A song God put on my heart in the middle of class. Sometimes I try to force writing songs, and then I don’t end up liking them or finishing them. But this one God showed to my heart so simply. Sometimes we try to build what we think we should, and we try to play out every possible detail in our heads, when God just wants to give it to us. We overthink, hoping to do things perfectly. He loves us despite our faults, and I reminded time and time again that He makes me strong, and that’s better than anything I can construct myself in my own strength.
