46. Unbroken Veterans with Major Talent

In this episode of Unbroken Veterans, we sit down with Ken Cates to discuss Major Talent, a platform designed to help veterans translate their military experience into meaningful civilian career opportunities.
Transitioning out of the military can be challenging, especially when it comes to translating years of military training, leadership, and experience into language that civilian employers understand. Ken explains how Major Talent helps veterans build professional profiles, create tailored resumes, practice for interviews, explore job opportunities, and connect with employers who recognize the value of military experience.
We also discuss the importance of preparing for transition early, taking advantage of available education and training benefits, and staying persistent when the job search gets difficult. Whether you're preparing to separate, recently transitioned, or supporting a veteran through the process, this conversation offers practical resources and encouragement to help you take the next step.
