I’m Jai Murphy, a Body Positive Health and Wellness Coach, Self-Love Education Advocate, and the creator of Confidently Courteous with Jai Podcast.In 2016 I was over 700-lbs and began the biggest fight of my life. I decided to take control of my health, physically, mentally, and emotionally. My weight, body image issues, and self-love journey is a familiar one for many women. However, it wasn't until I took the courage to live authentically on my own terms that my life changed dramatically.
