Description

What if we told you everything you know about the world is wrong? What if we told you that all the things you believe to be impossible are in fact very much possible? Reality is not what you think it is. It is so much more complicated, fascinating and, above all, terrifying. Join us in this anthology series of unspeakable horrors set in a world not that different from our own. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

The House, 1924 Chapter Ten
2026/10/02
1924, New York State, the height of prohibition. For Bertha and Richie Legs the job was meant to be simple. Duck soup. All Jake. Head upstate to the sleepy town of Chapel and do some convincing. You’ve got the lettuce, they’ve got the empty port, what could go wrong. Aside from the crazed prohibition agent that seems to have followed them there of course, and, well, there sure are a lot of people are missing eyes, and there was a line of empty shoes on the outskirts of town, and the townsfolk are acting real strange, real scared. Seems like maybe there’s something wrong with Chapel. Something very wrong indeed.

Fire and Steel Chapter Four
2026/04/16
August 19th, 1950. Three things grip the frozen Norwegian town of Nigaugusta: a bitter winter, the Cold War, and an awful secret. The lands surrounding Nidaugusta are filled with dangerous people wearing strange outfits, and terrifying monsters. Meanwhile the town itself awash with NATO pilots operating out of the newly established Nuclear Bomber base and civilian contractors inspecting oil reserves in the frozen north. Something about these new visitors has the town acting… strange. James Clement aka Mr Sunday Movies and Jackson Baly as the Player Characters with Adam Carnevale as storyteller. Theme music by Mia ‘Lepidora’ Mukherjee. Edited by Jackson Baly and Joel Zammit.
