Seasons of JOY (FALL 2026)
2026/10/29
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to another episode of Seasons of Joy--A quarterly series produced with the help of  Stacy's friend and kindred, mindfulness coach Joy Jordan.   Seasons of Joy was born out of their shared love of nature, the seasons, and their belief that each season holds its own wisdom. This year Stacy and Joy have been stripping things down. They've been focusing on authentic answers to the question "How are you?" by asking instead "How are you, really?" No, really. And in each episode they impart some inspiration and hope by noting what they're reading, listening to, or witnessing that's lifting them up personally--as well as sharing the areas where they themselves are stretching in their lives.
