Mike plays a huge part in data collection and distribution for the Nats and has his pulse on this space as it pertains to amateur baseball in Canada. We discuss how important data is, its use in amateur baseball, and why it is just a puzzle piece creating the bigger picture for athlete development and growth.

In this episode, I break down the art of overcoaching, which we are all guilty of at some point in our coaching careers. There are differences between how we overcoach youth athletes and more mature athletes, but the fact remains that this strategy (whether intentional or not) has big impacts on the development of those athletes.
