Does the world seem like it’s out of control?  I’ve got a secret, the world has been out of control since the beginning and it’s only going to get worse.  That’s a fact!  So how do you cope, how do you get up every morning filled with optimism and hope for the future? Maybe you don’t.  Maybe you’ve lost hope.  My name is Ryan Smith and if you’ve lost hope, I can relate to you.   You see, by the time I was 23 years old, the eternally optimistic adolescent in me was gone.  I didn’t let others see but it was true.  Then something happened to me that I wasn't looking for.  I didn’t even know it was possible.  I was born again.  I became a Christian, not by my own doing but by the grace of God through the person and work of Jesus Christ.  Me, a Christian?  I made fun of Chrsitians, mocked and ridiculed them. I wanted nothing to do with goody goody judgemental Christians.  And literally in an instant, I was one of them.  My life would never be the same and if you experience Jesus the same way I did, your’s will never be the same either.   I am personally inviting you to walk out of this world, put off the insanity and put on what you were made for, forgiveness, reconciliation, redemption, Joy, love, mercy and peace by placing your faith for today and tomorrow, for this world and eternity in Jesus Christ.  Will you accept this invitation?  Will you set sail on the choppy waters of life Anchored Deep?
