On this episode I chat to the wonderful Diane Simmons. We talk about how her journey into mediumship was resisted for many years, but eventually spirit got their way!  When Diane was at uni, she had an encounter with a tarot reader that put her off the entire field of psychics and mysticism, tainting the idea as something to pull back from. After experiencing some turbulence in her life, Diane was introduced to reiki healing- and the world of spirit and past lives unfolded for her. She couldn't really avoid this magical world no matter how hard she tried, which brings us to the question, 'Are we destined to become spiritually aware, even if we try to hide from it?' Diane is an incredible woman with so much expertise in the realms of trance mediumship, psychic phenomena and all things spirit. I really enjoyed this conversation, and I hope you do too! You can find out more about Diane, or book in for a one-to-one session with her, or join one of her amazing courses at her website: www.thesoulwithin.co.uk  Also give her social media pages a follow: Instagram: @dianesimmonsmedium Facebook: Diane Simmons Medium As always, if you enjoyed this episode I would really appreciate it if you could rate the podcast on Spotify or Apple or wherever you are listening to it, and give it a share! What happens when traditional counselling meets psychic insight? In this episode, we explore the powerful space where therapy and spirituality come together. I’m joined by Sarah—someone who has deeply inspired me over the years with both her grounded presence and intuitive abilities. With over 15 years of experience as an integrative, child and adolescent counsellor, Sarah has developed a unique approach that blends professional therapeutic practice with her connection to the spirit world. We talk about what you can expect from a counselling session with a BACP-registered professional, and how that differs from (and complements) the integrated psychic and counselling sessions Sarah now offers. It’s a fascinating conversation for anyone curious about therapy, spirituality, or how the two can work hand-in-hand. Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and real-world experience—helping people navigate their darkest moments while gently guiding them toward clarity, healing, and emotional breakthroughs. If you’ve ever considered therapy but felt unsure where to start—or what kind of approach might suit you—this episode is a great place to begin. On this episode I interview the wonderful and glamorous Glenda who is a psychic medium from Australia! I was interviewed on her's and David's podcast 'The Spirit Lounge' last year and we struck up a friendship.  Glenda goes into detail about what happened in her NDE, and how becoming a past life regression coach as changed her life. Glenda is so down to Mars and we talk about all sides of our psychic and mediumistic work. Glenda is brutally honest and I love that about her. What you see is what you get and that's the kind of stuff that makes the sun shine for me. I think you get so far into doing this kind of work and you learn what goes on around you in the industry, and we cover all of that.  She is incredibly gifted at what she does and I'm looking forward to working with her when she comes over to the UK. (holding you to it Glenda!)  If you would like to find out more about Glenda and book one of her amazing sessions, you can find all her social media and website links here:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/GlendaMariePsychicMedium Instagram: glendamarie_psychicmedium Website: https://www.glendamariepsychicmedium.com Podcast: Spirit Lounge I hope you guys enjoy the episode! I enjoyed this chat so much. Natasha is such a beautiful soul, and she really encapsulates what it means to be true and authentic. I love her approach to her work on Tarot and how she is able to remind us all of our ability to change our reality and go after the life we want. Natasha has been working with clients for many years, and her unique approach really inspires me. I absolutely loved chatting with Titania Fae. I met her last year at the UK Tarot conference and I have since enjoyed keeping up with the magical things she does. From the South West of England, Titania Fae has always been a natural medium, and from a young age always up to something- communicating with the unseen and having spiritual experiences. Titania looks after a beautiful shop in Glastonbury called 'Enchanted', which you can visit and join one of her many wonderful workshops, or book in for a one-to-one reading!  We speak about all things divination and ways of connecting to spirit. Also discuss her connections to the Museum of Folklore in Cornwall where you can catch one of her talks. It was interesting hearing Titania's experience of how she built up her mediumship, and understanding how the chaos of it and understanding her patterns were a big part of her understanding and unfoldment. I feel I can really relate to this and I'm glad she brought this up. On this episode I interview my good friend Anna Vidler. Anna is a Trance and Physical Medium, and channels her guide Eric when she works.  As well as being psychic and channelling spirit and teaching others, she is also a mum and has a very busy life being the owner of 'The Lane' restaurant in Deal, Kent- as well as 'The Lane Bakery'. (You need to check out her amazing cakes!)  Anna tells us how she came into this area of work, and how this magical world of spirit communication opened up to her. We discuss the different angles that we both bring to our mediumship, and the ways we teach others to connect to spirit. Throughout our friendship, we have always enjoyed showing and teaching each other our different perspectives, and have sat in circles & studied at the Arthur Findlay college of Psychic Sciences, and taught groups together over the years.  Anna runs a few development groups in Deal, Kent that teach people to connect to and develop their intuitive abilities. If you're a complete newbie, and interested in this field of work and would like to start developing your own mediumship skills, or if you want to look at more of the physical aspects to mediumship; spirit boards, table tipping, trance etc, check out Anna on social media and join one of her circles or workshops!  And if you happen to be in Deal, check out 'The Lane Bakery', or book in for one of their themed afternoon teas at 'The Lane!' (they're amazing) I hope you enjoyed this episode, and as always feel free to leave your comments and feedback!  https://www.olicox.co.uk

I really enjoyed speaking to Hannah, she has such a calming presence. On this episode I ask Hannah the ins and outs of what 'Physical Mediumship' and 'Trance' actually is. She takes us through the whole procedure on how she channels her spirit guide, Shala, and allows spirit to use her own voice box and speak. Hannah explains how she stumbled into developing trance and physical mediumship and how much time and dedication it takes too connect. Hannah has been a friend of mine for around 8 years and we met whilst sitting in a Mediumship Circle together which we attended weekly in Kent. Hannah is a veterinary nurse, and communicates with animals regularly, and explains how she can tap into their frequency and tune in with them. Hannah has written a book, Ghost Circle, which you can purchase here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ghostcircle-Inside-Ms-Hannah-Barrick/ I really enjoyed this chat and I hope you did too. As always, please share your feedback and comments! They are always gladly recieved!  https://www.olicox.co.uk

On this episode, I interview my friend Uros Klemenc who is an amazing Medium from Sloevenia! Uros started his journey with Mediumship through seeing his diseased cousin's spirit whilst visiting him in a funeral home, and from then he set off on the mission to understand more. We talk about how Mediumship differs between the UK and Slovenia, the ways we connect with spirit and our guides and also share some experiences with clients and how to navigate it when they don't always go to plan! I enjoy talking to Uros and find his energy grounding, especially his approach to Mediumship - being more to the point and less fluffy mumbo jumbo.  I booked a reading with Uros a few month ago and I can say he is fantastic and would highly recommend his work! Uros has his own podcast which at the moment is spoken in Slovenian, but has plans to bring English episodes in the future. On this episode, I interview the lovely Kim Arnold! Kim is such an incredible lady and has so much experience and knowledge in the world of Tarot, Esotorica and Mysticism. I really enjoyed this chat, and the crazy stories that Kim shared from her experiences running 'new age' shops, to her introduction to joining a physical mediumship circle in the 80's. Kim is the founder of the amazing UK Tarot Conference that runs every year in London, as well as being the author of 'Tarot Made Easy' by HayHouse and the co-founder of the Esotoracle magazine. Kim discusses her new deck that will be released in 2026 based on Feng Shui, as well as her latest deck 'Arcana 78' which is strictly a limited edition deck, with only a handful of copies left!  You can find more information about Kim on her social media pages, and book a 1-2-1 reading with her by clicking HERE. On this episode I welcome back Claire Gilchrist - who goes by the name of ShrewdAngel. I wanted to ask more about some of the topics that we scratched the surface on last time. How to protect yourself when working with spirit, the safety of working with Spirit and Angels, and Claire shares her experience with suicide and gives us more of a perspective on what happens when we pass over. I'll always have a special place in my heart for Claire. She's been a massive cheerleader for me on my mediumship journey, and was the one who told me I can do what she does when I was 16.  Claire talks about her charity work that she does, and especially leading up to Christmas, it would be amazing if you guys would like to donate! She raises money and collects gifts for the homeless and underprivileged, ensuring everyone receives a gift box for Christmas. If you would like to donate it would mean the world, you can do so by contacting me or Claire.  If you would like to book a reading with Claire, I can honestly say she is amazing at what she does! In this episode, I chat with the incredible David Hale — a gifted Spiritual Medium with a fascinating journey. Growing up in the UK, David didn’t realize he had a spiritual gift until later in life. As he began to understand his sensitivity to others, he trained as a medium and now connects people with their loved ones in spirit through his compassionate work. David shares his remarkable path, including his past life as a drag queen — a world far removed from his current role. We talk about the contrast between performing on stage and working with spirit, and how humor, resilience, and intuition have shaped his life. He also talks about his book “Coming Down to Earth” which you can click and  purchase here and his co-hosted podcast "The Spirit Lounge", click and subscribe - and also how he brings healing, laughter, and light to those he serves. It was very refreshing speaking with David and looking forward to working with him in the future!   I’d love to hear what you think of the episode!
