Self-Love and Sisterhood and Sparkle Magic with Brit Carmichael
2026/10/06
What started with a luxury vegan salon, a daily oracle card practice, and years of learning how to truly love herself eventually became Shine School, the Shine From the Inside Oracle Deck, and a community of more than 5,000 women.
In this episode of The Samantha Parker Show, Samantha sits down with entrepreneur and creator Brit Carmichael in Utah for a conversation about entrepreneurship, self-love, spirituality, community, and what it looks like to build a business around the transformation you’ve experienced yourself.
Brit shares the story behind Shine School and how the lessons she kept being asked to learn about self-love eventually became something she could teach other women. She also takes Samantha behind the creation of her Shine From the Inside Oracle Deck, explaining how her personal practice of pulling a card each day evolved into an entire product and brand.
But this conversation isn’t just about business.
Samantha and Brit talk about the Florida Goddess Retreat, the unexpected breakthroughs that happened during the retreat, hypnosis, sound healing, meditation, reconnecting with your inner child, and the importance of actually having FUN while doing personal growth work.
They also dive into the power of community and the story behind the Shine Tribe Sisterhood, which began through full-moon “Goddess Gatherings.” After Brit’s social media account was hacked, she was forced to rethink where her community lived and how important it is for entrepreneurs to have ownership and connection beyond a social media platform.
And at the center of it all is one of Brit’s biggest messages:
Self-love starts with the story you tell yourself.
This episode is a conversation about taking the experiences life gives you and turning them into something meaningful whether that becomes a business, a community, a product, or simply a completely different relationship with yourself.
If you're interested in entrepreneurship, self-love, women's empowerment, personal growth, spirituality, oracle cards, community building, retreats, social media, and creating a business around your purpose, you won't want to miss this conversation.

What if chronic pain isn’t always a sign that something is damaged? And what happens when years of working in high-pressure healthcare eventually push your nervous system into shutdown?
On this episode of The Samantha Parker Show, Samantha sits down with Kim, founder of Nervana Pain & Restoration, to talk about burnout recovery, chronic pain, the nervous system, pain neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and the connection between the brain and the body.
Kim brings more than 20 years of experience as an ER and trauma nurse, including a leadership role during St. George’s transition from a Level III to a Level II trauma center. But after years of working under intense pressure, Kim experienced severe burnout, isolation while working from home, and what she describes as a dorsal vagal shutdown. That experience ultimately led her to seek help through a three-week local mental health retreat and eventually rethink the direction of her career.
After leaving her hospital position and later working in hospice, Kim began building Nervana Pain & Restoration, combining approaches including pain reprocessing, nervous system support, neuroplasticity, IV hydration and nutrients, and the Neuromed device for targeted electrical nerve therapy.
In this conversation, Kim explains why pain does not always equal tissue damage, the difference between acute and chronic pain, how fear can influence the pain experience, and why understanding the nervous system can be an important part of recovery.
In this episode, we talk about:
* Chronic pain and the brain-body connection
* Why pain doesn’t always mean tissue damage
* Pain neuroscience and neuroplasticity
* Pain reprocessing therapy
* Nervous system regulation and support
* Burnout in healthcare
* Kim’s experience as an ER and trauma nurse

How to Be RADICALLY Authentic & Win in Real Estate | Emily Blossom on The Samantha Parker Show
2026/09/01
What if the secret to building a successful business isn't becoming someone else but becoming more of yourself?
In this episode of The Samantha Parker Show, Samantha sits down with author, entrepreneur, and real estate leader Emily Blossom for a conversation about authenticity, mindset, business, healing, personal branding, and what it really takes to create lasting success.
Emily shares insights from her upcoming book, “Be Radical About Selling Real Estate,” which explores 12 mindset principles and 30 rules designed to help real estate professionals and entrepreneurs build successful businesses from the inside out.

I Cancelled the Contract | Kailey owner of Kéya Salon
2026/06/16
What happens when a business opportunity looks perfect on paper... but your gut says no?
In this episode of The Samantha Parker Show, I sit down with returning guest Kailey Graziano, founder of Kéya Salon in St. George, Utah, to talk about one of the biggest business decisions she's ever made.
After nearly signing a contract to open a third salon location across town, Kailey made a surprising pivot. Through prayer, intuition, conversations with her family, and trusting her instincts, she walked away from the expansion and chose a completely different path.
The result?
Kéya Salon is now expanding from 6 chairs to 15 chairs, growing its team to nearly 20 stylists, creating space for future services, and exploring opportunities that may include a day spa and even purchasing the building.
Kailey's story is a powerful reminder that growth isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about trusting yourself enough to choose a different path.
If you're a salon owner, entrepreneur, business owner, hairstylist, realtor, working mom, or someone navigating a major life decision, this conversation is packed with insights you won't want to miss.

The Samantha Parker interviews Mike and Hope, owners of Degree Wellness in St. George, describing it as a luxury wellness and recovery studio offering evidence-based modalities including contrast therapy (infrared sauna and cold plunge in private suites), cryotherapy, full-body red light, compression massage boots, IV therapy, and nutrient shots (e.g., B12, D3, glutathione, NAD+). The Samantha Parker Takeover Podcast Series EP5: Jennie with MEND Counseling
2026/03/29
What Is Somatic Therapy? Jennie of MEND Counseling Explains Trauma, Nervous System Healing, and Building a Therapy Team.
On the Samantha Parker Show takeover series, Samantha interviews Jennie, owner of MEND Counseling Center in St. George, Utah, a group practice with seven other therapists (adding one more) chosen for extensive experience handling complex trauma. Jennie explains somatic therapy as “body” work focused on how the nervous system records experiences, describing physiological responses like tension, shaking, numbing/shutdown, and how pausing and breathing can help process emotions so trauma doesn’t become encapsulated. She emphasizes talk therapy’s value for safety, witnessing, and building a roadmap, but says somatic tools help resolve activation so memories become “net neutral,” mentioning modalities like brainspotting/EMDR and the role of window of tolerance. Jennie shares her path from college softball to psychology, wilderness therapy, and bodywork, plus a year-long psychedelic-assisted therapy training, and describes building a team to help more people. They also discuss self-care, community collaborations like Samantha’s impact walks, and where to find MEND online.

The Samantha Parker Takeover Podcast Series EP3: THE MONEY MAMA
2026/03/15
On the Samantha Parker Show’s 2026 “Takeover” series, Samantha interviews returning guest Caramie Ann (“The Money Mama”) about women, money confidence, and why income isn’t the real problem mindset and habits are. They discuss how childhood programming shapes money beliefs, the difficulty of holding a new “wealth” identity, and how avoiding finances is often emotional rather than logical. Caramie Ann shares that hyper-fixating on expenses can be less effective than focusing on creating more income, and emphasizes automation (tax savings, gift/Christmas buckets) to reduce stress and build consistency. They explore how even very wealthy people can feel scarcity, why peace and freedom are “inside jobs,” and how confidence comes from knowing you can rebuild after loss. Caramie Ann describes her sessions helping clients gain clarity, ease, and a roadmap, and invites listeners to book a free money session at themoneymama.com.
