We discussed the poor performance in the 14-6 win over New Mexico. Our deep frustration with the offense, particularly John Mateer and Ben Arbuckle, ranges from the play-calling to the lack of production and rests with an inability to make necessary changes—benching Mateer for Whitt Neubauer. The defense deserves high praise for its strong performance despite being on the field for a long time. To say we have a bleak outlook for the rest of the season is an understatement.
