In this episode, I sit down with my brother, Irish country music singer Shawn Cuddy, for a great chat filled with laughs, stories, and a few tales from behind the scenes of life in the music business! We get talking about ups and downs of life on the road, venues that didn’t pay up, and some of the less glamorous side of touring… including a few stories about smelly socks! 😂 From funny memories to the realities of being a working musician, nothing is off the table in this honest, light-hearted conversation between two brothers. So sit back, have a listen, and join us for a chat full of craic, music, and stories you probably won’t hear from the stage!

In this episode, I sit down with my sister Martina to talk all things Kuddz Kidz, the playschool she runs and the approach behind it. We chat about what goes on behind the scenes of running a playschool, how Martina manages her team and the children in her care, and most importantly, her belief that there's no such thing as a"bad child"  We get into the different ways children behave, why understanding the reasons behind that behaviour matters, and how giving children the right support can make such a difference. A really interesting conversation about childcare, parenting and running a business.

This week's Podcast is a really special one for me. I'm joined by my niece and godchild Emma Grant. We chat about life, the Academy in Limerick, writing songs and everything in between. Also in a first for the podcast she performs three originals. Have a listen, and if you can, show the love by streaming or downloading her song "Wilted" on Spotify. And give her a follow . It would mean a lot. Give it a spin. Let us know what you think.

Mahon McCann is an Irish philosophy PhD, writer, playwright and Catholic convert from Dublin. No agenda. But A proper deep one.

In this episode I sit down with Cork singer/song writer Meadhbh Walsh, who started busking as a kid and built that spark into gigs, tours and stages around the world. We talk roots in folk, finding her voice and the road to her new album. It's a chat about hustle, heart, and the long road from busking to studio lights.

I sat down with Ray Ó Foghlú and got into the other side of forestry. We got stuck into regeneration, biodiversity, organic farming and plenty more. Ray also shared the brilliant work being done through Hometree and why restoring Ireland's native landscapes matters for future generations. Follow Ray on instagram @rayofoghlu

This week we have the one and only Owen Colgan-Mayo man, comedian, hard man, soft lover. One of the stars of the new BBC series Funboys. He dropped in for another chat, full of laughs, sideways stories and that pure Mayo charm. Easy, fun and all the usual craic.
