Ultimate MOS Guide To Stop Being A Good Girl
2026/10/23
Hellooo Mosquites and MOSSIES, this week’s agenda: be a b*tch.
Friday has come around and this very special episode has Sakshi and Naina dissecting the good girl behaviours that hold women back while they attempt to exorcise your fear of being called a b*tch. Why does standing up for ourselves come with so much guilt?
Why are we still saying “no worries” when we have several? And how do we stop needing everyone to think we’re nice? The girls get into it all + we revisit the times we thought we were being bitches, only to realise that's just what was needed in the moment. Chronic good girls and helpless people pleasers, this one's for you: the ultimate MOS guide to being a bitch.
Hit play, send this to your most apologetic friend, and tell us about your proudest bitch moment in the comments.
Like, share, subscribe, and we’ll see you next week!

Is It Better To Travel With Your Friends Vs Partner?
2026/10/16
HELLOOO MOSquitoes - your Friday delivery from MOS is here and we’re not even asking for an OTP.
[BUT WE ARE ASKING YOU TO PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION AROUND THE 30-MIN MARK FOR THIS EPISODE - THERE’S A SPECIAL SURPRISE FOR YOU. DON’T MISS IT.]
This week, Sakshi & Naina are addressing something they’ve never addressed before. A fresh and novel topic straight from the minds that run MOS. For the first time ever in 146 episodes. After much begging & pleading we’re finally speaking about: TRAVEL.That’s right - can’t believe we never said a word about this until now. But don’t worry we’re ready to course-correct.
The girls took a lil mini-vacay to Alibaug with their respective beaus and came in strong with the tea. From the joys of having a boat guy to the legend of the kookaburra cricket bat, this one is full of trip lore featuring MOS nation’s first gentlemen. Naina gave a shoutout to couples who match your freak on vacation (AKA go to sleep at 10 pm), and Sakshi gave us the correct code of ethics when it comes to travel etiquette & closing that Splitwise tab.
We ended with a lil game of BOARD OR BOUNCE - definitely play along with your friends before taking that trip out of the group chat and into the real world. Okay now go hit that play button and we’ll see you next week - same time, same place, same couch, peace out.
PS: You are hereby required to press that subscribe button. Then go hype us, like us, share us & tell us some of your travel tea in the comments below!

Women Aren’t Angry Enough
2026/10/02
Hellooo lovely people of MOS. We’re recording from home again this week, but we promise we’ll be back to regular programming next time!
This one’s a bit of a heavy conversation: we talk about the recent cases of assault against women and the fear, anger and exhaustion they’ve left us feeling. Once again, we’re asking: when will women be able to step out of their homes and feel safe? Will we see that happen in our lifetime? And how do we live with the constant worry that something could happen every time we step out?
We also ask whether Mumbai is actually as safe as we keep telling ourselves it is, and talk about the things we do to protect ourselves (even though that responsibility should NOT actually be on us).
We’d like to hear how you’ve been feeling too. Leave your thoughts in the comments, and share this episode with someone you’d want to have this conversation with.
See you next week. Take care of yourselves and each other.

Table for Two | Ella & Vansh on Parent Wounds, Childhood Trauma & Building Love Without a Blueprint
2026/09/09
Welcome to the very first episode of Table for Two!
This is our brand new MOS-coded series where we get interesting couples to sit across from each other and give you a little peek into their relationship. And for our first season we have our favourite internet cuties Ella and Vansh.
This episode, they get into parent wounds, the parent patterns they carried into their relationship without realising it, what it means to love someone while still working through what love taught you early on, and what queer love looks like when there is no blueprint.
Pull up a chair. You are going to want to eavesdrop on this table.

Are You Bad in Bed?
2026/09/04
Mossies, you guys did it!! You gorgeous people finally got us past tension & straight to the climax because we have hit 100k and nope, will not be shutting up about it for the next 30 business years. 100k hugs to this beautiful community ❤️
But don't worry we're not slacking just because we're the biggest podcast in the world now: Friday always comes around & so does your episode. This week the girls are going into the bedroom (metaphorically only) to open the conversation on intimacy and all the insecurities that come with it in the big 2026. With certified intimacy coordinator Naina Bhan in the house, we decoded a few stories sent in by our lovely listeners and told you exactly how insecurities can go f*ck themselves. This one's for all the girlies who keep thinking about laundry even when they're getting very down & dirty.
Hit that play button (or gently tap it if you don't have a bdsm kink).See you next week same time same place (different outfits) same people!!!
P.S. We are sooo down bad for Urban Company's new Salon at Home Derma Range and we need you to be too. Four facials built for four different concerns: whether it's fine lines, acne, pigmentation or sensitive skin. Go book your dermafacial on the app (after consulting with your dermat ofc) and you can thank us later.

Is Telling Your Partner What to Wear Okay? feat. Raunaq Rajani
2026/08/28
Helloo people of MOS, this week on Moment of Silence we had the internet's resident relationshit-stirrer visit us in the studio for a very special Rakhi episode. That’s right: the much requested Sir Raunaq Rajani took over the couch and delivered a year’s worth of chaos: on evergreen IP secrets, yoga class exploitation, a detention arc, and the life-changing experience of wearing MOS merch for the first time.
After spilling some tea (and only one whole cup of coffee), Raunaq and Sakshi went head to head on whether ganjis are acceptable sleep fashion and we still do not have a conclusive answer so we are leaving it in the comments where it belongs.
Safe to say Raunaq is now a certified Mosquito after this one so hit that play button and say a little prayer for our couch while you are at it.
Speaking of prayers: did you know all of yours will be answered if we hit 100k? Better go subscribe NOW. One of your eyebrows might fall off if you don’t do it. See you next week!

Our Favourite Bollywood Movies feat. Ida Ali & Kareema Barry
2026/08/14
Hiii Mossies, it is that time of the week again - we are back and the couch was feeling a lil extra hot because we had TWO beautiful guests joining us. The stunning miss Ida Ali is officially making her MOS debut while the magnificent miss Kareema is well on her way to becoming our honorary regular.
With Independence Day just around the corner we were feeling that patriotism bubbling up inside us, so we thought we'd have little chat about the movies that remind us why we love being Indian - and who better to do it with than our fellow podcaster girls from "why are the curtains blue?"
From Luck By Chance to Rang De Basanti to Raazi to... Ladies vs Ricky Bahl? This one's got reccos you'll never see coming - so go hit that play button already.
(Also help MOS nation get freedom from not reaching 100k: go subscribe. Or else your cuticles will peel at twice the normal rate this week. Seeyaaa!)
