The healing power of personal style with Lillian Gray Charles
2026/01/07
On this week's episode of Unslurred I'm joined by Lillian Gray Charles. Lillian is a holistic personal stylist that focuses on creative capsule wardrobes that capture the essence of women where they are and where they’re headed. In this episode, we go way beyond ‘what to wear'  to talk about the secret life your closet is already telling about you… even if you have no idea it’s snitching. We dive into: ✨ How your clothes reveal the identity you’re still hiding behind ✨ Why understanding your body shape is less “fashion rules” and more “self-reverence” ✨ How relationships, heartbreaks, and boundary breakthroughs show up in your wardrobe (yes, your ex lives in your closet… but not for long) Lillian gets real about the moments she lost herself, how she rebuilt her confidence through intentional style, and why a capsule wardrobe isn’t about minimalism. It’s about peace, power, and making getting dressed feel like a self-love ritual. This conversation is deliciously honest, a little spicy, and packed with those “ohhhh THAT’S why I dress like that” revelations. It’s for the woman who’s done abandoning herself in her marriage, her habits, and now? Her closet. If you’re ready to stop playing dress-up in an identity you’ve outgrown and start embodying the woman you’re becoming—this one is your episode. Want to connect with Lillian? Navigating creativity & connection in the AI world with Jen Navarro
2025/12/12
In this episode, I sat down with Jen Navarro, Personal Brand Strategist, and we got into the messy, fascinating, slightly spicy relationship between AI and human creativity. We talked about how AI can be this incredible tool that supports our work… and how it can also accidentally hijack your voice if you’re not staying anchored in your own creative truth. We share why keeping a personal writing practice matters more than ever, the places where AI absolutely cannot replace human connection, and the real limitations of using AI for coaching, therapy, or emotional healing. We also went deep into how easy it is to start outsourcing your self-trust to technology and what that does to your growth, your relationships, and your ability to feel like you. For me, this conversation was a reminder that AI isn’t the enemy. It’s a powerful tool. But I’m still the magic. You’re still the magic. And integrating AI responsibly is the new self-leadership. 👌🏻 Connect with Jenn on instagram here Connect with Jenn on youtube here Ready to make the next 10 years of your marriage even better than the last?? Brightside B!tches: finding gifts that sparkle more than a disco planter 💃🏼
2025/10/07
Hey hot mamas 💖 On this week’s episode of Unslurred, I’m sharing a personal story from my 47th birthday weekend, one that surprised me by revealing just how much I’ve grown over the past few years. There was a time when things not going “my way” could ruin my day. Overwhelm, disappointment, frustration, I’d spiral. But this time? I didn’t need to force a silver lining or bypass my feelings. I found the lesson — the gold — without glossing it over in fake positivity. This episode is for you if:  ✨ You’re tired of hearing “just be grateful” when things fall apart.  ✨ You’re learning how to hold space for disappointment and growth. ✨ You want to get better at emotional regulation without numbing, fixing, or faking happy. You’ll hear how I’ve learned to shift from reacting to reality to leading through it — and how that skill has changed everything in my relationships, my emotional resilience, and my peace of mind. If you’re craving that same clarity and emotional strength, start with The 90 Day Reset — my signature coaching-in-a-PDF guide to take a break from alcohol, rebuild your self-trust, and get your sparkle back. 👉 Grab The 90 Day Reset here. If you’re ready to go deeper and want my eyes on your specific patterns, apply for a Breakthrough Blueprint Call. This is for you if you: ✅ Have been drinking to cope with resentment, stress, or disconnection in your marriage. ✅ Know deep down you want more—but you’re not sure where to start. ✅ Are tired of waiting for your partner to change before you feel better. ✅ Want tools that work right now, not “someday when life is easier.”  👉 Book your call here
The lonely chapter (the part 🍷 can't fix in your marriage)
2025/09/29
Ever felt lonely… while sitting right next to your partner?  Or poured a glass of wine during bath time because it felt like the only glue holding you together? That’s the Lonely Chapter. And it’s one of the most tender, disorienting seasons women go through in marriage and motherhood. Here’s the thing: loneliness doesn’t always look like being alone. It often looks like: Being “busy” but disconnected.Smiling in public while feeling unseen in private.Reaching for wine because it feels like your only reliable friend. In this episode, I’m breaking down how the Lonely Chapter sneaks in, why it’s so hard to escape, and how to turn it into a powerful self-discovery portal instead of a cycle of wine and divorce fantasies.  What You’ll Learn in This Episode ✨ Why wine never really solves loneliness (and how it keeps you stuck). ✨ The hidden gift inside the Lonely Chapter (and how to find it). ✨ 3 actionable tips to transform loneliness into self-trust: Name it out loud – take away the shame by admitting it.Replace numbing with noticing – one small pause builds massive self-trust.Create one intentional connection daily – with yourself or someone else🔥 Ready to Reset? If you’re in your own Lonely Chapter right now...maybe it’s late nights with a glass of wine, maybe it’s sitting in the same room with your partner but feeling a mile apart — I want you to know this: you are not broken, you’re just ready for a reset. That’s why I created The 90 Day Reset. It’s the exact strategy and system that took me from:  ➡️ Drinking wine at bath time  ➡️ Cutting back 90%  ➡️ To 2.5 years alcohol free It’s the same framework I’ve taught women for the last 4 years to rebuild their confidence, their habits, and their sense of self. 👉 Click here to join The 90 Day Reset now
Wine & Whine Saturdays: How Complaining + Drinking Kept Me Stuck
2025/09/08
Every Saturday morning, I hit the gym with my friend. And every Saturday morning… I complained about my marriage like it was part of the workout plan. That vent-and-vino combo felt like peanut butter & jelly: automatic, comforting, and just what I thought I needed. The truth? Pairing complaints with Chardonnay didn’t move me forward. It kept me stuck in the victim-blame trap, numbed out in co-dependency, and living just above baseline. In this episode, I get raw about:  ✨ Why complaining felt good but actually recycled resentment  ✨ The 3 sneaky ways drinking keeps women stuck in co-dependency  ✨ How my “wine & whine” habit eroded my confidence and self-trust  ✨ The massive contrast between then (avoidant, resentful, numbed out) and now (direct, self-respecting, holding standards that uplift my marriage) If you’ve ever wondered why venting + wine feels like relief but actually robs your confidence, this episode is your wake-up call. Ready to take the work further:  Grab my guide: The 90 Day Rewined: Take a break from alcohol, restore your confidence, and reclaim your self-leadership   https://stan.store/milfierich/p/90dayrewined  💬 Or book a call with me for private coaching  we’ll map out your personalized blueprint to feeling good in your body and happier in your marriage without the third wheel 🍷  https://calendly.com/jajuechter/claritycall
Your alcohol brain is a CHAD in disguise
2025/09/01
If you’ve ever thought “maybe just one drink…”  congratulations, you’ve just met your alcohol brain doing its favorite party trick. In this episode, I break down two laugh-so-you-don’t-cry analogies my clients love: Alcohol = The Narcissist. And your brain? She’s his adoring mom, making excuses for all his bad behavior. “He didn’t mean it, he was just stressed…” Sound familiar? That’s what happens every time you rationalize another pour. The “Just the Tip” Chad. You know the college guy who swore it was just for a second, just to see how it feels? 🍆 🙄 Yeah. Your alcohol brain is that guy. Offering you “just the tip” thoughts all day long while you wrestle with cravings. Once you spot it, you can unsee the chad-ness.You're gonna walk away with:  How to recognize manipulative “just the tip” thoughts for what they are.Why your brain defends alcohol like it’s in a toxic relationship.Simple reframes to laugh at the BS instead of falling for it.Because here’s the deal: your alcohol brain will always try to seduce you. But once you know its game, you stop being the freshman at the frat party, naive to it's chadness ways. 🔗 Ready to outsmart your Chad-brain and build unshakable self-trust? Grab my guide The 90 Day Rewined—your sober toolbox for craving reduction, confidence compounding, and identity shifts that last. https://stan.store/milfierich/p/90dayrewined Want more personalized support, send me an DM on instagram to talk about 1:1 coaching options I have right now.  https://www.instagram.com/milfierich/
Are You Interested in not drinking… or Committed?
2025/05/26
Hot mamas, get ready to take off the spiritual Spanx and slip into something real… because in this soul-sparking episode of Unslurred, I’m breaking down the difference between being interested in sobriety and being committed AF. This ep was inspired by a juicy convo between two of my favorite expanders — Dr. Kelly Brogan + John Assaraf — and they said something that landed so hard for me: “When you’re just interested, fear runs the show. When you’re committed? You use fear as fuel.”UM. YES. So today, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what keeps us stuck in “kinda-sorta” energy around ditching alcohol — and how to finally flip the switch from flirting with sobriety… to becoming her sexy soulmate. In this episode, we unpack: 💭 The 3 core fears that keep you interested in drinking — not committed to quitting 💥 Why FOMO isn’t actually about missing out (spoiler: it’s about missing FAKE shit) 🧠 The identity + skillset upgrades required for lasting change ⚡ What’s really going on when your brain says, “I just don’t think I can do this…” 🔮 How alcohol gives you fake safe space — and what happens when you choose real intimacy instead 💅🏽 Why nervous system regulation is your sobriety superpower 🧬 The new belief systems you need to step into your next-level sober identity If you’ve ever thought:  “I don’t think I can do it…”  “I just want to connect and have fun…”  “I can’t handle reality without a drink…” This one’s for you, babe.   And if you're ready to go from interested to I don't even recognize that version of me anymore… 💃🏼Grab my Ditch Drinking Guide — your roadmap to releasing alcohol with clarity, confidence, and zero shame spirals. ✨ https://stan.store/milfierich/p/ditch-drinking-disco- ✨
Quitting Drinking Isn’t the Whole Story — It’s About Self-Abandonment, Codependency & the Animus Rising
2025/05/23
🔥 Episode Summary: If you’ve ever poured a glass of wine to keep the peace in your marriage — this one’s for you. In today’s episode, I go deep into the real reason so many women drink: not addiction — but self-abandonment. We unpack the sneaky grip of codependency, how alcohol became the buffer for unmet emotional needs, and the powerful transformation that happens when you integrate your animus — your inner masculine. This isn’t just about quitting drinking. It’s about no longer outsourcing your safety to a man who hasn’t done his inner work. It’s about becoming the woman who protects, provides, and parents herself — with fierce love and unshakeable boundaries. You’ll walk away with 5 potent steps to begin reparenting your inner masculine, holding yourself through the discomfort of change, and stepping into your next era: sober, sovereign, and deeply self-led. ✨ PS: Ready to go deeper with this work? Download my Ditch Drinking Disco Guide — a soulful, no-shame, high-glam roadmap to help you quit drinking without losing your sparkle. What to do after dry January so you don't go right back to your old drinking patterns
2025/01/28
Happy new year my friends! On this episode I talk about what you need to think about implementing if what you WANT is to change your drinking habit long term. I mean, if you're doing dry January I have to suspect you want a change right? Like you're not doing it JUST to prove you can...or are you?? My suggestion is to keep going! Habits change with consistency and you most likely need MORE not drinking time especially if you're like I was and you've been drinking off and on for decades. The most recent research says habit change takes anywhere from 60-360 days! I personally suggest my clients do at LEAST 90 days away from alcohol, 6 months is better, and OMG a year...is life changing. Let me know how it's going for you! Send me a DM on my instagram linked below and when you want more help there are two ways you can work with me: 1. My free "Break Up with Alcohol Course" will teach you the tools and science I used to help me go from drinking more days of the week than I didn't to now happily almost 2 years alcohol free. Register for the free course here ➡️ https://stan.store/jenniejuechtercoaching 2. Private coaching where you get more individualized support and I help you unpack some of the issues that led to you over drinking in the first place so it's easier for you to make informed choices around alcohol in the future. Discipline will set you free
2024/08/22
Good morning hot mamas!! I often get the compliment that I am disciplined and I LOVE hearing that. I have worked really hard to develop that trait in myself and I want to share a few tips today so you can increase your discipline and get more of what you want!
Look at YOU!! Shift from self judgment to curiosity, compassion, and maybe even amusement
2024/08/13
Hello my friends! On today's episode I'm sharing a tool I started using just this past week when I found myself really wanting to judge an aspect of my life that I "did not like." What I know is that I am ALWAYS creating. Sometimes I'm creating from the conscious "I want this" part of myself and sometimes I'm creating from my unconscious self who has wants and needs that I may not be aware of or am not in alignment with. The fact is, I am always getting what I want but sometimes it's an UNCONSCIOUS want/need that's being met and when I judge what I have (perhaps some result that my conscious mind is like, ummmm wtf Jennie I don't like this) I am judging the part of me that DOES in deed want it. How do I know a part of me wants what I have? Because I have it. And instead of shaming myself to change I've found it more fascinating and loving to dig deep and understand what part of me is getting EXACTLY what she wants even if it seems kinda s****y. And how might I be fascinated by this.  The look at you tool is meant to bring light into the darker aspects that shame and condemn us for meeting needs in seemingly unhealthy ways.  From this place of self compassion and curiosity we are more likely to change habits, thought patterns, and ways of being that aren't serving us anymore. Give it a try and let me know your thoughts! And when you're ready to dive deep into the work that will keep you on the path to what you deeply want for your life, your relationships, and your overall well being click the link below and book a time to talk with me about private coaching ❤️ https://calendly.com/jajuechter/consultation_call
Drinking is a distraction from what you really want
2024/07/23
Hello beautiful friends! I have a solo episode today inspired by a podcast I recently listened to from Ed Mylett on distractions. I started to contemplate how drinking for me was often a distraction from what I really wanted. My alcohol use kept me from ❌ creating the body I really wanted to have ❌ the connection I longed for in my relationship ❌ and ultimately being brave in my life When I changed my drinking habit I really altered my ability to take risks and be courageous in my pursuit of my dreams. I came to realize that alcohol allowed me to get something for nothing. Meaning I didn't have to put in any work to feel good. And that type of distraction kept me flying under the radar of my own life. If you think that you could have MORE of what you wanted if you changed your drinking habit...this episode will help shed some light on this for you! If you'd like to listen to the podcast I referred to from Ed Mylett you can find it here and the part I found most compelling started at the time stampl 56:26. Are we connected on the gram yet? If not, let's be besties over there. Find me here! And if you're not on my email list and want daily inspo in your inbox from me, click the link here to subscribe. I'll see you all next week! xo Jennie PS. My client Erica has lost 30 pounds by staying focused and limiting distractions. She's changing her relationship with food and in her words “I'm no longer ruled by a f*****g donut ” Today on our call she said “I know the weight will keep falling off with my consistency.” Focus is what keeps us consistent and coaching with me is what keeps you focused. No more distractions. In my world, we get what we want! If you want to feel fitter in your 40s than you did in your 20s, click the link here to book a time to talk to me about 1:1 coaching.
