The team was heading in the wrong direction but they've been working hard on fixing this situation and I think we've really turned a corner this week. it was raining earlier but I think it's looking up now Once one thing goes wrong, it has a knock on effect and we end up in a vicious cycle. We missed our Q1 target and it's been all downhill from there.
