing to have a dream or epiphany of what you want to create. But it is an entirely different thing to get it done. There are a million ideas, but it all comes down to execution. How do you do it?  Zane talks about collaborating and how it helps to have several partners to install accountability and be able to inspire each other when it becomes hard.  Break the big project into smaller parts.
