90 Days on Your Own: What FORTRESS America Should Teach Every Household
2026/10/28
🚨🚨 THIS IS NOT A DRILL. 🚨🚨 The Pentagon just ordered every major military base in America to get ready to SURVIVE ON ITS OWN. Its own power. Its own water. Its own fuel. Its own communications. For up to 90 DAYS. 🏰⚡💧 It's called FORTRESS America, and Ronda is pulling back the curtain on all of it: what the Pentagon actually signed, why it landed in the middle of an eight-month war with Iran, and why American bases overseas are being EMPTIED OUT while bases at home are being turned into fortresses. 🌍🔥 And she's not stopping there. 😤 Hackers tied to a foreign government have been hiding inside American power, water and communications systems for YEARS. 💻☠️ A gunman knocked out power to about 45,000 homes in North Carolina in one night. 🔫🔌 Texas lost hundreds of people when its grid failed. ❄️ And right here in Tampa Bay, Milton left more than 3 MILLION Floridians in the dark. 🌀🌑 So here's the question that should keep you up tonight: if the most powerful military on earth is preparing for 90 days with NO HELP, what is YOUR plan for even three? 😳 Ronda gives you the full, room-by-room, step-by-step blueprint to turn your home into your own fortress: the exact water math 🧮, the food 🥫, the medicine 💊, the power 🔦, the cash 💵, the papers 📄, and the family plan 🗺️. No fear-mongering. No politics. No sugarcoating. Just the facts and the plan. ⏰ The time to get ready is BEFORE the lights go out, not after. Check on your elders. 👵🏾👴🏾 Fill those jugs. Get your house in order. TODAY. 💪🏾 📲 Follow Life Points with Ronda on Substack at substack.com/lifepointswithronda for the checklists, the full breakdown and every episode FIRST. The Officer and the Dead Man's House
2026/10/25
🚔 A welfare check. 🏠 A dead man's house. 🪪 A badge that allegedly opened every door. In July 2022, Lauderhill police officer Brian Louis Sguros showed up as backup on a welfare check and found homeowner Dennis West dead inside. 💔 According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, what happened next is the stuff of nightmares: telling the medical examiner West had NO family (he did 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦), taking over the house within weeks 🔑, paying the bills in a dead man's name 💡, a permit "signed" by West two years after he died ✍🏾 with a notary stamp the notary says isn't hers, and SEVEN police database searches pulling up West's Social Security number. 💻😡 Ronda calls it what it is — disgusting, if it's true — and asks the question that should keep all of us up at night: 🤔 how many more are out there that nobody caught? She brings the numbers on officers who break the law 📊 and how often they actually lose their jobs (spoiler: only about half the time 😤). Then she gives you the playbook 📋 to protect your family's home when someone you love passes — before somebody else decides it's theirs. 🛡️ 👉 Follow Life Points with Ronda on Substack for every source. 🎧 Share this with somebody who just lost a parent or is caring for one. 92 Ballots in a Dumpster: What Really Happened in Seattle, and How to Protect Your Vote
2026/10/24
🗑️ 92 ballots. 2 Postal Service bins. 1 dumpster in a Seattle park. 🗳️ Somebody looked in the trash at Golden Gardens Park this week and found ballots that never made it to the voters they belonged to. 😳 And within an hour the internet split in two — one side screaming "RIGGED!" 📢 and the other side saying "nothing to see here." 🙄 Ronda says both of them are too lazy. She breaks down exactly what was found, what investigators say happened 🕵🏾‍♀️, and how a mail ballot really travels from the elections office to your kitchen table and back ✉️ — barcodes, signature checks, the whole thing. Then she gets to the danger nobody's talking about enough: mail theft 📬 and the grandmother, the double-shift worker, and the first-time voter who never get the ballot at all. 💔 ✅ How to track your ballot. ✅ What to do if it never shows up. ✅ How to make sure NOBODY — not a thief, not a politician, not a dumpster — throws your voice away. 🔊 👉 Follow Life Points with Ronda on Substack for every source. 🎧 Share this with somebody who saw the headline and got scared.
The Pot Calling the Kettle Black: Louise Lucas, the DOJ, and Who Gets Held Accountable in America
2026/10/24
🚨 BREAKING out of Virginia 🚨 An 82-year-old Black great-grandmother, State Senator L. Louise Lucas — the first woman shipfitter at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and the first Black woman to lead the Virginia Senate — just surrendered to federal custody alongside her daughters and her grandson. ⚖️ The charges? Racketeering 🧾, a marijuana conspiracy 🌿, money laundering 💸, and honest-services fraud. And who's standing at the podium calling HER "the epitome of hypocrisy"? 🎤 The FBI Director… right next to an Attorney General who used to be the defense lawyer for a president convicted on 34 felony counts. 🫖 Pot. Kettle. Black. Ronda doesn't sugarcoat a thing. She reads you EVERY allegation — the 220+ pounds, the $5 million, the $750,000 license stake, the wiretapped "generational wealth" quote 📞 — and then asks the question nobody at that podium wants to answer: why is the standard so high for her and so low for them? 👀 We talk the Epstein files 📂, the Charleston judge and the Florida cop who preyed on children 🚔, the election-season timing ⏰, and the cold hard numbers on who's been arrested for weed in this country for decades. 📊 🔥 No sugarcoating. No blind defense. Just the truth, and the receipts. 🔥 👉 Follow Life Points with Ronda on Substack for every source and the next conversation. 🎧 Share this with somebody who only heard one side. Production note: Everything stated as fact below is pulled from the indictment coverage and public records listed in Show notes and sources. Where Ronda gives opinion, the script says so. Lucas has not been convicted of anything — keep "alleged" and "prosecutors say" in the read.
Ten Toes Down: Rodney Hinton, Ryan Hinton, and the Verdict That Didn't Surprise Me
2026/10/24
💔 A father watched the video of police killing his 18-year-old son. ⏱️ Hours later, a deputy was dead. ⚖️ And this week, a jury said GUILTY. On May 1, 2025, Cincinnati police shot and killed Ryan Hinton, 18, during a stolen-car call. 🚔 The next day, his father, Rodney Hinton Jr. — a man with a long history of serious mental illness — sat in a police building and watched the body cam footage of his child dying. 📹 Within hours, retired Hamilton County Deputy Larry Henderson was struck and killed while directing traffic at UC's graduation. 🎓 The jury rejected the insanity defense and found Rodney guilty of murder. 🧑🏾‍⚖️ Sentencing is November 16. 📅 Ronda isn't watering this down. 🔥 She's a Black mother with Black children, and she's standing ten toes down with Rodney Hinton as a grieving father. 🖤 She breaks down everything: Ryan's last six seconds ⏳, the prosecutor who called that shooting justified, the mental illness the jury heard about 🧠, why she didn't expect any other verdict, and the numbers on how often police kill our children. 📊 No jargon. No sugarcoating. No pretending. 💯 👉 Follow Life Points with Ronda on Substack for every source. 🎧 Share this with every parent who has ever been afraid to let their child walk out the door. 🙏🏾
How many Black mothers must bury their sons while still fighting to understand what happened to them?
2026/10/19
In this powerful and deeply emotional episode of Life Points with Ronda, we examine the heartbreaking deaths of Nolan Xavier Wells and Rasheem Carter, two young Black men whose families have continued to seek answers about the circumstances surrounding their deaths. ⚖️ Inspired by a compelling conversation between Dr. Umar Johnson and Art of the Dialogue, Ronda examines the questions surrounding these cases, the role of civil rights organizations, the responsibility of law enforcement, and the difference between public sympathy and meaningful action. ✊🏾 Where are the marches? Where is the sustained national attention? What happens when the cameras disappear, the hashtags stop trending, and grieving families are left to navigate a complicated justice system? We revisit the historic mobilization surrounding the Jena Six, examine the expectations placed upon prominent civil rights leaders, and confront a painful question: Why do some cases become national movements while others struggle to remain in the public consciousness? 🕯️ These young men were more than headlines. They were sons, fathers, brothers, and beloved members of their families. Their lives mattered long before their deaths became public discussions. This episode is not about assigning guilt without evidence. It is about asking difficult questions, examining documented findings alongside families' concerns, and recognizing that the absence of criminal charges does not necessarily bring grieving families the answers they seek. ⚠️ CONTENT WARNING: This episode contains discussions of death, racial violence, disturbing forensic details, alleged homicide, historical lynching, and traumatic grief. France Is Burning: The Student Protests, Riots & Life Lessons We Can’t Ignore
2026/10/19
🔥 France is on fire, and it started with children asking for a teacher. 🏫 In September, students at one high school in a working-class suburb of Paris blocked their doors over empty teaching posts, overcrowded classes and crumbling buildings. Within weeks it spread to more than a thousand schools. More than 5,000 people were arrested, most of them minors. Then on Saturday, a cost-of-living protest of over half a million people ended with a historic town hall burned, shops looted, about 2,400 arrests and a country in shock. 🇫🇷 On this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda tells you the story behind the viral videos, with no sugar on it. 💯 In this episode: 📚 What the students actually asked for: teachers, chairs, water and a future 🧯 How peaceful blockades turned violent, and who was really lighting the fires 🚑 The injuries on every side: children, teachers, firefighters and police 🗳️ The political fight over these kids ahead of France’s 2027 election 🏛️ Saturday’s riots, Macron’s address, and protests spreading across Europe 📜 Why France keeps ending up here, from 1990 to 2005 to today 💡 Five life points: neglect is a slow fire, righteous anger vs. destruction, watching who stands behind you, and protecting all of our children Watch what you let smolder. Caleb Flynn Guilty: The Affair, Digital Evidence and the Killing of Ashley Flynn
2026/10/06
Caleb Flynn has been found guilty on all nine counts in the death of his wife, Ashley Flynn. In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda reconstructs the case from the affair and more than 100,000 private messages to the digital evidence, the alleged staged intruder story, the missing weapon, the defense arguments, and the remarkably fast jury verdict. ⚖️ Prosecutors argued that Flynn wanted a future with his mistress without facing the financial, family, employment, and church consequences of divorce. The defense emphasized the absence of a recovered weapon, eyewitness testimony, gunshot-residue testing, and other direct physical evidence. Ultimately, the jury accepted the prosecution’s circumstantial case and convicted Flynn on every count. Most importantly, this episode centers Ashley Flynn as more than someone’s wife. Ashley was a teacher, volleyball coach, mother, daughter, sister, and a woman whose beautiful children now have to live with an unimaginable loss. ❤️ Ronda extends her deepest condolences to Ashley’s family and children while examining the larger Life Point: the truth may be painful, but avoiding it can create consequences far worse than anything honesty would have required.
The Cornell 7: What Happened Inside Chi Phi and Why Was the Case Reopened?
2026/10/01
The case being called the Cornell 7 has exploded nationally after a former Cornell University student alleged that seven fraternity members sexually assaulted her inside the Chi Phi fraternity house in October 2024. In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda examines the allegations, the Snapchat communications, Jane Doe’s original statements to Cornell University Police, the inconsistencies prosecutors have discussed, Cornell’s disciplinary actions, and the evidence the district attorney says was not fully available when criminal charges were initially declined. 🏫 Cornell expelled or suspended students and ultimately removed Chi Phi from campus, while prosecutors originally declined to bring criminal charges. Now the investigation has been reopened and prosecutors intend to present evidence to a grand jury. Ronda also examines intoxication and consent, fraternity culture, university accountability, trauma and memory, due process, the responsibility of bystanders, and why young men need to be included in serious conversations about consent. ⚠️ The allegations remain allegations, and this episode distinguishes carefully between university findings, civil allegations, criminal charges, and proof beyond a reasonable doubt. 💬 Continue the conversation on Substack with Life Points with Ronda.
Christa Pike Execution Halted at the Last Minute | Why the Court Stepped In
2026/10/01
Christa Pike was scheduled to be executed in Tennessee on September 30, 2026, but a federal appeals court stepped in shortly before the execution was set to begin. ⚖️ In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda breaks down the extraordinary legal battle surrounding Pike’s death sentence, including the Sixth Circuit’s emergency stay, Pike’s history of severe childhood abuse and mental illness, her age of eighteen at the time of the crime, and the constitutional questions surrounding whether those factors were fully considered at sentencing. The U.S. Supreme Court had already denied an earlier stay request on September 29, making the last-minute intervention even more dramatic. Supreme Court Ronda also centers the life of Colleen Slemmer, who was nineteen years old when she was killed in 1995, and acknowledges the decades of pain carried by Colleen’s mother and family. Nothing about examining Pike’s legal rights erases the brutality of what happened to Colleen. This episode asks difficult questions about youth, trauma, mental illness, rehabilitation, capital punishment, and whether someone should face execution decades after committing a crime at eighteen. 💬 Continue the conversation with Ronda on the Life Points with Ronda Substack.
Kim Zolciak’s Son KJ Biermann Faces 7 Felony Charges at 15: What Really Happened? | Life Points with Ronda
2026/09/16
⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING: This episode discusses allegations of sexual assault and sexual misconduct involving minors. Listener discretion is strongly advised. At only 15 years old, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., son of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and former Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, is facing seven felony charges stemming from an alleged sexual assault involving another minor. But the headlines only tell part of this story. 🎙️ On this episode of Life Points with Ronda, we go beyond the celebrity name and examine the criminal case, the allegations surrounding an April 2026 encounter at an Alpharetta, Georgia fitness center, KJ's arrest, the grand-jury indictment, and the judge's decision to grant a $200,000 bond under strict conditions. Those conditions reportedly include electronic monitoring, virtual schooling, restrictions on cellphone and social-media use, no contact with the alleged victim, and a prohibition against children 16 and younger—including his siblings—living in or visiting his approved residence. We also examine the prosecution's statements concerning a previous juvenile matter, the defense's response, and the growing legal battle over whether KJ should continue to face these charges in adult court or have his case transferred to juvenile court. And that raises a difficult question: What should justice look like when the alleged victim is a child—and the person accused is also a child? This episode explores consent, juvenile justice, accountability, rehabilitation, celebrity privilege, parental responsibility, due process, and the enormous consequences serious sexual allegations can have on everyone involved. ⚖️ Important: KJ Biermann has been charged and indicted, but he has not been convicted of these offenses. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. His attorneys dispute the allegations. The alleged victim's identity is being protected because she is a minor. This isn't about choosing a side based on a famous last name. It's about separating allegation from evidence, headlines from facts, and public opinion from what can actually be proven in court. 🎧 Listen now to Life Points with Ronda. 💜 Follow, subscribe, rate and share the podcast if you value conversations that go deeper than the headline. #LifePointsWithRonda #KJBiermann #KimZolciak #KroyBiermann #RHOA #TrueCrime #JuvenileJustice #GeorgiaNews #CourtCase #CrimeNews #Podcast #TrueCrimePodcast
Grandmother Sonja Bruner Killed Outside TGI Fridays—Why Was the Shooter Released? | Life Points with Ronda
2026/09/11
🚨 A 58-year-old grandmother is shot and killed outside a TGI Fridays. Two innocent bystanders are also struck by gunfire. Police arrest the man identified as the shooter—and days later, he is released without charges. So what happened? In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda Foster examines the tragic death of Sonja Bruner, a beloved mother and grandmother whose life ended following a confrontation outside a TGI Fridays in Southfield, Michigan. 🕊️ Before anything else, we extend our deepest condolences to Sonja’s children, grandchildren, family, friends, and everyone mourning her loss. Behind every headline is a real family that now has to live with an empty space that can never truly be filled. But this case raises difficult questions. 🔎 Police initially reported that both Sonja and the 35-year-old man involved in the confrontation were legally carrying firearms and that guns were displayed during the altercation. Sonja’s family, however, has challenged portions of that account, saying video they viewed shows that Sonja’s firearm never left her side. Then came the development that left many people stunned: the man police identified as the shooter was released while prosecutors continued reviewing the case. ⚖️ Why was he released? Does his release mean authorities believe he acted in self-defense? What does the available video actually show? Who displayed a weapon first? Who fired first? What happened in the critical moments before the shooting? And what evidence will prosecutors need before deciding whether criminal charges are appropriate? The case becomes even more troubling because two uninvolved bystanders were also shot. Their injuries are a sobering reminder that when firearms enter an emotional confrontation, the consequences can extend far beyond the two people arguing. 🍸 This episode also examines the reported presence of alcohol, responsible firearm ownership, concealed-carry responsibility, de-escalation, the role of the people surrounding the confrontation, and why walking away from an argument can sometimes literally save a life. Ronda also addresses another disturbing part of this story: the circulation of footage showing Sonja’s final moments. 📱💔 A person's death should never become social-media entertainment. There are children, grandchildren, siblings, parents, and friends behind these viral videos who may be forced to repeatedly encounter the worst moment of someone they loved. 🔥 This is not simply a story about who pulled the trigger. It is a story about choices, escalation, responsibility, evidence, and how a confrontation lasting only minutes can alter multiple families forever. 🎙️ Join Ronda for a full discussion of the Sonja Bruner case, why the shooter was released, what investigators still need to determine, and the Life Point every person—especially anyone who carries a firearm—needs to hear: Sometimes walking away isn't weakness. Sometimes walking away is the decision that allows everybody to make it home. 🎧 Listen now to Life Points with Ronda. 💜 Follow the podcast, share this episode, and subscribe to Life Points Plus on Apple Podcasts for deeper discussions, extended analysis, and exclusive episodes. #LifePointsWithRonda #SonjaBruner #SouthfieldMichigan #TGIFridays #TrueCrime #CrimeNews #GunViolence #SelfDefense #ResponsibleGunOwnership #JusticeForSonja #LifePointsPlus
Who Failed Celeste? Her Family Sues D4vd—but I Have Questions for the Adults Too
2026/09/11
🚨 Who failed Celeste Rivas Hernandez? And how many adults had opportunities to protect her before it was too late? In this powerful episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda Foster takes a deeper look at the heartbreaking case of Celeste Rivas Hernandez and the criminal allegations against recording artist David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd. ⚖️ As D4vd faces criminal prosecution and maintains his plea of not guilty, Celeste’s family has now filed a wrongful-death lawsuit targeting not only Burke, but several people and entities within his inner circle. The lawsuit raises disturbing questions about who allegedly knew about the relationship, who may have facilitated access, and whether adults who could have intervened failed to protect a child. But Ronda is asking questions that go in every direction. 👀 💰 What about the allegations that Celeste’s family allegedly received money from D4vd—claims her father has denied? If payments actually occurred, where is the evidence, what were they for, and what did the recipients know at the time? 📱 When did the adults surrounding Celeste become aware of the relationship? 🚨 What attempts were made to stop the contact? 🏠 Who allegedly provided transportation, housing, security, or other forms of access? ⚖️ And if we are going to investigate what the adults surrounding D4vd knew, shouldn't we be willing to examine every adult who had an opportunity to protect Celeste? Ronda makes one distinction absolutely clear: Celeste was the child. Asking hard questions about the adults surrounding her is not blaming Celeste for what happened to her. 🕊️ This episode also honors Celeste and sends heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and everyone mourning a young life that should have had decades ahead of her. This isn't about choosing a side before all the evidence is heard. It is about demanding the complete truth. 🔥 Who knew? 🔥 Who intervened? 🔥 Who allegedly enabled access? 🔥 Were there financial exchanges—and can they be proven? 🔥 And ultimately, who failed Celeste? 🎧 Listen now to Life Points with Ronda as we examine the allegations, the lawsuit, the criminal case, parental responsibility, adult accountability, and the uncomfortable questions that cannot be ignored. Celeste deserved protection before she became a headline. 💜 Follow Life Points with Ronda and subscribe to Life Points Plus on Apple Podcasts for extended episodes that go even deeper. #LifePointsWithRonda #CelesteRivasHernandez #D4vd #JusticeForCeleste #TrueCrime #CrimeNews #WrongfulDeath #ChildProtection #Accountability #LifePointsPlus
Corie Walsh Case: Psychosis, Tragedy & the Death of 2-Year-Old Barrett Walsh | Life Points with Ronda
2026/09/09
🎙️ What really happened inside the Corie Walsh case—and what happens when mental illness, criminal responsibility, and the death of a child collide? In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda examines the disturbing case of Corie Walsh, the Illinois mother accused in the death of her two-year-old son, Barrett “Bear” Walsh. 💔 We walk through the reported timeline, the allegations presented by prosecutors, Walsh’s reported statements concerning her son, the defense’s assertion that she was experiencing psychosis, and the questions now surrounding her mental state at the time of the tragedy. 🧠⚖️ We also examine Walsh’s reported interest in the Lindsay Clancy trial shortly before Barrett’s death—and why that connection must be handled carefully rather than automatically labeled a “copycat” situation without evidence. 🔎 This episode looks beyond sensational headlines and asks the harder questions: 🕯️ What was happening in Corie Walsh’s mind? ⚖️ Where does severe mental illness intersect with criminal responsibility? 📱 Could digital evidence become critical to the case? 💔 What happens to the surviving children and family after a tragedy like this? 🧠 Can someone be seriously mentally ill and still legally responsible for a crime? At the center of this story is a little boy named Barrett “Bear” Walsh, whose life should never be overshadowed by the courtroom battle surrounding his death. 🎧 Listen as we separate allegation from evidence, diagnosis from speculation, and compassion from accountability. Corie Walsh Extended: Psychosis, Lindsay Clancy & the Questions the Court Must Answer | Life Points Plus
2026/09/09
🍎🎙️ LIFE POINTS PLUS EXCLUSIVE — THE EXTENDED CORIE WALSH CASE The public headlines tell you what allegedly happened. In this exclusive extended edition of Life Points Plus, Ronda goes deeper into the questions that could ultimately determine how the Corie Walsh case is understood in court. ⚖️🧠 Corie Walsh is accused in the death of her two-year-old son, Barrett “Bear” Walsh. But surrounding this devastating case are serious questions about psychosis, criminal responsibility, digital evidence, family dynamics, psychiatric evaluation, and Walsh’s reported fascination with the Lindsay Clancy trial shortly before Barrett’s death. 🔎📱 In this subscriber-only deep dive, we examine: 🧠 Psychosis vs. postpartum psychosis — and why they should not automatically be treated as the same thing. ⚖️ Mental illness vs. legal insanity — because a psychiatric diagnosis does not automatically eliminate criminal responsibility. 📱 Corie Walsh’s digital trail — including why investigators may pay close attention to messages, searches, and communications surrounding the hours before Barrett was found. 🔎 The Lindsay Clancy connection — what is known, what remains speculation, and why timing alone does not prove influence or imitation. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The surviving family — including the children whose lives have been forever changed. 🏛️ The courtroom battle ahead — and the evidence attorneys and forensic mental-health experts may eventually fight over. 💔 The victim at the center — Barrett “Bear” Walsh, the two-year-old little boy whose life must remain more important than the spectacle surrounding the case. This is not about rushing to declare Corie Walsh a monster—or automatically excusing her because mental illness has been raised. It is about asking the difficult question: ⚖️ What did Corie Walsh understand at the moment her son died, and how will the law ultimately interpret her mental state? 🍎 Life Points Plus gives you the deeper story—the context, the unanswered questions, and the issues that cannot fit inside the regular episode. 🎧 Exclusive extended episode for Apple subscribers. #LifePointsPlus #LifePointsWithRonda #CorieWalsh #BarrettWalsh #LindsayClancy #TrueCrime #MentalHealth #Psychosis #LegalInsanity #CourtCase #TrueCrimePodcast #ApplePodcasts
