Recorded on 3-3-26 on a full moon eclipse, this recording speaks to all the sensitives/resonance holders/arising powerful souls who are looking around at the world and wondering just what on earth is going on? In this episode the Collective Consciousness of The Crew explain that there is no surprise in the timing of the start of a conflict and the uncovering of horrors - appearing right at the seed point of a new cycle of reality for the years ahead. The world is being asked to agree to fall unconsciously back into agreement with these old patterns of control/conflict - and we, as part of the network of millions of light bringers here, are powerfully reminded in this channel from The Crew of our own power, resonance and ability to refuse that agreement. All of our work over this last cycle has led us here : to stand strong in our resonance. Not this. Not in my name. Not with my agreement. [00:00] - Introduction. Welcome back to Reality Poke. [02:10] - The Crew channel that there is no accident in the timing of all the conflict and shock we’re seeing in the world at this powerful re-seeding point of the coming reality. [19:51] - Back to me, Cat Knott, with a human reflection on The Crews message. ‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' For all you lightworkers, visionaries and creatives - it’s time to dig out all of those projects and ideas that you received but didn’t know what to do with! In this episode of the Reality Poke podcast, we’re called to realise that all of those unfinished projects were the answers to questions that weren’t thought of yet… and now it's time to bring them forward as Humanity is catching up with bringing the questions! We’re feeling the wave of energy building and now it’s time to go backward, pull forward those projects that we’ve been growing into being the teacher for - and get them moving forward.  In this Reality Poke I channel the spirit collective, The Crew, as my co-host, and we talk about: this being the time, why those ideas were given, and why we’re ready now to be re-excited, ready to go, and flowing with these already seeded concepts and projects.  [00:00] - Introduction. Going back, and grabbing what we already have.. [06:46] - The Crew channel through me their reminder that we’ve been prepared and preparing for the time when the answers we already have, will suddenly start to make sense, and why now is that time.. [19:09] - Back to me, Cat Knott, and a quick reminder that you can find all of my work over at www.uninvented.life.  *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' In this first new episode of Reality Poke for 2023, I let The Crew speak about the current energies and how we’re all being called to finally let old patterns be done with, once and for all. If you’re like me, you’re certainly feeling the energies of right now are not messing around, and we’ve finally no choice but to step into the NEW. In this Reality Poke The Crew use the imagery of an Upgraded version of being, which allows in more details, focus, knowing and awareness - and why we all need to STOP describing ourselves with the old patterns of what was… and start using the power of ‘I have been…’.  [00:00] - Introduction. What are these energies, and what does it mean for us all. [05:06] - The Crew channel through me their response in a powerful visualisation, with a clever hook to switch us from describing the old versions of ourselves as the current I Am. [23:05] - Back to me, Cat Knott, and a quick reminder that you can find all of my work over at www.uninvented.life.  *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' How can we make better choices? In this episode of Reality Poke, we take a decision to investigate choices, and how those choices create our reality, our personal lives, and also the world around us. Each choice we make is made from a singular moment of truth, with the information we have available in that moment. And each step forward from there is infinitely changed - just as we are as individuals - by taking that choice.  Today, I take you out into the wild, to walk with me and The Crew, my energy collective, as we ponder Choices and Decisions surrounded by nature, as we take the conversation  further on from Poking about Truth (the last Reality Poke episode) and link that further into how we can make aware choices, and be kinder to ourselves, in our lives.  [00:00] - Introducing Poking at Decisions and Choices, out in the wild. [08:16] - The Crew channel through me their response to this questioning about choices, and how each choice builds a deeper awareness of ourselves and a greater understanding of how together that awareness shifts the world. [23:12] - Back to me, Cat Knott, to ask you now, to let go of the judgements of previous choices, and to choose to be kind to yourself by letting go of the heavy bags of self criticism you may be carrying.  *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' How can we identify Truth? In this episode of Reality Poke, we dig into Truth, what it is and how we can figure out how to navigate in these times when we’re all scratching our heads and wondering what the truth actually is.  What is my truth? How is it created? How can I figure out what Truth actually is? Truth is too complex to actually identify, so the shift has to be the reorientation of ourselves into the energy frequency of ‘questioning’. This is all part of us understanding our own part of the reconfiguration of the world right now - which is why we’re all here.  The Crew, my energy collective step forward as two voices (yep, we’re stepping even further into the weird - so brace yourself, lol) to offer higher perspectives of Truth, and that it’s up to us to be aware of our own choices of how we’re creating our lives, and where that choice itself needs to come from. I think we’ll be returning to this subject again in another Reality Poke episode, as this is a huge, complicated, layered upon layered subject. But for now, enjoy this first ‘Poking into Truth’. [00:00] - What actually is the right question to be asking about Truth? [12:22] - The Crew channel through me their response to this first questioning of Truth, and help us to see the complexity of the question, and where to find a place to stand to find our navigation point.  [32:06] - Back to me, Cat Knott, to wrap up with this idea of embodying the questioner, and that being all we need to do right now to stand in a place of truth.  *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' Are your expectations holding you back and creating the limitations of your life, work, relationships and humanity? Are you ready to look beyond that and create multidimensional quantum leaps?  In this episode of Reality Poke me, Cat Knott, and my energy collective The Crew, bring in a new perspective on how expectations are shaping and limiting our world.  The Crew then channel through me, to dig deeper into our perceptions of what it means to be a multidimensional being, choosing to create from an entirely different navigation point. [00:00] - Expectations = Limitations. Creating your life through acceptance of limitations, and how and what can we do to shift how we’re manifesting our each and every day. [08:34] - Channelling *The Crew*. What this time in humanity’s existence is allowing us all to create from a brand new, multidimensional blueprint - if we’re ready to choose differently. [18:10] - Your day, your week, your life as a witnesser of your own expectations, and therefore limitations - and how we can shift our lives, our relationships, and this world - one moment at a time, by being an aware, conscious creator from a whole new vibration. *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' Are you a planner, or does the idea of setting a goal bring you out in cold sweat, and desperate to break free? Do fixed outcomes make you feel itchy? For many of us sensitives, and soul-led entrepreneurs, balancing the need to plan with the need to also be inspired and guided by the Universe can be a tricky path to navigate. In this episode of Reality Poke, we look at how to find the sweet spot of magical co-creation.  My energy collective The Crew also bring in their own extra level of understanding of how we truly are the tools of the Universe and Inspiration, and how a focused goal accelerates our evolution, and how to walk toward while letting it be free to expand along the way. Happy New Year to all you amazing Souls, and here’s to an amazing 2022! [00:00] - Goals, plans and Inspiration - how to keep a focused direction AND be in the flow. [12:20] - Over to *The Crew*. Why the Universe needs us to be the tools of creation - and how to embody a journey AS the goal itself. [23:46] - Making it real. Humanity is evolving, into a new way of being. And each of us has the power to weave the next version of life and existence. In this fully channeled episode *The Crew* speak about the flow toward being edgeless, and how the expansion of our own self is creating a new blueprint for humanity and life here in this world.  They also speak about the shift into a new way of choosing how we create the new from love, rather than ‘compassion’. How we are seeing and feeling suffering differently, and what that means to our responsibilities as creators. How humanity has no choice but evolve, and the new capabilities to us that will arrive with our new way of expanded being.  ‘You are the remaker of this world. You are that powerful!’  This is a message to all who need to hear this right now, if you’re called to listen - then this is for you. In this episode we dig into those moments where inspiration seems to have left the building. What does that mean about me? What's wrong? Where the hell is it? I’m broken! Arghhhhhh!  In this episode I look at how to stay compassionate in the times when we think we’re out of alignment with our inspiration - and where NOT to look to start finding it. If you’re a creative, visionary, guide, coach, writer, musician… this one will absolutely speak to you!  [00:00] - A confession about inspiration, and what not having it feels like. [14:30] - Over to *The Crew*. Are we really ever separate from Inspiration? And is the real problem our expectations? [24:11] - Being kind to you - always. And knowing that our Inspiration never ‘left us’ in the first place.  *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' After the expansion and Awakening… what next?? Well, as many of you know, what’s next is something that’s on the scale from “OMG I think I’m dying” to extreme emotional releases, spiritual flu, turning into a banshee, or anything in between. As we move into a more quickened state, we’re all feeling these physical reconfigurations, realignments and solidifying of who we are NOW. In this episode I re-frame the phrase ‘healing response’ into ‘embodiment response’ - and The Crew even have my own brain fritzing on where they go in this week's channel. Phew!!  What is happening, why do we keep having these physical reconfigurations, and what does it all mean from the wider perspective of the uninvented space. Oooo this one will get you thinking.  [00:00] - Healing responses or embodiment responses? [13:14] - Over to *The Crew* Embodiment, what it means and how it fits into a wider perspective. [32:22] - Post channel, brain frazzled analysis of how to bring that all back to being human, navigating the embodiment moments in the here and now.  *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' Are you being a Dick?  This is the opening question and jump-off point for this episode of Reality Poke, where *The Crew* and I dig into the question of Judgements, and how we can navigate life in this world of contrast judgements, and well… dickishness.  Are you being a Dick?  How can we use that question as a spiritually aware navigation tool, to weave a new world.. Please be aware that Are you Being a Dick, is used as the heart of this spiritual inquiry, so best skip on past this one, if easily offended or you can’t listen without sensitive ears overhearing.  I pass the question over to *The Crew* who explore further from different perspectives, what being human in a world of contrast means, and we delve into what being a human here in a never-ending realm of judgement, really creates. [00:00] - Introducing the ‘Dickishness’ navigation question. [08:03] - Over to *The Crew* Judgement IS humanness and separation. A wider perspective. [22:45] - How does that overview of judgment make us feel? and how to better use judgement to create and weave our lives in new and better ways? *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality until it's not.' In episode 5 of Reality Poke we pull on our big girl pants, ponder and unpack Death, and what that means to us, humanity & beyond In these current patterns of change and shift in this world, now is the time for us all to take a good look at our beliefs of endings and beginnings, and how we’re programmed to fight against the idea of ‘death’ rather than embrace it as an ever present aspect of Life itself.  We then pass the question over to *The Crew* who explore further from different perspectives, of the two sides of the mirror of existence, and what that means to humanity, and how we then get to choose to live, It's a bit of a whopper this one at 44min, so do grab a brew, and pop your feet up with a blanket, and be ready to ponder what Death (and life) means to you too.  [00:00] - Life and Death, pondering why we push Death aside, and the current need to look at life differently in the truth of non permanence. [16:50] - Over to *The Crew*. Perspectives from both sides of existence on the awareness of death. [35:48] - Poking our wobbles, our willingness to look into the uncomfortable places - like Death - to find new ways to move forward.  *‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality, until it's not.' How are you doing with living alongside the ‘muggles’ in your life? As awakening Souls, we’re constantly expanding and seeing the world differently every day. So what happens when we have to still live, and navigate our new lives, in a world that's full of solid thinking, old paradigm humans - especially if they’re those we love? In this episode we shine a light on what so many of us are feeling, (and yes, you totally have permission to be feeling it). How are we feeling it, witnessing it, and struggling with it in the world? We then pass the question over to *The Crew* who explore further from different perspectives, and then explain how we can use what we are feeling and witnessing to make new choices for ourselves, and how we want to create our next steps, All gratitude, honors, and HUGE thanks to the wonderful JK Rowling for the Harry Potter Books which have created this fabulous new language to help us all navigate living with the ‘seemingly’ nonmagical in our world :D  [00:00] - Hands up, all of you who’re struggling with this right now?! [05:44] - Over to *The Crew*. You, them, the world, and how to find guidance and direction in what we’re feeling. [15:22] - Creating from a different space - are you making the NEW choices? * ‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality, until it's not.' After the expansion and awakenings, we’re all called to live, breathe, Be and teach the NEW version ourselves OUT LOUD. Prompted by The Crew, this episode concentrates on how we can allow ourselves to be the fullness of ourselves, even before we are ready, and how we’re being encouraged to not wait - but to TEACH this world OUT LOUD, of what it means to be an awakening Soul here in this world right now.  There are so many people in this world that need us to be the guides to lead the way. It's our job now to be the wayshowers, and walk the journey of the new awareness, of this new quickened energy of life, expansion, ideas and creation.   This is not the time to turn away from the wholeness of who we are. This episode speaks to the allowing of ourselves, and knowing how that out loudness, touches and changes the world around us. [00:00] - After the awakening... what next? How can we navigate life without time to reconfigure to being ready to be the new of who we are? [05:28] - Over to The Crew. Owning the space of the lightbringer and teacher that you are - yes YOU! [20:11] - Am I being the fullest OUT LOUDNESS of myself? Are you being your fullest light - and listening to what that means for you. * This episode references Episode 1 : Poking at Perspectives and Realities, and Episode 2 : Poking at Awakenings * ‘Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t; and remember that the only thing that's real, is reality, until it's not.'
