Keep Moving is an episode on exercise, it aims to change our motivation and heart attitude to the greatest possible reason to do anything in this world. It will set you free from trying to exercise for all the wrong reasons and feeling like a failure when you just cant seem to get the motivation to maintain regular exercise. Exercise can be Holy and it can actually draw you closer to God and allow you to experience Him in a whole new way. Tania has battled herself with this and changing her perspective has made a massive change in her own life and she hopes that it will do the same for you.
