What happens when you hold onto pain? I'm talking true sadness that comes with the loss of a loved one. Not a lot of people talk about it. They say, I'm fine. The truth is, they think they're fine, but stuffing down pain is hard work. It's like keeping a secret. When people tell me they don't remember things, I automatically believe it's from trauma. I'm not talking life threatening trauma....just little t trauma. This past week, I experienced letting go of some painful memories that I only half remembered. Memories of the loss of my grandmother and her final Christmas on this earthly plane. I jumped in to do my podcast on video. It's on my YouTube if you want to check it out!!
