7 Players Whose Stocks Are Rising in Week 7 (+ Buy Low/Sell High Candidates)
2026/10/22
Nobody’s stock is falling this week, and five of the seven risers are young receivers. Kendall Valenzuela, Dwain McFarland and Peter Overzet go through the fantasy football players whose utilization is climbing going into Week 7 — and what’s actually driving each one.
Germie Bernard rises to a high-end WR3. Carnell Tate joins him at high-end WR3, and his utilization comps paint an interesting picture — receivers at his utilization score have gone on to a top-24 season 46% of the time. Omar Cooper climbs to a high-end WR4. Jalen Coker and Emeka Egbuka both move up to mid-range WR2, with Egbuka cashing in last week’s Dwain-Lib. At running back, Bhayshul Tuten rises to a mid-range RB2 and Jaylen Warren holds steady there.
Then the part your league isn’t thinking about yet. Is A.J. Brown a buy low after everything that’s happened? And is Ashton Jeanty a sell high while the name still carries weight?
They also play Dwain-Libs on the thresholds that would move players again this week: what route share makes Ja’Kobi Lane a WR4, what gets Tyler Higbee to a low-end TE1, and what Omar Cooper becomes at an 85% route share alongside Adonai Mitchell.
And they close with the moves to make before your league-mates get there — Dwain stashing Jaylin Noel, Pete on Christian Kirk and Terrance Ferguson, Kendall on Chig Okonkwo and Antonio Williams.

7 Overreactions to Week 6 Fantasy Football (+ Week 7 Waiver Wire Targets)
2026/10/20
📋 Week 6 is in the books, four more teams are on bye in Week 7, and we’re working through all of it — the overreactions worth having, what’s actually real, and the waiver wire.
Kendall and Pete open with Overreaction Monday. Pete wiring money to the Nigerian prince known as Colston Loveland. Whether we’ve seen Jameis Winston’s last snap of the season. Cam Skattebo being in the doghouse in New York and whether he belongs in yours. Germie Bernard, Carnell Tate and Omar Cooper finishing 1-2-3 in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting, in that order. Whether the A.J. Brown trade was a mistake. And Anthony Richardson starting for the Colts within two weeks. Plus Imagine That, presented by Xfinity Shield, on Bhayshul Tuten never having another touchdown called back.
Then Real Football vs. Fake Football with former NFL offensive coordinator Scott Turner — whether C.J. Stroud is officially back to his rookie-year self, what Travis Hunter brings to the Jaguars offense on part-time snaps and whether he should be playing more, and how hard to press the panic button on a 2-4 Rams team that opened the year as Super Bowl favorites.
Then It’s Not Me, It’s You, with Pete going at Justin Herbert and Kendall going at Kenneth Walker.
Then the Week 7 waiver wire with the Bills, Chargers, Commanders and Jaguars all on bye. J.J. McCarthy at quarterback. Roschon Johnson, Seth McGowan, Tyrone Tracy and Kendre Miller at running back. Omar Cooper, Ja’Kobi Lane, Jaylin Noel, Malachi Fields and Travis Hunter at receiver. And Michael Mayer at tight end.

📋 Week 6 is here. We’re breaking down fantasy football rankings, the smash spots and crash spots at every position, hitting the injuries that could wreck your lineup, and going rapid-fire on the start/sit calls you’re still sweating.
Kendall and Pete go through the top 12 quarterbacks, top 24 running backs, top 24 receivers and top 12 tight ends, then get into the spots that actually decide your week — Jameis Winston and Kirk Cousins in smash spots with Trevor Lawrence in a crash spot, Rhamondre Stevenson and Tony Pollard at running back with a warning on Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Carnell Tate plus both Packers receivers in plus matchups with Garrett Wilson on the other side, and both sides of tight end with Dalton Kincaid smashing and Jake Ferguson crashing.
Then the Week 6 injury report. Jalen Hurts has been ruled out with a blood clot, which raises the question of whether there’s a single Eagle worth starting right now. Caleb Williams is in line to return from his hamstring, so what does that do for him and the Bears pass catchers. Jalen Coker is back from a quad injury. David Montgomery is week-to-week with a groin issue, which puts the focus on whether Woody Marks is actually startable. And A.J. Brown is practicing again after a stint on IR.
Then a rapid-fire start/sit round on Bryce Young, Omarion Hampton, Blake Corum, Emeka Egbuka and Xavier Worthy, and they close by building a DFS lineup together for the week.

Week 6 Stock Up/Stock Down + Buy Low/Sell High Candidates + Moves to Make NOW!
2026/10/15
Marvin Harrison Jr. is in Houston, and that’s not the only thing that moved. Kendall Valenzuela, Dwain McFarland and Peter Overzet go through the fantasy football players whose utilization shifted going into Week 6 — and what’s actually driving each one.
Rhamondre Stevenson climbs to a borderline RB1. Marvin Harrison Jr. rises to WR4 with WR3 upside, and they get into what specifically about the Texans offense changes his outlook. Isaiah Likely pushes into high-end TE1 territory, and Mike Evans moves up to a high-end WR2. Going the other way: Jaylen Waddle falls into WR3 range.
Then the part your league isn’t thinking about yet. Is Bhayshul Tuten somehow a buy low and a sell high at the same time? Is Jeremiyah Love a buy at his current price? And is Denzel Boston a sell while people still believe?
They also play Dwain-Libs on the thresholds that would move players again: what average route depth would knock Marvin Harrison Jr. down to a mid-range WR3, what attempt share makes MarShawn Lloyd a short-term low-end RB2, and what Emeka Egbuka becomes at a 25% target share with Baker Mayfield back.
And they close with the stashes to make before your league-mates get there — Dwain on Samaje Perine, Pete on Roschon Johnson.

Week 5 Fantasy Recap: Overreactions, Waivers & More (Feat. Scott Turner)
2026/10/13
📋 Four teams are on bye in Week 6 — Bengals, Lions, Dolphins and Vikings — which means a lot of lineups are about to have holes in them. We’re getting you ready, plus overreacting to Week 5 and figuring out what’s real.
Kendall and Pete open with Overreaction Monday. Not being able to get a second-round pick for Marvin Harrison Jr. in dynasty. Whether Michael Wilson is the Marvin Harrison Jr. of the Cardinals. Whether the Commanders outsourced clock management to AI, plus general Washington-Giants fallout. The Packers’ new playbook being “Christian Watson and Matthew Golden are down there somewhere.” Drake Maye having the worst three-game start to an MVP season ever. And whether the Chase Brown experiment is officially over. Plus Imagine That, presented by Xfinity Shield, on Rico Dowdle taking a Caribbean vacation that lasts until January and what that means for Jaylen Warren.
Then Real Football vs. Fake Football with former NFL offensive coordinator Scott Turner — whether the 49ers are Super Bowl favorites or whether the injuries catch up to them, whether the NFC East is officially the worst division in football and who actually wins it, and whether the Vikings deserve to be taken seriously as contenders.
Then It’s Not Me, It’s You, with Pete going at Sean Payton and Kendall going at the entire NFC East.
Then the Week 6 waiver wire with four teams on bye. Aaron Rodgers and Jalon Daniels at quarterback. Woody Marks, Kendre Miller, Dameon Pierce and Seth McGowan at running back. Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, Germie Bernard, Christian Kirk, Efton Chism and Kyle Williams at receiver. And Brenton Strange and Pat Freiermuth at tight end.

📋 Week 5 is here. We’re breaking down fantasy football rankings, the smash spots and crash spots at every position, hitting the injuries that could wreck your lineup, and going rapid-fire on the start/sit calls you’re still sweating.
Kendall and Pete go through the top 12 quarterbacks, top 24 running backs, top 24 receivers and top 12 tight ends, then get into the spots that actually decide your week — Jacoby Brissett and Matthew Stafford in smash spots with Brock Purdy in a crash spot, D’Andre Swift and Aaron Jones at running back with a warning on James Cook, Jameson Williams and Michael Wilson at receiver with Chris Olave on the other side, and both sides of tight end with Mike Gesicki smashing and Tucker Kraft crashing.
Then the Week 5 injury report. Lamar Jackson’s ankle sprain is being called “unconventional,” so how do you handle the Ravens offense with Tyler Huntley under center. Saquon Barkley is week-to-week, which means deciding how confident you actually are in Will Shipley. Rhamondre Stevenson has a knee issue from Sunday, which could mean wheels up for TreVeyon Henderson. And Ladd McConkey is day-to-day, which raises the real question — can you start any Chargers pass catcher at all if he sits.
Then a rapid-fire start/sit round on Josh Downs, Jayden Daniels, Dalton Kincaid, Ollie Gordon and Woody Marks, and they close by building a DFS lineup together for the week.

6 Players Whose Stocks Are Moving in Week 5 (+ Buy Low/Sell High Candidates)
2026/10/08
One well-timed trade can still change your season. Kendall Valenzuela, Dwain McFarland and Peter Overzet go through the fantasy football players whose utilization moved going into Week 5 — and what's actually driving each one.Kyren Williams climbs all the way to a low-end RB1, and RJ Harvey rises to RB3 with RB2 upside. At receiver, Tetairoa McMillan moves up to a high-end WR2, Michael Wilson to a low-end WR2 and Malik Nabers to a mid-range WR2. Going the other direction: Omarion Hampton falls to a high-end RB3, and the usage behind it is the part worth paying attention to.Then the part your league isn't thinking about yet. Is Carnell Tate a buy at a price that isn't quite a bargain? And is Kyle Monangai a sell high while people still believe? They also play Dwain-Libs on the thresholds that would move players again this week: what route share makes Jaylen Waddle a high-end WR2, what Brian Thomas Jr. becomes if he's traded to Kansas City, San Francisco or Las Vegas, and what gets Dalton Kincaid back into low-end TE1 range. And they close with three moves to make before your league-mates get there — Dwain on Tyjae Spears and Jerry Jeudy, Pete on Tyreek Hill, Kendall on Antonio Williams.🔍 Topics in this video:2026 fantasy football, stock up stock down, buy low sell high, route participation, utilization, week 5 fantasy football, Kyren Williams, RJ Harvey, Omarion Hampton, Tetairoa McMillan, Michael Wilson, Malik Nabers, Carnell Tate, Kyle Monangai, Jaylen Waddle, Brian Thomas Jr., Dalton Kincaid, Tyjae Spears, Jerry Jeudy, Tyreek Hill, Antonio Williams, fantasy football trade targets, waiver wire

📋 Someone call the medic. Week 4 did real damage, and we're working through all of it — the injury report that reshaped multiple offenses, what's actually going on with a few teams, the overreactions worth having, and the Week 5 waiver wire.Kendall and Pete open with the Week 4 injury report. Lamar Jackson's ankle and how far you downgrade the Ravens pass catchers if Tyler Huntley is under center. Saquon Barkley's hamstring; DJ Moore re-aggravating his shoulder and whether Keon Coleman is the clear pickup. And Rashee Rice's hamstring plus Tyquan Thornton's ankle leaving Kansas City thin enough that signing Tyreek Hill starts to look less crazy. Then Real Football vs. Fake Football with former NFL offensive coordinator Scott Turner — what actually changed for Drake Maye this week after three weeks of something different, and what it is about Ben Johnson's offense that keeps producing no matter who's playing quarterback or running back. Then Overreaction Monday. Saving the date for the Kenneth Walker and Eric Bieniemy wedding. Whether the RB-WR stack becomes the redraft trend next year after Puka and Kyren, CeeDee and Javonte, and Chuba and Tetairoa. Whether the 4-0 Vikings should still be shopping for a quarterback. Whether Jadarian Price has a job to come back to off IR. And a plea to put Tyler Allgeier somewhere without an elite running back ahead of him. Plus Imagine That, presented by Xfinity Shield, on the Texans missing the playoffs because of their defense. Then Week 5 waivers with Panthers and Chiefs on bye: Jalon Daniels at quarterback, Emanuel Wilson, Tank Bigsby, Seth McGowan and Tyler Goodson at running back, Keon Coleman, Roman Wilson, Antonio Williams, Cyrus Allen and Dont'e Meyers at receiver, and Brenton Strange as the top tight end priority.🔍 Topics in this video:fantasy football week 5 waiver wire, week 5 waiver wire pickups, fantasy football advice 2026, overreaction monday, week 4 fantasy football recap, week 4 injury report, Lamar Jackson injury, Tyler Huntley, Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby, DJ Moore, Keon Coleman, Rashee Rice, Tyquan Thornton, Tyreek Hill, Scott Turner, Drake Maye, Ben Johnson, Kenneth Walker, Tyler Allgeier, Jadarian Price, Puka Nacua, Kyren Williams, CeeDee Lamb, Javonte Williams, Chuba Hubbard, Tetairoa McMillan, Jalon Daniels, Emanuel Wilson, Seth McGowan, Tyler Goodson, Roman Wilson, Antonio Williams, Brenton Strange

📋 Week 4 is here. We're breaking down fantasy football rankings, the smash spots and crash spots at every position, hitting the injuries that could wreck your lineup, and going rapid-fire on the start/sit calls you're still sweating.
Kendall and Pete go through the top 12 quarterbacks, top 24 running backs, top 24 receivers and top 12 tight ends, then get into the spots that actually decide your week — Patrick Mahomes and Bryce Young in smash spots, Dak Prescott in a crash spot, Chase Brown, David Montgomery, and a warning on Omarion Hampton. At receiver it's Parker Washington and Josh Downs in plus matchups with Emeka Egbuka on the other side, plus George Kittle at tight end.
Then the Week 4 injury report, which might be the most consequential one yet. Sean McVay expects Puka Nacua back, so what does that mean for him and for Davante Adams. Justin Jefferson didn't practice to start the week, which puts Jordan Addison in line for a big one. Jayden Reed is having season-ending neck surgery, so Christian Watson and Matthew Golden both climb. Nico Collins returned to practice. And Adonai Mitchell is week-to-week, which sets up another possible Kenyon Sadiq boom.
Then a rapid-fire start/sit round on Braelon Allen, Brenton Strange, Keenan Allen, Jadarian Price and Javonte Williams, and they close by building a DFS lineup together for the week.

Week 4 Fantasy Stock Up/Stock Down: 5 Players on the Rise, Buy Low/Sell High Candidates and More!
2026/10/01
Whether you're 0-3 or 3-0, one well-timed trade can change your whole season. Kendall Valenzuela, Dwain McFarland and Peter Overzet go through the fantasy football players whose utilization is on the rise going into Week 4 — and what's actually driving each move.Cam Skattebo climbs to a mid-range RB2 after a Week 3 where his snaps, rushes and route work all jumped at once. Jeremiyah Love rises to mid-range RB2 off a backfield that's tilted almost entirely his way. Josh Downs moves to a low-end WR2 as his role shifts downfield. Kenyon Sadiq jumps to a high-end TE2 after a 23.5-point Week 3 that came on a modest route share — which is the interesting part. And George Kittle rises to TE3 overall. Then the backfields where the lead guy is hurt — which of the Jets pair of Braelon Allen and Isaiah Davis, the Dolphins pair of Ollie Gordon and Jaylen Wright, or the Saints pair of Alvin Kamara and Kendre Miller you can actually start this week. Then the part your league isn't thinking about yet. Is Chase Brown a buy low with his role intact but his production sliding? Is Bhayshul Tuten a sell high after three straight weeks under a 50% snap share while his fantasy points keep climbing? And is Tetairoa McMillan a buy low in an offense that keeps feeding him? They also play Dwain-Libs on the thresholds that would move players again this week: what route share puts DJ Moore in mid-range WR2 territory, what Jordan Addison becomes with Justin Jefferson out, and what gets Kenyon Sadiq into low-end TE1 range. And they close with three adds to make before your league-mates get there — Dwain on Jaylen Wright, Pete stashing Tyler Goodson, Kendall on Tre Harris.🔍 Topics in this video:2026 fantasy football, stock up stock down, buy low sell high, route participation, utilization, week 4 fantasy football, Cam Skattebo, Jeremiyah Love, Josh Downs, Kenyon Sadiq, George Kittle, Braelon Allen, Isaiah Davis, Ollie Gordon, Jaylen Wright, Alvin Kamara, Kendre Miller, Chase Brown, Bhayshul Tuten, Tetairoa McMillan, DJ Moore, Jordan Addison, Justin Jefferson, Tyler Goodson, Tre Harris, fantasy football trade targets, waiver wireTimecodes:00:00:00 - Coming Up00:00:00 - Cam Skattebo00:00:00 - Jeremiyah Love00:00:00 - Josh Downs00:00:00 - Kenyon Sadiq00:00:00 - George Kittle00:00:00 - Starting a Backup RB in Week 400:00:00 - Buy Chase Brown Low?00:00:00 - Sell Bhayshul Tuten High?00:00:00 - Buy Tetairoa McMillan Low?00:00:00 - Dwain-Lib: DJ Moore00:00:00 - Dwain-Lib: Jordan Addison00:00:00 - Moves to Make NOW to Get Ahead

📋 Week 3 is in the books and it was a rough one. We're overreacting to the biggest results, holding an emergency press conference on four quarterback situations that fell apart, working through an injury report that reshapes multiple backfields, and getting you set for Week 4 waivers.
Kendall and Pete open with the Week 3 injury report which covers De'Von Achane's torn ACL and a season that's over, Baker Mayfield's thumb and a possible two-to-four week absence, Breece Hall's thigh with no update until Wednesday, Mike Evans' rib and oblique, and Jalen Coker's quad.Week 3 winners and worries — Jahmyr Gibbs at 41.4 and the RB1 finish, Jaxon Smith-Njigba going for 35.36 as the WR1, Bijan Robinson, Brock Purdy and Drake London on one side, Bucky Irving, David Montgomery, Jaylen Waddle, Omarion Hampton, Dalton Kincaid and Tetairoa McMillan on the other. Then Imagine That, presented by Xfinity Shield, on Jaxon Smith-Njigba chasing the single-season record for receiving touchdowns, receptions and yards, and Derrick Henry chasing the rushing touchdown record.
The overreactions: putting the mortgage on Brock Purdy MVP tickets, Jeremiyah Love outscoring both Patriots running backs combined, Brock Bowers winning regular season and postseason fantasy championships, and Geno Smith as this year's Jacoby Brissett.
Then the emergency press conference on J.J. McCarthy's fit in the Giants scheme, how much worse Tommy DeVito could actually be than Drake Maye, whether Marcus Mariota is better for the Commanders than Jayden Daniels, whether the Chargers win a game before November, and the Titans looking for Cam Ward's replacement in 2027.
Then Week 4 waivers with Panthers and Chiefs on bye in Week 5: Sam Darnold, Marcus Mariota and Jacoby Brissett at quarterback, Ollie Gordon, Jaylen Wright, Braelon Allen, Keaton Mitchell and Kendre Miller at running back, Malik Washington, Xavier Legette and Jauan Jennings at receiver, and Kenyon Sadiq as the top tight end priority after a 7-catch, 105-yard, 23.5-point TE4 week.

Week 3 Stock Up/Stock Down for Fantasy Football + Buy Low/Sell High & Moves to Make Now!
2026/09/24
Kendall Valenzuela, Dwain McFarland and Peter Overzet go through the fantasy football players whose stock actually moved after Week 2 — and more importantly, the specific utilization behind each move.Parker Washington climbs again, this time to a low-end WR1. Jalen Coker rises into mid-range WR3 territory. Dalton Kincaid moves all the way into the top five at tight end. Going the other way: Rashee Rice slides to a low-end WR2, and the Bears pair of Colston Loveland and Luther Burden both drop, Loveland to a low-end TE1 and Burden to a high-end WR4.Then the part your league isn't thinking about yet. Bucky Irving has the sixth-highest running back utilization score in football at 90 — is that a buy even at a high price? George Pickens is averaging just 7.9 points per game on an 85% route share and a 23% target share, which is the exact profile of a player about to be cheap. Tucker Kraft's route participation jumped from 48% in Week 1 to 91% in Week 2 while his production fell. And Stefon Diggs is scoring 18.6 per game on a 59% route share — the definition of a sell. They also play Dwain-Libs on the thresholds that would move players again this week: what route share puts Oronde Gadsden in the TE8-to-TE10 range, what gets Brian Thomas Jr. into WR3 territory, and what designed rush rate makes Tyler Shough a QB10-to-QB12 option. Those are the exact numbers to watch on Sunday. And they close with three adds to make before your league-mates get there — Dwain on Kenyon Sadiq, Pete on Oronde Gadsden, Kendall on Demond Claiborne.🔍 Topics in this video:2026 fantasy football, stock up stock down, buy low sell high, route participation, utilization, Parker Washington, Rashee Rice, Jalen Coker, Colston Loveland, Luther Burden, Dalton Kincaid, Bucky Irving, George Pickens, Tucker Kraft, Stefon Diggs, Oronde Gadsden, Brian Thomas Jr., Tyler Shough, Kenyon Sadiq, Demond Claiborne, fantasy football trade targets, waiver wire, week 3 fantasy football

Week 2 Overreactions + Week 3 Waiver Wire Targets: Injuries Galore, An Email from "Colston Loveland", The Chargers Stink & More!
2026/09/22
Two starting quarterbacks (and a ton of other players) went down this week. Welcome to injury hell.
Kendall Valenzuela and Peter Overzet recap fantasy football Week 2 action — and this week they bring in someone who has actually called plays in the NFL. Former Raiders and Commanders offensive coordinator Scott Turner joins for Real Football vs. Fake Football, breaking down exactly how a coaching staff rebuilds a game plan when a star quarterback like Jayden Daniels or Caleb Williams is out, and what that means for every fantasy starter around them.
Then Overreaction Monday. Is it going to take Colston Loveland ten games to match what Dalton Schultz did on Sunday — 26 PPR points and 140 receiving yards? Is it TreVeyon Henderson's backfield for good? Woody Marks'? Plus Marvin Harrison Jr.'s future in the Canadian Football League, whether anyone will ever be able to start a Packers running back again, and the case that fourth-quarter Tyler Shough is better than Drake Maye.
The back half is entirely actionable. Every waiver target worth a claim for Week 3 — Bryce Young and Tyler Shough at quarterback if you just lost your starter, Emanuel Wilson, Jonah Coleman and Tank Bigsby at running back, Adonai Mitchell, DeVaughn Vele and Denzel Boston at receiver, and Dalton Schultz at tight end, all with roster percentages across ESPN, Yahoo and Sleeper.
And then it's time for It's Not Me, It's You. Kendall writes a letter to Kevin Stefanski and the Falcons. Pete receives an email from Colston Loveland.

Kendall and Pete go through the top 12 quarterbacks, top 24 running backs, top 24 receivers and top 12 tight ends, then get into the spots that actually decide your week — Dak Prescott and Jayden Daniels in smash spots, Trevor Lawrence in a crash spot, Aaron Jones against the Bears, Bucky Irving, and a warning on Jeremiyah Love. At receiver it's Mike Evans and George Pickens in plus matchups with Carnell Tate on the other side, plus the Raiders tight end situation with Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer.
Then the Week 2 injury report on Ladd McConkey, Joe Burrow, Zay Flowers, Ja'Kobi Lane and Nico Collins, a rapid-fire start/sit round on Jordan Love, Matthew Stafford, Quinshon Judkins, Xavier Worthy, Stefon Diggs, Michael Wilson, DK Metcalf and Jacory Croskey-Merritt, and they close by building a DFS lineup together for the week.
