Hi beautiful people… My name is Ariel Thomas and I am a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student. I created this podcast to spill the tea on therapy, to give you life tips, to bring a creative space through podcasting, and to be an outlet for those who may not be heard regarding therapy. As an African American woman, I also want to create a platform for the BIPOC community and to inspire anyone no matter their ethnicity, religious views, or sexual orientation that they deserve to be mentally healthy.
