This time of year, you've probably seen these bright, orange flowers all around your local flower shops, farmers markets and grocery stores. Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do has resigned and agreed to plead guilty for a conspiracy to steal millions of dollars in COVID relief funds meant to feed needy seniors. Do’s criminal charges and plea agreement follow an LAist investigation and federal probe.
