Perfection is way overrated.  We are all unique and mystical in our own ways, and you should never let anyone dull your inner magic!  Best part about getting back on your feet is knowing who NOT to walk with again.  Don't forget that you are stronger than the b******t.  Life is short and tomorrow is not promised so live your life to the fullest.  There is nothing you cannot do!  We are in this together!! You are NEVER alone, because I am right here with YOU!  

Being a single parent isn't easy!  When you have children there is nothing you are not willing to do to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your kids.  I know that there are many of us that have had to find the strength deep within in order to overcome obstacles.  With love, compassion and understanding we can overcome the challenges we face as single parents. My son has made me a stronger person.  

We all have that one person that holds the key to our deepest darkest secrets. LOL Think about it, who is that person who trust with all your heart and does not judge you for making mistakes?  My cousin Elizabeth (Ingrid) actually my sister is my ride or die chick.  I love my sister with all my heart and I thank her for always believing in me.  Elizabeth together we will grow old, and when we continue to look back on the years we will sit back and remember where we started!!! Before you know it, we will be singing (started from the bottom now we here) while drinking Altagracia's coquito!!!  LOVE YOU SIS 

My grandmothers passion for cooking has influenced my love for food.  We all have guardian angels and my abuela is my guardian angel in this world.  "Daste brillo cadenita que tu mojo llega"   Cook, eat, and never forget to enjoy the feast!!

WE will never be perfect! WE are all products of our upbringing.  Often times, we may not understand why individuals that love us act the way they do.  All in all, we must learn how to forgive and move forward towards a brighter tomorrow.  

We are all spicy in our own way!  Frida Khalo was known for being a dynamic woman who was not afraid to live her life to the fullest.  She took her pain and used it to create beautiful real-life portraits reflecting all the pain she endured throughout her life.  I am sure we have all experienced pain at some point in our lives, and the best thing we can do is learn how to use that pain to propel forward in life while become even stronger than we may have been in the past.  In the words of Frida Khalo: enarmorate de ti, de la vida y luego de quien tu quieras! English translation: fall in love with yourself, with life and then with whomever you want!
