Professor Canales is the chair in Strategic Management at the Business School of the University of Aberdeen. Previously he held posts at the University of Glasgow and at the University of St Andrews. His research interests include Strategic Management, Leadership, Subsidiary Strategy, Evolution of organisations and Actors in Strategy.

In the first episode of Accounting for Sustainability Dr Thereza de Aguiar interviews Regina Jaschke Senior Careers Adviser at the University of Aberdeen. Over the years Regina has contributed significantly to the Leadership Academy, Career Mentoring Programme and STAR (Students Taking Active Roles) Award. She has a specialist interest in supporting the career aspirations of our international students and works closely with our International Student Advisers.
