Dr. Sadaf is the Associate Dean of the Undergraduate Medical Program at the Aga Khan University as well as an esteemed faculty in the field of General Surgery! Her journey to this point was far from simple, however, with many trials and tribulations facing her in her path. Through these trials, Dr. Sadaf has amassed a vast body of experience, thus allowing her to serve multiple positions such as President of the Association of Women Surgeons, Pakistan (AWSP)! Dr. Sameen Siddiqi is the Current Chair of the Department of Community Health Sciences at AKU. His body of work has also spanned multiple positions such as at the WHO where he served as the Director of Health System Development & at the Health Services Academy where he was the Masters of Public Health Director. Through his experiences, Dr. Sameen has amassed an intensive body of work regarding health systems, health care service delivery, and health policy. In a world mired by pandemics, knowledge of Public Health has become essential for health practitioners, as when there is no cure, prevention is all that remains.
