Whether you’re staging your home, designing your next big thing, or decluttering your aura after a creative collapse—we’re here to whisper (sometimes shout): You are the frequency. The ritual is the reminder. The Haus always wins. Expect soulful solo episodes, out of this world guest interviews, cosmic energy drops, ritual rundowns, creative forecasts, and conversations that stir the spirit and style the soul. Each episode leaves you with something to do, feel, reflect on, or style—because everything is connected, and energy is always the first design element.

Astrid’s Haus Keys | No. 10 — Trust
2026/10/04
The concierge has saved the best for last, darling. This week, the final key — the master key, the one that makes all the others work: Trust. You can hold every key on the ring — boundaries, clarity, pleasure, abundance, rest, desire, flow, grace, radiance — but without this one, you’ll clutch them all too tightly to ever use them. Trust is the key that quiets the part of you that keeps checking. You know the one — the guest who plants a seed and digs it up every morning to see if it’s growing. Who sets a beautiful intention, then refreshes, and refreshes, certain that if she looks away for even a moment, it will all fall apart. But nothing grows while you’re clutching it, darling. The seed does its best work in the dark, unwatched. Trust isn’t doing nothing — it’s doing your part, beautifully and fully, and then taking your hands off. And the deepest door this key opens? Learning to trust yourself — because you’ve survived every hard day so far, and your record is spotless. This week’s ritual (and journal) will help you set down the one thing you’ve been gripping. https://canva.link/25354cpooygsaks Astrid's Journal
Chi Doesn't Care What Your House Cost
2026/10/04
I watched a $69 million mansion tour this week — sixty-nine million dollars — and as beautiful as it was, I couldn't unsee everything that was energetically... off. Because here's what nobody tells you on these glossy home tours: you can spend a fortune and still build a home that quietly works against the people living in it. Price has nothing to do with alignment. Chi doesn't care what your house cost. So in this episode, we're taking a second tour — not the design tour, the energy tour. Same house, different lens. I'll walk you through the placement mistakes hiding in even a $69 million mansion (the overwhelming entry, the bed with no command position, the sharp angles, the cold vastness) — and here's the part that matters: how those exact mistakes affect the humans who live there. Then we bring it home to you, because every one of these scales down to your own space, at any price — and the fix is free. By the end, you'll never watch a home tour the same way again. You'll stop asking "is it beautiful?" and start asking the only question that matters: "would I actually feel good LIVING here?" 🏡 🌊 Grab the free Read Your Own Home worksheet in the links to walk your own space with me — and if you want to go deeper, Just Add Water (my 4-week journey to align your space and come home to yourself) is open now. https://canva.link/ws5q1sm3beq5gtc Ritual Resource Page https://canva.link/joe40heoht51f6m Read Your Home Worksheet https://youtu.be/AhntDMd7Ma4?si=mXUsgdKU4b0UM39v Mansion Episode https://canva.link/9s9p77zcepwat8p Bagua Map
Astrid's Haus Keys | No. 9 — Radiance
2026/10/02
This week, the key unlocks Radiance. And before you insist you're not the radiant type — that radiance is for the bold ones, the loud ones, the women who take up space so easily — let Astrid stop you right there. Radiance was never about being the brightest in the room. It's about no longer hiding the light you already carry. Here's the truth: most of us were taught, somewhere along the way, to turn ourselves down. To not be too much, too bright, too seen. We dimmed our wattage in rooms that couldn't handle it — and called it humility. But it was never humility, darling. It was a waste of perfectly good light. A chandelier doesn't glow to be admired; it glows to fill the room, so everyone beneath it can see, and gather, and shine. You were never meant to dim yourself so others could glow. This week's ritual (and journal) will help you do one thing you'd normally dim yourself out of — and notice the room doesn't fall apart when you shine. It gets brighter. It always does. ✨ https://canva.link/jhsbizay26a0yg5 Astrid's Journal
Astrid's Haus Keys | No. 8 — Grace
2026/10/01
Forgive the silence, darlings — October pulled Astrid into the library, and she quite lost track of the calendar. But she's back, and she's brought the key you've been withholding from the one person who needs it most: yourself. This week, the key unlocks Grace. Here's what Astrid has noticed from a lifetime of watching guests: you are endlessly gracious — to everyone but yourself. You comfort the friend who stumbles, then turn the knives on your own mistakes. You pour grace like champagne to every glass in the room, and stand there parched, refusing a single drop for yourself. But grace isn't lowered standards or excuses. It's humanity — the radical act of letting yourself be a person who gets tired, who grieves, who has hard seasons. You do not need to earn rest through suffering. You do not need to be productive to be worthy. This week's ritual (and journal) will help you catch the to you so voice, and finally speak to yourself in the manner you save for the people you adore. Have some grace, it looks amazing on you :) https://canva.link/rxak3oabpbox7yo Astrid's Journal
Astrid's Haus Keys | No. 7 — Flow
2026/09/29
Kick off your shoes, darling — this week's key cannot be held by anyone standing rigid and braced. This week, the key unlocks Flow: the current the whole Haus is built upon. Here's the great mistake Astrid watches guests make, again and again — they believe that to get anywhere, they must force. Push harder. Grip tighter. Muscle their way through. But water has never once forced its way anywhere, and it has carved canyons, crossed oceans, worn mountains into sand. Not by pushing — by softening around what it cannot move, finding the open way, and trusting the pull of where it's meant to go. And here's the secret this whole Haus is built on: you are not learning to become like water. You already are. Most of you is water, darling. So when you grip and brace against your own life, you're fighting your own nature. And when you flow? You're simply coming home to what you've always been. This week's ritual (and journal) will help you find the one place you've been forcing — and soften into the current instead. Because no river ever reached the sea by fighting its own banks. It simply flowed — and the sea was always waiting. https://canva.link/6mzdlguh7t9h454 (Astrid's Journal)
Astrid's Haus Keys | No. 6 — Desire
2026/09/09
Here's the secret: desire isn't demanding. It's declaring. Too many of us whisper our wants like guilty secrets — half-hoping someone will notice and hand them to us without our ever having to say them out loud, as though wanting were something to apologize for. But the first rule of the Haus is this: room service never arrives without an order. You can sit in the finest suite in the world, hungry, for as long as you like — no tray comes until you lift the phone and say what you want. Plainly. Out loud. The Haus is generous, darling — but it is not a mind reader. This week's ritual (and journal) will help you stop whispering, and start declaring. https://canva.link/0j140yo15qlpvwd Astrid's Journal
Astrid's Haus Keys l No. 5 - Rest
2026/08/31
Come in, darling. This week, Astrid welcomes you into the quietest suite in the Haus — and hands you the fifth key. Rest. We treat rest like weakness, don't we? The thing we allow ourselves only after we've pushed through, earned it, run ourselves into the ground. But rest is not absence. It is restoration — the deliberate setting-down that lets radiance rebuild. As a jewel must be laid still before the light can find it again, so must you. And there's a reason this key falls exactly here. Key Five sits at the very center of the nine — four doors behind you, four still ahead. You are standing at the midpoint of the whole journey, the still point where the wise traveler drops anchor, not because the voyage has failed, but because the second half asks for someone who has been allowed to recover. In this episode, Astrid unlocks why rest is the most undervalued luxury she knows, why this key opens a different door for every guest, and the single ritual that will carry you into the back half of the season restored. Because the second half is going to want all of you. This week's ritual: Choose one evening to rest completely. No screens. No performance. Let the world spin without you for a moment — the Haus will keep watch. Call it lazy if you must. Astrid prefers to call it luxury. https://canva.link/thlzgps6886taf1 Astrid's Journal
You Are Not Lost. You Just Might Be Nowhere.
2026/08/31
You've been doing all the right things—setting the goals, making the plans, pushing toward the life you want. So why do you feel so tired, and still a little lost? Here's the truth this episode unpacks: you can't chart a course from a place you've never named. A destination without a starting point isn't a route—it's a wish. And most of us are navigating our whole lives without ever marking where we actually stand. This week we're diving into the heart of the Just Add Water method: the wayfinding system. You'll learn why "finding your coordinates" changes everything, how the oldest navigators in the world crossed oceans without forcing a single straight line, and why locating yourself—honestly—is the move that finally lets you stop forcing and start growing. Free companion worksheet — Find Your First Coordinate: grab the printable that walks you through locating yourself in one area of your life. https://canva.link/9pcfmykv1wdbumc 🌊 Just Add Water opens September 21st. Ritual Haus Full Moon Meditation at The Estate | What the Light Reveals
2026/08/28
The Estate looks different under a Full Moon. Nothing has moved, and yet suddenly, you can see everything. Tonight’s meditation is an invitation to step into the moonlit gardens of The Estate and notice what has been quietly asking for your attention. Not to fix it. Not to force it. Simply to see it. Together, we’ll move through a gentle ritual of release and recognition, asking two questions: What am I ready to release? What am I finally ready to recognize? Because sometimes clarity isn’t about finding another answer. Sometimes it’s about becoming still enough to see what was already there. Find somewhere quiet. Put on your headphones. Close your eyes.
Astrid's Haus Keys | No. 4 — Abundance
2026/08/24
The concierge has left another upgrade at your door, darling — and this week's key unlocks Abundance. But before you assume this is about money: sit down, pour yourself something lovely, and let Astrid correct a few things. Because abundance is a rhythm, not an accident — and most guests are doing it exactly backwards, clutching and hoarding, convinced scarcity is safety. (Scarcity, darling, is a tiresome guest with terrible taste.) The secret? Set the table with expectancy, and abundance can't help but RSVP. Sometimes it's money. Sometimes it's the right people, the perfect opportunity, or simply the eyes to see how overflowing your life already is. Same key, different door — the Haus always provides what you're ready to receive. This week's ritual is inside, along with a journal to open your own seat for more. https://canva.link/p849ua87qovpm4v Astrid's Journal
The Mountain Within | A Tribute to Nims Dai
2026/08/24
Some people reach through a screen and rearrange something in you. Nirmal "Nims Dai" Purja was one of those people for me. The legendary mountaineer — who climbed all fourteen of the world's 8,000-meter peaks in a record 189 days, and taught millions that nothing is impossible — is gone, lost in an avalanche on Broad Peak at just 43. This episode is my tribute to him. It's also the most personal story I've shared: years ago, after a car accident and a near-death experience, it was his film that breathed life back into me when I needed it most. I've carried Everest in my heart my whole life — and through watching his film, it made me want to take the leap even more. But his deepest teaching was this: it's never really the mountain outside that we must conquer. It's the one inside. So this is for him — and for the mountain you're standing at the base of. Whatever it is: take one step this week. In his memory. In memory of Nirmal "Nims Dai" Purja. Keep climbing. 🏔️
The Cost of Not Following Your Dreams
2026/08/18
Five days ago, the sky went dark in the middle of the day. If you've felt restless, agitated, or suddenly done with something this week, that wasn't random — it was the total solar eclipse in Leo doing exactly what eclipses do: revealing what's already been quietly cracking under the surface. In this episode, I'm talking about the dream you've been sitting on, and what it's actually costing you to keep waiting. What we get into: The research on regret — including a Cornell study finding that 76% of people name an unfulfilled dream, not a duty or obligation, as their single biggest life regretWhy this eclipse season makes it feel especially urgent to stop waitingA human design breakdown of why each type actually stalls out on their dreams — and it's not lazinessWhere a deferred dream shows up physically in your homeOne small, doable ritual to shift out of "someday" today I'm also sharing something I've been building for exactly this moment: Just Add Water (JAW) — a blueprint for taking the dream you've been sitting on and giving it real structure, opening in 2 weeks. More details soon — follow along so you're first to know when doors open. Your home is always talking to you. So is your energy. Today, both of them are asking you the same question: what have you stopped pursuing? https://canva.link/ws5q1sm3beq5gtc Ritual Haus Resource Page https://mindful-kiwi-24137.myflodesk.com/l8ajihgjpc Just Add Water Waitlist
Astrid's Haus Keys | No. 3 — Pleasure
2026/08/17
The concierge is back with another upgrade — and this week's suite key unlocks something most of us have been quietly taught to feel guilty about: pleasure. In this Key, Astrid makes the case that pleasure isn't indulgence — it's strategy. A fig eaten standing in the kitchen. Champagne on an ordinary Tuesday. These aren't luxuries. They're signals — small declarations that you're open, available, and alive. Inside this Key: Why pleasure is the main course, not the dessertThe real reason we deny ourselves small delights (hint: it isn't lack of time)How beauty and feng shui are the same energy, tended with intentionThis week's Ritual: one act of beauty a day, for no reason other than delight This week's journal page is up — grab it free, link in bio. Have you kept up with the other Keys? If yes, cheers to you. If not, the show notes (and my Instagram bio) will catch you right up — no judgment, just go. Ciao and cheers, darlings. Why Feng Shui Alone Isn't Working (The Human Design + Mindset Piece No One Talks About)
2026/08/16
You decluttered. You moved your bed into the Command Position. You even painted the door "the right" color. So why does your home — and your life — still feel like it's fighting you? Because feng shui only ever fixes one layer. In this episode, I'm breaking down the framework this entire show is actually built on: the Ritual Haus Method. It's three layers, and they build on each other — Space (feng shui), Energy (human design), and System (the daily habits and organization that either match your energy or constantly fight it). Most people only ever work on the first one. In this episode: The 3-layer Ritual Haus Method, and why perfect feng shui still isn't enough on its ownA no-jargon primer on all 5 human design types — including how common (or rare) each one actually isHow the exact same "messy office" or "cluttered room" means something completely different depending on your energy typeWhy generic productivity advice — time-blocking, rigid morning routines, "eat the frog first" — backfires for most human design types instead of helpingThe Ritual Haus Audit: a 3-question walk-through you can do tonight, one question per layer Do this tonight: the Ritual Haus Audit — one question for Space, one for Energy, one for System. "Does Your Favorite Design Show Know How to Shui & Tell?"
2026/08/12
Darling, let's talk about those beautiful design shows we all love — the sledgehammers, the dramatic reveals, the couples gasping at their brand-new kitchens. I adore them. But here's what breaks my heart a little every time: these lovely people spend a fortune making a house gorgeous, and not once does anyone ask how the energy will actually move through it. Welcome to Shui & Tell — where we walk a space together the way I've walked a thousand suites, and I show you the half of the map the cameras never do. This week: the open-concept great room. The sofa floating with its back to the door, your eye shooting straight through the front entrance and out the back windows, all that good energy pouring right out the way it came. Stunning, darling. And energetically… set up to struggle. I'll show you why — and the one simple shift that changes everything. Grab the free Map-Along at Home sheet in the links below and walk your own space with me. Because a home isn't just how it looks, darling. It's how it lives. 🗝️ Feng Shui'd or Feng Screwed?
