Send us Fan Mail You are choosing your misery. Yes, you. And once you admit that, everything about your business starts to change. Episode Summary  This is the Lion's Gate Creativity Reset: a live, unscripted session channeled during the 888 portal and built to name the resistance keeping creative entrepreneurs stuck below their potential. I pull a card, walk through why building a creative business requires you to let old identities die, unpack Carolyn Elliott's Existential Kink teaching on the hidden pleasure of staying small, lead a full EFT tapping release on the fears around visibility, money, and being seen, and closes with a guided visualization to help you choose the one thing that will actually move your business forward for the next six months. It's part ritual, part mindset teardown, part permission slip. Key Takeaways Every fear you have about being seen, charging more, or getting bigger is proof you actually care — treat it as investment, not a stop sign. You may be getting a hidden payoff from staying stuck (sympathy, safety, an excuse) — Existential Kink calls this "seeking kinky pleasure from your own lack," and naming it is how you stop being run by it.Growing your creative business means letting old identities die: the good girl, the person with the steady paycheck, the one whose whole life was already mapped out.EFT tapping can move fear out of your body, not just out of your head — this episode includes a full guided tapping sequence you can do along with.Pick exactly ONE thing to focus on for the next three to six months. That's your lighthouse through the resistance. This work isn't about a six-month flip-and-sell. It's about building a long-term, sustainable, strong-as-f**k business rooted in your creativity.Work with me: Join the Free Community on Skool Join the Creative AF Experience  Support the show

Send us Fan Mail Your fear of being seen isn't a red flag. It's just your brain, running 200,000-year-old software. This week Shalvika breaks down why visibility feels so goddamn threatening even when logically you know nothing bad is going to happen — and gives you four reframes to actually shift your relationship with it instead of just white-knuckling through it. This isn't about "just be confident." It's about understanding that your fear of visibility is an outdated survival instinct, your thoughts about it are not facts, discomfort is the price of admission for growth, and staying hidden is a choice that's costing you way more than you think. Key Takeaways Visibility is neutral exposure, not inherently dangerous — the fear you feel is coming from your interpretation of being seen, not from being seen itself, so choose the interpretation that actually serves you.Your fear of judgment is a leftover survival instinct from when pack rejection meant physical danger — it's not a sign something is wrong with you, it's a sign you're human.Every thought you have about being an imposter, not being "expert enough," or being judged is an assumption, not a fact — and if it's an assumption, you get to choose a more useful one.Your brain is wired to overweight negative outcomes over positive ones as a survival mechanism, which means you have to intentionally and deliberately choose growth-oriented thoughts — they won't show up on their own.Discomfort is not the same as danger. Discomfort is the exact mechanism by which you build capacity — in your body, at the gym, and in your business. Not being visible is a choice, not a circumstance — and every day you choose to hide is a day you're withholding your value from the people who actually need it.Work with Shalvika: 🔥 Creative AF Experience 💛 Creative AF Collective FREE CommunityFollow on InstagramSupport the show

Send us Fan Mail This week Shalvika breaks down the unhinged, weird, deeply uncomfortable things she's done in her business over the last 6 years- the Rejection Challenge, talking to the spirit of her business, intentionally engineering failure, and hosting client "Playdates" with Legos and watercolors.  The through-line: every guru's playbook works until it doesn't, and the only strategy that's actually built her business is the one nobody else was doing. This episode is a permission slip to stop copying and start experimenting — even if it looks completely deranged from the outside. Key Takeaways: Getting rejected on purpose (40 times in 20 days) built Shalvika's resilience and directly led to her highest cash month ever — because pitching that much surfaces the people who say yes too.If a challenge doesn't scare you a little, it's not big enough. Comfort is the enemy of the result you actually want.Talking to "the spirit of your business" isn't woo for woo's sake — it's a structured practice (journaling, tarot, meditation) for making strategic decisions from intuition instead of copying competitors.Intentional failure — masterminds, free challenges, high-stakes bets — isn't optional if you want to change the shape of your business. Discomfort is the point, not the side effect. The weirder the experiment (see: coaching clients while they play with Legos), the more likely it is to become your actual differentiator and your next client.Following every marketing guru's advice is what's ruining most businesses — your version of "unhinged" is the thing that will actually work, because it's the only thing no one else is doing.Resources & Links Mentioned: Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert Simone Soul (Garbage Post Challenge) The Clenching Butthole Technique episode Work with Shalvika: 🔥 Creative AF Experience 💛 Join the Free Creative AF Collective  Follow on Instagram Support the show

Send us Fan Mail The advice that made me the most money I’ve ever made had nothing to do with strategy. Episode Summary This episode is not a sales playbook. It’s the mindset autopsy of Shalvika’s highest cash year ever — and it starts with burning the rulebook most creative entrepreneurs are silently obeying. She breaks down why audience size lies, why “no” is never final, why resilience beats every tactic in the book, and why your past failures have zero predictive power over what you build next. If you’re waiting for evidence before you believe in your own business, this episode is the permission slip to stop. Key Takeaways •The only metrics that actually determine if you’re failing as an entrepreneur: are you signing clients, making money, having impact, having reach. Everything else is a rule you invented. •Every follower, subscriber, and listener is already paying you — with their attention. A “no” to your offer isn’t a no to you. •Resilience isn’t a soft skill, it’s the skill. The gap between people who make it and people who quit is how fast they get back up after falling flat on their face. •Your past results are a story, not evidence. Building belief before you have proof is not delusion for delusion’s sake — it’s the actual mechanism of growth. •Your relationship with yourself — the promises you keep to you — is the real infrastructure underneath every product, offer, and piece of content you create. Send us Fan Mail This episode is the real story behind why Your Aligned AF Life just became Rich AF, Real AF. Shalvika breaks down what happened after her biggest revenue year in business — a year that looked perfect on paper and left her burnt out, uncreative, and questioning everything by December. She unpacks how a corporate contract she never actively sought pulled her out of alignment with her own identity, walks through five specific ways misalignment shows up even when the numbers look great, and hands listeners the exact 3-question identity audit she used to figure out who needs to show up in order to build the business she actually wants — not just the one that performs well. Key Takeaways Hitting your biggest goal doesn't automatically mean you're aligned — misalignment can hide inside a "successful" year.Your identity (not your strategy) determines what you say yes to — Shalvika broke her own payment-upfront rule because a part of her believed "making it" meant she had to compromise.Pricing misalignment shows up as an internal tug-of-war on a consult call — that hesitation before quoting your worth is a signal, not a personality flaw.Saying yes to every client who says yes to you is often a fear identity ("I'm someone who doesn't disappoint people"), not generosity.Dreading a random Tuesday is one of the clearest signs your business and your identity have drifted apart. The fix is identity-first: Who am I being right now? Where do I want to go in a year? Who needs to show up to bridge that gap?Support the show

Send us Fan Mail I publicly dissected my failure on this podcast episode. Here's what I found. This isn't a highlight reel. In this episode, Shalvika opens the Museum of Failures — a new recurring segment where she publicly audits what didn't work, layers into why, and maps out exactly what she's doing differently. The episode covers a three-month business dip, a launch that didn't hit target, a challenge she didn't complete, and the three lessons and three action steps that came out of going that deep. This is what radical honesty in business actually looks like — not as a trend, but as a practice. Key Takeaways Being completely sold on an idea isn't enough — you have to be equally sold on the frequency and form of how you show up for it. The gap between those two is where most launches fall apart."No one cares if you write or not" is not discouraging — it's the most liberating thing you can hear. Your hesitation is self-imposed. The permission you're waiting for doesn't exist.Respecting your cyclical energy isn't woo — it's resource management. Trying to operate at full capacity during your lowest-energy phase is a fast track to overcommitting and underdelivering.Minimum Success Criteria is the antidote to the overachiever's trap. Decide the bare minimum that makes a day successful — and start there. Everything beyond that is a bonus.Joy is not a soft add-on. It's the fuel that makes you blow past your own limits without even noticing. When you're aligned, one and a half hours becomes three. That's the data.Resilience isn't built by avoiding discomfort. It's built by choosing to be uncomfortable on purpose — regularly, intentionally, even joyfully.Resources & Links Mentioned Vladimir — TV series on Netflix (This is a recommendation)The Creative AF Live: free 3-part video seriesWork with Shalvika: 🔥 Creative AF Experience (A year long experience for the creative entrepreneur)Follow on InstagramSupport the show

Send us Fan Mail Let's get one thing straight  you can journal until your hand falls off, read every self-help book on the shelf, and still feel like you're stuck in the same loop. Why? Because your beliefs don't live in your head. They live in your body. In this episode, I'm breaking down why your self-worth isn't just a mindset problem and the three tools I swear by to actually rewire your nervous system from the inside out. What we cover: Your body is doing the heavy lifting: from the pit in your stomach before a tough conversation to your palms sweating before you ask for that raise. That's not weakness. That's evolution. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do. The problem? It can't tell the difference between a tiger and your boss. We talk about three powerful tools that go beyond thought work: 1. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) : Yes, you tap on your body. No, it's not bullsh*t. Tapping on specific acupressure points sends calming signals to your amygdala (your brain's fear centre), literally reducing the charge on limiting beliefs like "I'm not enough" or "I don't deserve this" with repetition. 2. Breathwork: Specifically the 4-7-8 technique (inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8). You can't voluntarily control your cortisol spike, but you can control your breath and your breath controls everything else. Try 30 seconds of this before your next high-stakes moment. 3. Identity Work: The difference between "I have anxiety" and "I am an anxious person" is HUGE. When a belief becomes an identity, it drives every single thing you do. We're shifting that. "I am worthy, just as I am" — what does thatperson do differently? These three tools are at the core of the Worthy AF Experience , a 4-week deep dive with 4 live coaching calls and 12 videos covering EFT, breathwork, and a serious amount of identity work. Send us Fan Mail In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on the lies we've all absorbed from our families, society, and culture. These beliefs feel like truth because we soaked them up before we could even question them. But here's the thing: they're not yours, and they don't have to run your life. What We Cover: The Patriarchy Wake-Up Call How a random conversation revealed my own inherited patriarchal programming (spoiler: it was humbling as f**k) Common Inherited Lies We All Believe: Money doesn't grow on treesRich people are selfish/unethicalHard work is the ONLY way to make moneyYour body needs to be fixed/controlledYou need to heal more before you can succeedLove means sacrificeIf you're not struggling, you're being selfishWhere These Beliefs Come From  We inherit operating systems from caregivers, society, schools, and social circles, absorbing them when our brains weren't developed enough to question them How to Spot What's Not Yours: Disproportionate reactions to small triggers"That's just how it is" thinkingPatterns repeating through generationsUnspoken family rulesThe Work: How to Dismantle Inherited Lies  Byron Katie's four questions that'll flip your limiting beliefs on their head: Is it true?Is it absolutely, irrevocably true? How do you react when you believe that thought?Who would you be without that thought?Plus the turnaround—finding evidence that the opposite is possible Your Brain Loves Evidence Want to rewire a belief? Send us Fan Mail Let's get real about something that's been f****g with your head for way too long: the idea that you need to earn your worth. Spoiler alert—you don't. In this episode, I'm breaking down why your self-worth isn't conditional on your weight, your relationship status, your bank account, or any other b******t metric society has sold you. We're talking about how we get conditioned from childhood to believe we need to check certain boxes before we're "allowed" to feel worthy, and why that's complete garbage. I'm also sharing the inspiration behind my upcoming Worthy AF Experience—a one-month container designed to help you reconnect with your inherent worthiness. Plus, I'm inviting you to join the free 7-Day Self-Worth Glow-Up Challenge starting February 14th, where we'll tackle different aspects of self-worth together. What You'll Learn Why your self-worth is inherent, not earnedHow society conditions us to link worthiness to external achievementsThe specific b******t stories women tell themselves about not being "enough"How to recognize where you're denying yourself based on conditional worthThe practice of noticing when you tie your worthiness to something external Key Takeaways You are not broken. The system that taught you to earn your worth is broken. Journal Prompts What do I believe I need to do, be, have, or become before I'm allowed to fully love and accept myself? If I woke up tomorrow with unconditional belief that I am wholly and completely worthy, what would I do differently? What would I stop doing? What would I start allowing myself to do? Practice This Week For the next 7 days, notice where you link your worthiness to something external. Keep a log of moments when you deny yourself something because you haven't "earned" it yet—whether that's related to money, your body, relationships, or waiting for permission. We dive into Anushree's personal journey from mystery illness to discovering the power of visualization, her MAGIC method for transformation, and why most of us are still operating from patterns we picked up when we were 13 years old. What We Cover Anushree's Journey How a mystery illness became the catalyst for her coaching careerWhy her dad telling her to "visualize enjoying math" at 13 seemed like complete b******t (but turned out to be onto something)The moment she decided to stop letting doctors run endless tests and started healing from the inside outThe MAGIC Method Anushree breaks down her five-step framework for transformation: Mind-body alignment: Getting your nervous system out of overdriveAlign with your future life: Getting crystal clear on what you actually want (not what you think you should want)Go beyond your blocks: Identifying and releasing the beliefs keeping you stuckIntegrate with action: Taking action from awareness, not fearCertainty and surrendering: Building faith in the process while releasing attachment to outcomesThe Real Talk About Visualization Why your brain needs repetition to actually rewire (not just two weeks of half-assed visualizations)How to visualize when you don't even believe what you're visualizing yetThe difference between toxic positivity and actually processing your beliefs Why we're all out here trying to fix the external when the chaos is actually internalGetting Started with Visualization Start with ONE area of your life (stop trying to fix everything overnight)Visualize the feeling, not just the outcomeShow up every day, even when it feels fake as fuckNotice what fear or unworthiness comes up—don't bypass it Resources Mentioned Book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe DispenzaPodcast/YouTube: David Ghiyam (spiritual wisdom & Kabbalah) Connect with Anushree Instagram: @projectdailymagic Final Thoughts This conversation reminded me that we can't keep slapping external action on internal chaos and expect shit to change. What You'll Learn: The 3 Stages of Action: Zero Clench - Your comfort zone (where nothing new happens)Shit Your Pants - The freeze zone (too overwhelming to be useful)Clenched Butthole - The messy action sweet spot (where ALL the magic happens)Why messy action literally trumps everything: No growth happens without messThe only way to increase capacity is through messy actionNo one is perfect when they start offIf you don't ask, the answer is always noRejection is redirection (and every "no" teaches you something valuable) Your Weekly Challenge: For the next 7 days, take ONE messy action every single day. Ask yourself each morning: "What messy action am I going to take today?" Then come back and tell me what magic happened. Remember: We're not going after perfection. We're going after growth.
