In this season, I’ll continue to offer you a glimpse into real live coaching sessions with people just like you that are just trying to live their lives well. As a Certified Somatic Practitioner, I’ll incorporate contemplative practices, meditations & somatic breath-work that I have found to be instrumental in moving the Enneagram from intellectual knowledge to transformational wisdom. Outside of the coaching space, I will also teach you how to apply the wisdom of the Enneagram into different aspects of your life from self-care to setting boundaries to navigating relationships.
