She went on to create award-winning (Academy of Chocolate and Great Taste Awards) chocolate bars with great success, winning accolades from respected gourmets and industry leaders and seeing her bars on sale in some of the world's most prestigious outlets before moving into the world of podcasting and conjuring up Chocolate Adventures. She has also travelled to the remote regions where cocoa beans are grown, and talked to those who grow and harvest this demanding crop.
