Originally from New York, Mila and her husband; already parents of a toddler at the time embarked on their surrogacy journey in Tbilisi after many failed rounds of IVF as well as breast cancer. For so many of us that have gone through fertility treatments, gone through IVF, and then go onto surrogacy; we go through so many layers of grief.
