If you'd like to enjoy one while you listen, here's the recipe:2 oz scotch whisky (laphroaig 10)1 oz amarettoGarnish: a lemon zestStir the ingredients in a glass with a large ice cube for no more than 10 seconds. Take a large strip of lemon zest and, holding the pith side up, squeeze gently to express the oils over the drink, gently rubbing the zest around the rim of the glass before curling and placing on top of the cube. If you'd like to enjoy one while you listen, here's the recipe:2 ounces rye1 ounce lemon juice1/2 ounce rich syrup3/4 ounce red wine (float, preferably Chianti)Shake the first three ingredients about 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over rocks. Gently pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon to float on top. Cheers!

If you'd like to enjoy one while you listen, here's the recipe: 2 cucumber wheels8 mint leavesPinch of kosher salt2 ounces Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila3/4 ounce yellow chartreuse3/4 ounce lime juice1/2 ounce simple syrupIn a shaker, muddle the cucumber wheels with the mint and salt. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe. No garnish. Cheers!
