Marianne Robb: is a retired police officer with 34 years of experience in Arizona law enforcement. Her career included roles as a patrol officer, a detective specializing in arson, property crimes, and narcotics and as a crime prevention specialist. In 2015 Marianne joined the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON Arizona chapter). She spent 7 years as a field investigator. She spent 5 years as an instructor with MUFON alongside Dave Rich teaching investigators how to apply law enforcement methods, such as evidence collection and advanced interview techniques, to UFO cases. She had taught at MUFON symposiums, and at the annual MUFON boot camp held in Arizona. She is a vocal advocate for collaboration among researchers, government agencies and investigators to uncover the truth about unidentified anomalous phenomena.  Together with fellow retired officer, Dave Rich, she co-founded UAP-PD, an organization focused on bridging the gap between law enforcement and UFO/UAP, paranormal and cryptid investigations. UAP-PD aims to destigmatize UFO/UAP, paranormal and cryptid sightings and provide resources and a "safe zone" for law enforcement officers and first responders to handle and share their encounters without the fear of being ridiculed or the possibility of losing their career. Dave Rich: is a retired police officer with 25 years of service in Arizona law enforcement. During his career, he worked in various roles, including patrol, gang investigation, homicide, sex crimes and narcotics. Dave spent his last 15 years of his career as a high school resource officer. In addition to his law enforcement background, he had been active in UFO investigations as a field investigator for the Mutual UFO Network ( MUFON Arizona chapter) Dave was an instructor for MUFON, teaching advanced interview techniques and evidence collection at their boot camps and symposiums. Dave, co-founder of UAP-PD with Marianne Robb, a fellow retired officer, focus on UFO/UAP, paranormal and cryptid investigations. Text us! We want to hear from you L. A. Marzulli is an author, lecturer, and filmmaker. He has penned fourteen books, including The Nephilim Trilogy, which made the CBA best-sellers list. Based on his work on the trilogy, L.A. received an honorary doctorate from his mentor Dr. I. D. E. Thomas, who was the Provost at Pacific International University. He was also honored with the Gold Medallion award from Chuck Missler at the K-House conference in 2014. His book series On the Trail of the Nephilim, volumes I & II, are full-color, oversized volumes that reveal startling evidence of a massive cover-up of what he believes to be the remains of the Nephilim, the giants mentioned in the Bible. L. A. teamed up with film producer Richard Shaw to create The Watchers series which grew to an eleven-episode catalog. One of those installments, Watchers 7: UFO Physical Evidence, won both the “UFO Best Film” and “People’s Choice Award” at the UFO Congress in 2014. Marzulli created a “team” that legally extracted material for DNA testing from the enigmatic elongated skulls found in Peru.
