The setting couldn’t be more fitting, as the two hosts unveil a brand new theme and a brand new tagline for their second podcast season: “Women with Game.” Five players from the USWO field—Charley Hull, Gabby Lemieux, Lily He, Ami Gianchandani, and Bianca Pagdanganan—stop by to chat about how they got into golf, their hopes for the women’s game, female golfers they look up to, and the historic purse increase at this week’s championship. USWO Assistant Director Allison Burns as well as collegiate golfer and Down Syndrome advocate Amy Bocherstette also join Hally and Henni for exciting conversations about women’s golf.

When Julius Erving retired from the NBA, he was looking for an outlet that was competitive, but didn’t take a toll on his body. Naturally, golf was the perfect option for Erving, who is better known as “Dr. J.” On this week’s episode, Hally and Henni speak to Dr. J about his relationship with the sport, the striking similarities between hitting a putt and making a free throw, and more. Plus, Hally and Dr. J reminisce about the pair of NBA-logoed socks that Hally won off of the Hall of Famer in a three hole match.

You’d assume five-time LPGA winner Michelle Wie West would have been a middle school celebrity back in her days as a junior golf phenom, but that wasn’t the case. According to touring comedian and actress Heather McMahan, stand-up comedy is a “solo sport,” just like golf. On this week’s episode, Henni and Hally have a light hearted chat with McMahan about her leisurely relationship with golf. McMahan and the hosts discuss drinking while playing, enjoying the game with significant others, and how to perform well when you don’t have “your best stuff,” both on stage and on the course.

What do actors and golfers have in common? Henni and Hally welcome legendary American actor Richard Kind on the podcast this week and attempt to answer that very question. The Curb Your Enthusiasm and Inside Out star details wild stories from his days on set and explains why both golf and acting require you to “zone out.” Plus, Hally recaps her golf broadcasting debut, and Henni reminisces about some of her most embarrassing faux pas moments on air.

It’s no secret that Collin Morikawa has competitive fire, but in this week’s episode the 24-year-old two-time major champion goes into depth about where that drive comes from. Henni and Hally chat with Collin about everything from dreaming about playing against Tiger to the best advice that has stuck with him from his early days as a pro. But their conversation isn’t limited to golf: Collin reveals his luggage packing secrets for weeks on the road and gives the hosts recommendations for the best chicken shawarma in Los Angeles.
