Is it good to keep in touch with pain—meaning do you have a healthy relationship with the pain you experience? We often tend to run from pain thinking it’s bad but it’s actually just there to tell us something once we listen. Pain is temporal, understand whatever you are battling will eventually suffice.   It’s hard to listen to yourself when you consume so much of the world. Creative health, eating right and The power of taking creative breaks—Learn to step away as needed. Break outside of your bubble, go outside find inspiration in nature & people. Learn to interact with people more and get a feel of how the world response to you and your work. Engage with people form different backgrounds, expose your culturally, understand how things around you function. Ride a bike, take a walk and help calm your mind. At the end of the day you have to return to your home - whether a house, a car or homeless your home is internal not external (physical or materialistic.)
