Episode 84- Don't Skip Leviticus!
2026/09/19
Have you ever started a "Read the Bible in a Year" plan, only to hit a complete wall when you reached Leviticus? You’re not alone! Between rules about mildew, animal sacrifices, and ritual purity, Leviticus is often the most skipped book in the Bible.
But when we skip Leviticus, we miss the foundational blueprint of the Gospel. In this episode, we unpack why Leviticus isn't a dusty list of arbitrary rules—it’s God’s original framework for dwelling right in the middle of His imperfect people.

As we continue with the Rest of the Story and close our study on the life of Moses, we trace the dramatic path from the Mount Sinai to Mount Nebo. This episode we look at the meaning behind Moses’ shining face, the costly strike at Meribah, and why Moses could bring Israel to the edge of the Promised Land, but only Christ can bring us hope of eternal salvation.

Anchored and Alive- Open Spaces or Claimed Pews?
2026/08/28
Have you ever walked into a church auditorium and felt an invisible wall of coldness—or caught yourself feeling territorial over "your" usual pew?
This week on Anchored and Alive, we bridge the assembly of the Tabernacle in Exodus 35–40 with modern clinical social psychology to explore how subtle, unwritten habits can create psychological barriers in our church auditoriums.
Episode 82- The Rest of the Story- The Tabernacle
2026/08/21
To the untrained eye, the last fifteen chapters of Exodus can feel like a dry list of materials and measurements. But when you look at the Bible as one cohesive story, these chapters make much more sense. In today's episode, we are looking at a few points on these chapters to help us understand how these Old Testament chapters relate to the New Testament.
Anchored and Alive- The Broken Tablets: How to Process Deep Relational Disappointment
2026/08/14
In this Anchored & Alive episode of The Christ-Centered Woman’s Podcast, we examine Exodus 32 to unpack one of the most painful, relatable human experiences: deep relational disappointment.
When Moses came down Mount Sinai carrying the stone tablets written by the finger of God, he expected a faithful, growing community. Instead, he walked right into the chaos of the golden calf. Exodus 32:19 says he smashed the tablets at the foot of the mountain—an act that wasn't just about anger, but the physical manifestation of a shattered heart. Moses led Israel with integrity, but he could not make their choices for them.
Episode 81- Fire on the Mountain
2026/08/07
In this episode we look at Exodus 19 and 20 and discuss how we serve a God who wants to have a relationship with you. When God descended on the mountain in fire, thunder, and smoke to give the Ten Commandments, the terrified Israelites begged Moses: "You speak with us... but let not God speak with us, lest we die." They chose distance over intimacy because fear told them closeness wasn't safe. The great thing is we serve a God who wants to know you! Find out more in this episode!

2026/07/24

We are talking about the danger of ultimatums. Looking at Exodus 17, we are going to look at what happens to our brain when we hit a wall of total depletion, why exhaustion causes us to issue ultimate deadlines to the people we love and the God we serve, and how to break free from the trap of rigid thinking.
