Description
Four12 is a global partnership of churches longing to live out Authentic New Testament Christianity and working together to Equip, Restore and Advance the church that Jesus Himself is building. We take our cue from Ephesians 4:12 which tells us that Christ gave gifts to the body, “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ”. As a vivid reminder of this mandate, we are called, Four12. This is a Four12 podcast.

The Mending Pattern | Andrew Selley
2026/10/02
How can leaders disciple and equip saints for ministry?
Jesus shaped the Twelve into men who would change the world. Church leaders can learn much from the way Jesus discipled and shaped individuals to become all that He had for them. To bring saints into the plans that God has for them, leaders must cultivate biblical values within our churches and come back to intentional discipleship and equipping. Here, Andrew Selley reminds church leaders that we are called to bring the broken into wholeness and furnish what is lacking, so that saints can go on to make disciples of all nations, building a legacy of leadership.
Are new leaders still being raised in our churches, or have we slipped into maintenance mode?

The Word of Our Testimony | Shaun Brauteseth
2026/10/02
What does it mean to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony?
Revelation 12v11 points us first to the blood of the Lamb, because every victory begins with what Christ has done, and then to the word of our testimony – the faithful truth we declare about who God is, what He has done, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our testimony is more than a story of personal conversion. It is a witness that God is Lord, His Word endures, and His purposes will prevail. Shaun Brauteseth encourages believers not to lose heart when results are not immediate, but to trust God to use the truth we speak. This is a call to stand with holy boldness and to pray for the same courage we read about in Acts 4.
This is a Four12 Podcast.
About the Speaker:
Shaun Brauteseth has been serving on the eldership team of Oxygen Life Church, South Africa, since 2012, and in full time ministry since 2014. He is married to Samantha, and they have three children. Shaun is a skilled communicator and passionate about making disciples of Christ.
Love Must Be Sincere | Ryan Kingsley
2026/10/02
How does our love for God become visible to the people around us?
Sincere love for God is revealed in the way we love His people. Spiritual activity, gifting, sacrifice, and outward holiness cannot replace patient, kind, forgiving, and self-giving love. In this Conference message, Ryan Kingsley draws from Romans 12 and 1 Corinthians 13 – he calls us beyond learned behaviour and surface fellowship into genuine connection, unity, and a willingness to open our hearts. The session also speaks honestly about independence, self-protection, and unresolved hurt, pointing us to repentance, forgiveness, and the restoring work of Jesus.
This is a Four12 Podcast.
About the Speaker:
Ryan Kingsley serves on Four12 (F12) leadership and is the lead elder of City on a Hill, South Africa. He is married to Lelani and the father of four. Ryan is passionate about raising zealous leaders and planting and building healthy churches.
Stay Awake and Pray | Gerrit Loots
2026/09/28
What if standing firm begins with kneeling in prayer?
The way to stand firm in a season of testing is to kneel before God and receive the strength we do not have in ourselves. Jesus prayed in Gethsemane, and He told His disciples to pray so they would not fall into temptation or be overcome by sorrow (Luke 22:39-44). In this Conference session, Gerrit Loots leads us back to Christ’s promises: the Father has not abandoned us, the Spirit remains with us, and Jesus prays that our faith will not fail. As God strengthens us, we can continue to love, welcome, and serve others through difficult seasons.
This is a Four12 Podcast.
About the Speaker:
Gerrit Loots is the lead elder of Kingdom Community Church, South Africa. He is married to Cherie and they have four children. Gerrit is an avid surfer, coffee connoisseur, family man, and a passionate lover of Christ and His Church.
His Strength in Our Weakness | Daniel Barnard
2026/09/28
When you have reached your limits, can you still be faithful to what God has asked?
Weariness, pressure, and limitation do not place us outside God’s purposes. In John 4:4-6, Jesus is genuinely tired at the well, yet He does not withdraw from the difficult opportunity before Him. His obedience to the Father brings life to a Samaritan village, and God sustains Him to remain until many believe. Daniel Barnard encourages believers in this Conference session who feel stretched by ministry, work, family, or daily responsibility, urging us to release burdens God has not assigned and trust the Holy Spirit for the power to obey. Our strength is not the foundation of faithful service – God is.
This is a Four12 Podcast.
About the Speaker:
Daniel Barnard serves on leadership within Four12 (F12) and is an elder in Joshua Generation Church, South Africa. He is married to Samantha, and they have four children. He is passionate about reaching the lost and discipling believers towards all God has for them.
Living in God’s Power | Euan MacRae
2026/09/28
Have you become satisfied with a powerless Christian life?
It is possible to believe the right things about the Holy Spirit while becoming functionally independent of Him. But it is possible to close the gap between the Christianity we read about in Acts and the Christianity we are actually living. Here, Euan MacRae shows us that the Holy Spirit transforms us, makes us like Jesus, and works through yielded lives to demonstrate the reality of God’s Kingdom. In this Conference session, we are reminded that yesterday’s manna is not enough for today’s assignment – we are called to continually receive from the Spirit. Are we too content with living with less than what God has for us?
This is a Four12 Podcast.
About the Speaker:
Euan MacRae serves on Four12 (F12) leadership and is an elder in Living Hope, on the Isle of Man. He married Karen in 1999, and they have three children. After studying Civil Engineering and IT, Euan entered full-time ministry in 2010. He has a passion for worship, teaching, and raising young leaders.
Under Siege | Euan MacRae
2026/09/16
How we can learn to trust God in the battle.
Following Jesus does not mean living without resistance – it means learning how to stand when adversity comes. Scripture shows that King Hezekiah strengthened what he could, protected Jerusalem’s water supply, prayed, and then trusted the Lord to do what only He could do. We can apply this pattern to the pressures we face through criticism, misunderstanding, slander, spiritual attack, and hardship. In this Conference session, Euan MacRae encourages us to keep digging when forgiveness is hard, keep pursuing fellowship when church life is painful, and keep choosing love when bitterness feels easier. Our confidence rests in God, our deliverer, who fights the battles beyond our strength.

Beholding Jesus | Ryan Kingsley
2026/09/16
Keeping your eyes on Christ to become like Him.
God’s purpose for His people is not merely to learn Christian values, but to be transformed into the likeness of His Son. That transformation begins as we behold Jesus – His glory, humility, forgiveness, obedience, and love – and allow the Spirit to make us like Him. Ryan Kingsley explains in this Conference session why the King must remain at the centre of the Kingdom, the church, and every area of discipleship. Looking to Christ changes how we face suffering, resist condemnation, forgive others, obey God, and serve one another. His example is not a distant standard to admire, but the living source of grace and power for the Christian life. As we keep considering Him, we learn to reflect Him.

Bold as Lions | Luke Watson
2026/08/31
Do you live in the courage that comes from knowing God is with you?
God’s people do not become courageous by relying on their own ability – boldness grows from closeness to Jesus and the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit. This gives ordinary believers courage to serve, witness, make disciples, and stand firm when fear or persecution comes. Luke Watson draws from Joshua, David, Paul, Peter, and John to show that God’s presence is the foundation of Christian courage. Like the disciples in Acts, we can ask the Lord not simply to remove difficulty, but to make us bolder within it. Staying close to the Good Shepherd, we can play our part and live as faithful testimonies to Christ.

About the Speaker:
Luke Watson serves as an elder in Joshua Generation Church. He is married to Elaine, and they have five children. He is passionate about helping others step into God’s calling for them.
Marriage & Intimacy | Jonathan Stanfield
2026/08/31
Have we let culture define sexual intimacy instead of God?
God’s created intimacy – designed to be sacred within the covenant of marriage between a man and a woman. Following Jesus means honouring God with our bodies, running from sexual sin, and trusting the Spirit to form holiness in us. Jonathan Stanfield explores how marriage reflects Christ and His church, why wise boundaries and accountability matter, and how couples can seek help when they face difficult seasons. The church is called to stand firmly on Scripture while offering forgiveness, healing, restoration, and welcome to those who repent. Grace does not excuse sin – it forgives and empowers transformed living.

Jonathan Stanfield serves on leadership within Four12 (F12) and is the lead elder of Living Hope, on the Isle of Man. Jonathan is married to Annette, is a dad to four daughters and is a proud grandad. He is passionate about church planting and seeing churches restored to health.
What Motivates Your Heart? | Rick Neufeld
2026/08/31
Do you still care more about changing lives than receiving a title?
The most noble work is not securing a position, but loving God wholeheartedly and helping people find Jesus. Recognition, comparison, and ministry ambition can quietly replace that calling, leaving us weary, joyless, and less free. Rick Neufeld brings a candid word from his own experience, pointing us to John the Baptist’s humility and the freedom of surrender. When we confess our sin and release our need to be seen, we can serve faithfully wherever Jesus sends us and rejoice when His Kingdom advances through others.
This is a Four12 Podcast – Session 3 of Conference in North America 2026
About the Speaker:
Rick Neufeld is an elder at Grunthal Abundant Life Fellowship and is married to Heather, with whom he shares two children. They have a heart of compassion for the lost and a desire to teach and disciple the followers of Jesus.
Hurt, But Not Offended | Andrew Selley
2026/08/31
What will you do when pain tempts you to hold on to offense?
The pain may be real, but it does not have to become the master of your heart. Jesus shows us that it is possible to endure rejection and injustice without becoming bitter, divisive, or controlled by the need for revenge. In this session, Andrew Selley offers practical biblical wisdom for processing hurt: remember that others are human, remember your own failures, believe the best, overlook offenses, forgive, and return to the presence of the Holy Spirit. Freedom comes when we stop demanding that people provide the justice only God can finally bring.

There Is a King | Lukas Nakos
2026/08/31
What would it mean to place every part of your life under King Jesus?
Jesus is not a distant ruler demanding allegiance from afar. He is the King who left His throne, served His disciples, went willingly to the cross, and rose in victory – and He now calls us to surrender everything to Him. In this session, Lukas Nakos explains that following Jesus is not measured by one emotional moment but by a daily direction: giving up our own way, taking up our cross, and obeying wherever He leads. Grace is the root, and obedience is the fruit. The King’s rule reaches our ambitions, relationships, money, priorities, and private lives, bringing them into the values of His Kingdom.
This is a Four12 Podcast – Session 1 of Conference in North America 2026

Lukas Nakos is an elder in Joshua Generation Church. He is married to Annie and they have five children. Lukas is an entrepreneur who has run several successful businesses, but his greatest passion is to serve the Lord and His bride.
The Fear of God | Luke Watson
2026/08/31
Could the fear of God be the answer to a weary and fearful heart?
The biblical fear of God is not crippling dread, shame, or hiding – it is seeing the Lord in His holiness, majesty, and authority, then responding with reverence, trust, and joyful obedience. This fear drives out the fear of people and circumstances, brings holiness to completion, and offers escape from the snares of death. Luke Watson invites us to turn from empty pursuits and receive the fear of God as a life-giving fountain of mercy, courage, renewal, and wholehearted devotion.

Moved by Compassion | Steve Martinez
2026/08/31
Do we see people God has placed around us as He does?
Jesus shows us that compassion begins by seeing people, allowing their brokenness to move our hearts, and responding with practical love. The church reflects Christ when visitors are welcomed, the lonely are noticed, and those who drift are pursued rather than overlooked. Steve Martinez shares how ordinary Christians embodied this compassion in his own life, helping lead him through brokenness, addiction, depression, and spiritual drifting back to Jesus and His church. This session calls leaders and every believer to pray for the heart of Christ, notice who is missing, and faithfully show up for people.
This is a Four12 Podcast – Session 2 of North America Leaders Time 2026
About the Speaker:
Steve Martinez serves as an elder at Joshua Generation, USA. He is married to Isabelle and is the father of twin boys. He is passionate about theology, communication, and family.
