Alan talks about how he was first introduced to mindfulness and how this inspired him to set up a 6 week mindfulness course during the pandemic. In this episode we have a short conversation with Craig Jackson and Jonny McGuinness who form part of the technical team in the School of Arts, English and Languages (AEL). Craig and Jonny were winners of the Innovation category of the AHSS Digital Learning Awards for their incredible work in tackling a unique and, fairly complex, problem brought the pandemic – namely, ensuring Music Performance students could continue with their performances and assessment when they were not able to be in the same physical space.
