Spiritual Awakening, Psychic Abilities & Intuition: Embracing Your Spiritual Gifts
2026/10/20
What if the parts of you that you’ve spent years hiding are actually your greatest gifts? In this episode of the Wild Enthusiasm for Living podcast, I’m joined by my dear friend Tara Micic of Golden Sage Healing to talk about psychic abilities, spiritual awakening, intuition, and what it means to finally embrace who you truly are. Tara shares her personal journey from feeling like the “weird kid” who could see, hear, and sense things others couldn’t, to discovering her gifts as a medium, energy reader, and tarot and oracle reader. We explore her experiences with astral travel, how tarot became a powerful tool for receiving intuitive messages, and how her spiritual journey helped her heal old wounds, reconnect with herself, and find a sense of belonging. We also talk about trusting your intuition, recognizing signs and synchronicities, working through your shadow, and why slowing down and connecting with nature can help you hear what’s possible beyond the noise of everyday life. Most importantly, Tara shares why you don’t have to navigate spiritual experiences alone and how embracing the parts of yourself you once feared can open the door to a more authentic, fulfilling life. If you’re curious about psychic abilities, exploring your own spiritual gifts, or learning to feel more comfortable being unapologetically yourself, this conversation is for you. Because wild enthusiasm for living begins when you stop trying to fit in and give yourself permission to be more of YOU. More about Tara: Tara Micic is a Medium, Energy Reader, Certified Spiritual Coach, and Tarot/Oracle reader. She has had paranormal and psychic experiences from the time she was a small child. Tara is dedicated to helping others gain confidence and clarity, providing spiritual guidance, and being a safe place to land in an otherwise chaotic world. In her free moments, you can find her spending time with her son, her mom, and her friends, reading, practicing witchcraft, and falling down various rabbit holes. She lives in Illinois with her son and her feline familiar, Lola.
What If You Change Your Mind? Manifestation, Vision Boards & Trusting What’s Next
2026/10/06
What if the thing you thought you wanted… isn’t what you want anymore? In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I’m talking about something I think we all need more permission to do: change our minds. I started this year with a very clear vision of what I thought I wanted: keynote speaking, certain trips, certain experiences, and a very specific picture of what 2026 was going to look like. Then, life happened. I bought a building. I completed yoga teacher training. I discovered sound healing. My priorities shifted. My relationship with being seen and having my voice heard changed. And suddenly, I realized that what I thought I wanted wasn’t necessarily what I wanted anymore. So… did I manifest wrong? Or did I actually receive something greater? We’re talking about manifestation, vision boards, intuition, personal growth, and what happens when the life you’re creating doesn’t look like the picture you originally imagined, but somehow carries the exact energy you were asking for. I’m sharing why I put “this or something better” on my vision boards, how I’ve learned to recognize when something is no longer congruent with who I am, and why changing your mind doesn’t mean you’re giving up on your dreams. I also share a manifestation practice I recently returned to: “I remember when…” a simple way to help your brain, body, and nervous system begin experiencing something as already solved instead of constantly operating from a place of lack. We’ll explore: Why changing your mind isn’t failure, flakiness, or giving up What happens when your desires evolve as you grow How your vision board may be working, even when your life looks nothing like the pictures Why “this or something better” can create space for possibilities you couldn’t have imagined How to recognize when a dream is still yours versus when it belongs to an older version of you The connection between manifestation, nervous-system regulation, and feeling safe enough to receive Why relationships, careers, businesses, and other dreams sometimes stop being a match How to use the “I remember when…” manifestation practice How to look back at the year and recognize what actually did manifest What you might truly desire for the next chapter of your life As we move toward the end of 2026 and begin thinking about 2027, I’m inviting you to pause before you start creating the next vision board and ask yourself: What do I actually want now? Not what you said you wanted last year. Not what you told everyone you were going to do. Not what you think you should want. What do you truly desire now? Sometimes the greatest manifestation isn’t getting the exact thing you asked for. Sometimes it’s becoming someone who wants something completely different, and realizing that life was conspiring for you all along. If this episode resonates with you, share it with someone who needs permission to change their mind, and please consider leaving a five-star review. It means so much to me. And remember: you are allowed to want something different. You are allowed to change your mind. And you are allowed to trust that something even better may be unfolding.
Business Mindset: Let Go of Self-Doubt and Create the Business You Desire
2026/09/23
What if the biggest thing blocking your business growth isn’t your strategy, the economy, or your circumstances, but the judgments you have about yourself and your business? In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I’m talking about business mindset, entrepreneurship, self-doubt, and the beliefs that can keep us from creating the business we truly desire. I share my own experiences of building and evolving my business and explore how letting go of judgment, reconnecting with your “why,” trusting your unique gifts, and knowing when to pivot can create new possibilities. We’ll also talk about balancing the practical side of business with the energetic side, including mindset, alignment, creativity, consistency, and showing up for what you’re creating. If you own a business, are thinking about starting one, or feel stuck in your business, this episode is an invitation to stop judging yourself, get curious about what’s possible, and create a business that feels more aligned, joyful, creative, and fun. And if you're interested in my business retreat, here are the details & registration: journeytopresent.com/business-in-alignment. The Power of Doing Nothing: Rest, Burnout, and Nervous System Regulation
2026/09/19
What if the thing you need most after a major life transition isn’t another goal, project, or task... but space to simply be? In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I’m talking about something I’ve been learning firsthand: how important it is to slow down, rest, and give yourself space after big life events and periods of chronic busyness. Whether you’ve moved, changed jobs, started a family, experienced loss, built something new, or simply been running on empty, your nervous system may need time to recalibrate. I’m sharing my own experience of finally taking time to do almost nothing, why rest can actually support creativity, and how constant productivity can contribute to burnout. We’ll explore how to recognize when you’re at capacity and simple ways to create more downtime, presence, movement, reflection, and self-care in your everyday life. If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in hustle mode, or craving more space to reconnect with yourself, this episode is your invitation to take a breath, slow down, and ask: What do I actually need right now? Come join me for a conversation about rest, nervous system regulation, creativity, self-discovery, and creating a life with more joy, play, presence, and wild enthusiasm for living. And if you're anywhere in the Chicagoland area, I have a wellness retreat coming up to invite you to do just that. Big Life vs. Full Life: Creating Your Life Without Losing Yourself
2026/09/09
What if a big life and a full life don’t have to be two different things? In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I'm exploring what it really means to live a big life. Not one built around appearances, achievement, or proving yourself to other people, but one that feels expansive, authentic, joyful, and deeply alive. We'll reflect on the difference between chasing a life that looks impressive and creating a life that actually feels good. We'll also explore personal growth, taking risks, presence, gratitude, boundaries, meaningful relationships, and the freedom to define success and fulfillment on your own terms. What if you could pursue your biggest dreams while still enjoying the quiet moments? What if an incredible adventure, a beautiful meal, travel, a walk in the woods, time with your family, or simply sitting on your back porch could all belong in the same full life? This is an invitation to stop living for approval, comparison, or the perfect Instagram version of your life, and start asking a more important question: How do I actually want my life to feel? If you’re ready for more joy, more presence, more authenticity, and a wild enthusiasm for living, this conversation is for you.
What Are Your Best Colors? The Surprising Power of Personal Color Analysis
2026/09/01
Have you ever wondered which colors actually look best on you? In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I’m talking with my good friend Laura Harcar, a personal image consultant and color analysis expert, about personal color analysis, seasonal color analysis, personal style, confidence, and body image. I had my own colors analyzed by Laura, and it genuinely changed the way I get dressed and shop. We talk about why certain colors make us look brighter and more alive, how understanding your personal style can reduce decision fatigue, why we don’t need to follow every fashion trend, and whether AI color analysis can really replace an in-person experience. This conversation is ultimately about much more than clothes. It’s about seeing yourself differently, feeling confident in your body, and discovering what helps you feel more like YOU. More about Laura: Laura Harcar is a color and style expert, entrepreneur, and content creator who has spent the past five years helping women feel more confident in how they show up every day. As the owner of House of Colour DeKalb, Laura has worked with more than 1,000 clients, using the power of color and personal style to help women look and feel like the best version of themselves. She also shares fashion, beauty, and everyday style inspiration with her online community of more than 16,000 followers. At the heart of everything she does is a simple belief: when you feel confident in yourself, it changes the way you show up in every area of your life.
The Deeper Practice of Yoga: Beyond The Poses
2026/08/25
I’ve practiced yoga for more than 24 years, but it took me some time to discover the deeper practice of yoga. In this episode, I share my journey from taking my first yoga class at 18 to becoming a yoga teacher and bringing yoga, breathwork, meditation, and movement into my holistic healing practice. I talk about why yoga has become so much more than the physical poses for me, and how it has changed the way I understand healing, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and the mind-body connection. We’ll explore what yoga can teach us about slowing down, regulating our nervous system, observing our thoughts without becoming them, listening to our bodies, and finding more balance between effort and surrender. For me, the deeper practice has ultimately been about coming back: back to my body, back to my breath, back to the present moment, and back to myself. If you’re curious about yoga beyond the poses, I hope this conversation gives you a new way to see the practice, and maybe inspires you to explore what yoga could offer you.
Inside Spiritual Hypnotherapy: The Subconscious, Intuition & Limiting Beliefs
2026/08/18
In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I’m joined by spiritual hypnotherapist Lynnsey Robinson for a conversation about the subconscious mind, limiting beliefs, hypnosis, intuition, and what becomes possible when we stop letting outdated beliefs define our lives. Lynnsey explains how hypnosis can help us understand and shift the subconscious patterns that keep us stuck. We talk about where limiting beliefs come from, how to recognize the language that reveals them, and a simple practice you can use to begin creating new beliefs that feel more aligned with who you are now. We also explore spiritual hypnotherapy, spirit guides, intuition, past-life regression, life-between-life experiences, affirmations, and why some people believe they “aren’t hypnotizable.” If you’ve ever wondered whether you can change your subconscious beliefs, trust your intuition more deeply, or create a life that feels more authentic and empowering, this conversation is for you! Lynnsey specializes in helping ambitious women all over the world to clear the subconscious limiting beliefs keeping them stuck, so they can embody their highest potential and manifest their biggest desires automatically. Through her client work, hypnotherapy membership, and her podcast, "High Vibin' It", she empowers others to harness their ability to attract all the abundance and success that life has to offer. Angels, Divine Guidance & Protection: What If You’re Not Really Alone?
2026/08/12
What if you’re not really alone? In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I’m exploring angels, divine guidance, protection, and the possibility that we are supported by something greater than ourselves. I’ll share my perspective on how angels can show up in our lives, the different ways we might experience their guidance, and why simply becoming more open and aware can help us recognize the signs and support around us. We’ll talk about guardian angels, Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, and Uriel, angel numbers, feathers, dreams, intuitive messages, synchronicities, and the subtle ways guidance can appear in everyday life. I’ll also explore how to invite angels into your life, ask for support and protection, and recognize guidance without giving away your own power or decision-making. Whether you already believe in angels, are curious about spirituality, or simply want to explore the possibility of divine support, this episode offers a grounded and open invitation to consider what might be available when we quiet the noise, pay attention, and become more receptive. Most of all, this conversation is about moving away from fear and toward love, peace, gratitude, joy, and trust, and considering what might change if you truly believed you were divinely guided and protected.

The Power of Perception: Rewiring Your Mind for Joy and Freedom
2026/07/28
What if the key to more joy, peace, and fulfillment isn't changing your life, but changing your perception? In this episode of the Wild Enthusiasm for Living Podcast, I sit down with Pratiqk Jaani, founder of the Dhrasti Method and author of Dhrasti: The Perception. We explore how childhood conditioning shapes our beliefs, emotions, and nervous system, and why so many of us spend our lives searching outside ourselves for happiness. Pratiqk shares his powerful journey through entrepreneurship, a life-changing health crisis, and years of studying mindset, hypnotherapy, spirituality, and consciousness. Together, we discuss the difference between living from our conditioned self versus our true self, how subconscious patterns influence every area of our lives, and why lasting transformation begins with awareness rather than striving. I especially loved our conversation about nervous system regulation and how shifting our perception can create greater freedom, resilience, and joy. If you're interested in personal growth, mindfulness, emotional healing, self-awareness, spirituality, mindset, or living more authentically, this episode offers a fresh perspective on what it means to truly thrive.
Shadow Work: What Your Triggers Are Really Trying to Teach You
2026/07/21
Why do certain people or situations trigger such a strong emotional reaction? In this episode of the Wild Enthusiasm for Living podcast, I explore how emotional triggers can become powerful opportunities for shadow work, self-awareness, and personal growth. Inspired by Carl Jung's concept of the shadow, I talk about how the parts of ourselves we've hidden, rejected, or learned weren't safe to express often show up through the people who frustrate, irritate, or even inspire us. Together, we'll explore how childhood experiences, limiting beliefs, and past conditioning can influence our reactions without us even realizing it. I'll share simple practices to help you identify your triggers, recognize patterns, listen to what your body is telling you, and approach yourself with curiosity instead of judgment. We'll also discuss the difference between genuine shadow work and moments when someone is simply behaving in unhealthy or harmful ways. Shadow work isn't about fixing yourself; it's about reclaiming the parts of you that have been hidden so you can live with greater authenticity, confidence, self-acceptance, and emotional freedom. If you're ready to better understand your emotional reactions, heal old patterns, strengthen your boundaries, and become more aligned with your authentic self, this episode is for you.
Spiritual Awakening, Consciousness & Energy Healing
2026/07/14
What happens when a scientist experiences a spiritual awakening that completely transforms the way she understands consciousness, healing, and the nature of reality? In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I sit down with scientist, spiritual advisor, energy healer, and Soaring Beyond author Dr. Maria Inglesby for a fascinating conversation about the intersection of science and spirituality. We explore spiritual awakening, consciousness, meditation, intuition, energy healing, and why so many people are feeling called to question old beliefs and discover a deeper sense of purpose. Dr. Maria shares her journey from the hard sciences into the world of expanded awareness, explaining how meditation opened the door to profound experiences that reshaped her understanding of human potential. Together, we discuss recurring life patterns, limiting beliefs, soul growth, the power of the heart's wisdom, and how learning to trust our inner guidance can lead to greater peace, clarity, and joy. Whether you're curious about spirituality, navigating your own awakening, or simply feel there's more to life than you've been taught, this conversation offers thought-provoking perspectives and practical inspiration for your personal journey. Dr. Maria Inglesby is a transformational guide / high-frequency energy channel and author who bridges scientific rigor with an expansive understanding of consciousness. Drawing on studies in energy healing and years of deep inner alchemy, she now serves as a spiritual advisor to individuals committed to conscious growth, guiding them beyond intellectual understanding into embodied self-mastery. https://MariaInglesby.com.
The Messy Side of Manifesting: The Choices No One Talks About
2026/07/07
What if the life you're dreaming about isn't created by one giant leap, but by the small, intentional choices you make every single day? In this episode, I'm sharing the story behind one of the biggest dreams I've brought to life: creating a holistic healing and wellness center. What began as a simple search for a new office became an opportunity to purchase a space that will allow me to expand my vision for healing, community, yoga, sound healing, workshops, and so much more. As I reflect on this journey, I'm reminded that manifestation isn't always just about magic. It's also a relationship with yourself. It's learning to trust your intuition, follow the energy, stay open to unexpected possibilities, and continue choosing what lights you up, even before you know exactly how everything will unfold. If you've been feeling called toward something bigger... a new career, a home, a business, a relationship, or simply a more joyful way of living... I hope this episode reminds you that you don't have to have it all figured out. You only have to be willing to choose the next step.
How Breathwork Heals Trauma, Regulates Your Nervous System & Unlocks Lasting Change
2026/06/30
Have you ever felt like you've tried everything to heal, yet something still feels stuck? In this episode of Wild Enthusiasm for Living, I sit down with breathwork teacher and founder of Unity Breathwork, Megan Ashton, for a fascinating conversation about how conscious connected breathwork can help us access the subconscious, regulate the nervous system, and create lasting transformation from the inside out. Together, we explore why stress, trauma, anxiety, and even long-held emotional patterns can remain stored in the body, and why simply "thinking differently" isn't always enough to create real change. One of my favorite takeaways from this conversation is the reminder that healing isn't always about adding more information; sometimes it's about creating the space for your body and mind to release what they've been carrying all along. Whether you're curious about breathwork, looking for new approaches to emotional healing, or wondering how the breath can support mental wellness, resilience, and personal growth, this conversation offers both hope and practical insight. More about Megan: Megan Ashton is the founder of Unity Breathwork (unitybreathwork.com) and a leading advocate for raising safety standards in the breathwork industry. Her own healing journey through trauma, bulimia, and alcohol dependence brought her to Conscious Connected Breathwork — and showed her firsthand its power as a tool for trauma processing, addiction recovery, and profound nervous system transformation. After years of collaborating with international breathwork schools, she became a vocal voice for trauma-informed practice, facilitator competency, and helping the public understand the real risks of altered states work before choosing who to work with. She now leads Unity Breathwork's GPBA-certified facilitator training program, one of the most comprehensive Conscious Connected Breathwork certifications available today.
