Advertise on podcast: Men You Are Not Alone

After devoting the past decade to being a voice for men and recording most of the 150+ episodes of this podcast to try to bring attention to men's issues, I am shifting gears to run down the road of seeming randomness that isn't random, the road for which I was made to run down.  Culture is complex.  I'm not ditching what keeps us grounded and I am not in pursuit of the fantastic or dramatic.  I am going to be reaching out to do my best to collect it all.  Because somehow it all ties together. I will likely be unpublishing a lot of previous content and changing course dramatically mid-stream, which will be a mess, it will be confusing to new listeners because the numbering of the episodes and content will not make a lot of sense once I change the name of the podcast, and any sane person would say I should simply start from scratch again.  But I don't care.  Previous content is part of this journey and I'm not abandoning where I came from. I'll let listeners know when the name change will take place.  It'll be soon.  Stay tuned.

At about the 9:08 mark, I misspoke and said "elected experts," but I meant to say "UNelected experts."  I don't have the energy or the time to go back and re-record this to correct my mistake.  The context of the episode, both before and after that mark, should make it readily apparent to the listener that I intended to say "unelected experts."

This is more of a summary and a little bit of expansion on Episode 51.  To get a fuller context for this one, you may consider listening to Episode 51 before or after this one. As of the posting of Episode 136, I still have not heard anyone posit this notion that came to me about three years ago.  Based on the reactions I have received the few times I have floated this out as a subject of discussion, the very premise of my notion is like a framing hammer to the egg shell of modern Christian's views on eschatology, probably because we all have it denominationally figured out, even though we have a host of conflicting opinions.  It's a fun grenade to toss out into a room of normal, safe, and denominationally standardized conversation. If anyone listening has contact info to send link to this to Jon Levi, one of the OG's of the mudflood discussion, please send it to him.  He's one of the exceedingly few people I will set aside time to watch what he posts because I respect the journey he is on.

The episode I make reference to in this one regarding my long-term observations and studies of aerial spraying since 2006 is Episode 120.  I fumbled around and found it this morning, but had already made this episode live.  Episode 120 will provide some context for Episode 134.
