Hello Beautiful Soul! In this episode, I share the 'January 2026 Energy Update!' Some of the messages that came through… Start gentle. Our nervous systems aren't ready to go all-in right out of the gate. January is calling us into deep devotion to self-care, staying connected to spirit and our 'why’… moving from connection vs force. Gentle, purposeful forward movement is the energy of the month. The Purple Butterfly. A powerful symbol came through for 2026… a majestic purple butterfly representing our spiritual power. We're being invited to spread our wings, knowing who we really are, standing in our power and truth. You might find that purple butterflies appear as signs throughout the year, reminding us to move from that centered place of deep inner knowing. Meridian Work. Support your physical body and energy flow through practices like qi gong, EFT tapping, tai chi, or acupuncture. Balancing your meridians will help you stay centered in your power this month. Other People's Judgments. January invites us to examine how we relate to others' opinions. Do we immediately doubt ourselves or get defensive? This is the time for healing work around maintaining our self-connection and truth, no matter what judgments come our way. It will anchor us into our truth for the rest of 2026. Own Your Power. Know your worth, value what you've built, and trust your own knowledge. January is about strengthening our foundation so we're prepared for everything 2026 will bring.
