Description

Pause Reset Brunch was born out of a desire to emphasize the importance of balance in women’s lives. Through my own experiences, I’ve come to realize how crucial mentors, advocates, strong support systems, and self-confidence are to personal growth. I’m passionate about helping others, especially women, unlock their full potential. The ultimate goal is to make Pause Reset Brunch a global movement, one city at a time. With its panel format, the brunch brings together inspiring voices to share how they’ve overcome obstacles, practiced self-care, and much more. My mantra remains the same: it’s okay to not do it all — and, most importantly, to not feel guilty about it! The Pause Reset Brunch podcast became a way to reach you — whether at home, on your commute, or during your walks. It’s been an incredible learning experience, and I’ve grown with each episode. Now, the podcast is evolving! After taking some time to reset and focus on my real estate business, I’m excited to introduce the next chapter: Pause Reset Unplugged. This new podcast will explore a broader range of topics beyond women’s issues, diving into interviews, events, and showcasing amazing talent. It’s all about unfiltered conversations and unexpected discoveries. I hope you’ll continue to join me on this journey with Pause Reset Unplugged!

Talk. Listen. Understand.
2026/10/06
What if we asked, “What’s your communication style?” as often as we ask, “What’s your love language?” After participating in a panel last weekend, Natalie walked away with an even stronger belief in the power of effective communication. Healthy communication is more than talking—it’s knowing how to listen, express yourself, understand others, and take accountability. It’s a form of self-care, a relationship skill, and something we should be learning from an early age.
Do You Have My Back? Am I My Sister’s Keeper
2026/09/29
What does it really mean to have another woman’s back? After a simple interaction with another woman while walking outside after dark, I started thinking about the small ways we create safety for one another—and why those small actions matter. This week on Pause Reset Unplugged, we’re talking about sisterhood, physical and emotional safety, creating safe spaces, and supporting each other without losing ourselves in the process. Having your sister’s back doesn’t mean becoming responsible for her life. You can care, listen, check in, and show up while still maintaining healthy boundaries. This week, ask yourself: Who has my back? Whose back do I have? And have I created relationships where support can go both ways?
Season IV, Episode IX
2026/09/22
Have you ever thought, "Why did THAT affect me so much?" Sometimes a simple moment can touch an emotion or experience we thought was buried long ago. This week on Pause Reset Unplugged, we're talking about trauma, triggers, buried emotions and learning to pause long enough to ask: What is this really bringing up for me? This isn't therapy—it's awareness. Pause. Notice. Get curious. Get support. #PauseResetUnplugged #PauseReset #TraumaAwareness #EmotionalWellness #MentalHealthAwareness #HealingJourney #EmotionalTriggers #SelfAwareness #SelfCare #PersonalGrowth #WomensWellness #MentalHealthMatters
Season IV, Episode VIII
2026/09/14
What if the situation itself isn't causing all of your stress—but the story you've created around it is? In this episode of Pause Reset Unplugged, Natalie Francis-Clarke explores the 90/10 principle: we can't control everything that happens in life, but we can be intentional about how we respond. Natalie also follows up on last week's conversation about building your personal board of directors and takes the discussion one step further: even with great people around you, you still have to decide how you're going to handle what life hands you. This week, we're talking about: • Separating facts from assumptions• Recognizing the narratives we create in our heads• Asking for clarification instead of assuming someone's intentions• Pausing before reacting• Focusing on what actually belongs to you• Releasing the things you cannot control The goal isn't to respond perfectly. It's to become more aware and intentional about your response. This week's reset:What actually happened? What am I assuming? What can I control? And how do I want to handle my 90%?
