Episode 25: The Art of Feeling at Home in Your Changing Body with Elizabeth Sherman
2025/10/16
What if your wardrobe could help you reconnect to your body — not resist it?
In this episode of Get Styled, Elsa sits down with Elizabeth Sherman, Master Certified Life and Health Coach, to explore how embracing our evolving bodies is one of the most powerful forms of self-care. Together, they unpack how style can serve as both mirror and medicine — a way to honor your body through every hormonal, emotional, and physical transition.
If you’ve ever looked in your closet and felt like nothing quite fits who you are right now, this conversation will remind you that style isn’t about who you were — it’s about dressing the woman you’re becoming.
Elizabeth brings over 18 years of experience helping women in midlife reclaim their vitality through holistic health, feminist coaching, and sustainable habits that actually last. Her insights will inspire you to see your wardrobe — and your body — through a lens of compassion, power, and possibility.

Episode 13: Waiting For A Thinner Body
2024/10/10
In today’s episode of the Get Styled Podcast, Elsa tackles one of the most common and consistent topics she hears from women when it comes to style. She’s heard this from potential clients, to friends, loved ones, and of course, all over the social media-verse.
And that is the subject of waiting for our body to be thinner before we invest in our style.
This episode is all about the pervasive myth that smaller bodies = “easier” to dress. That small bodies are “the norm”. And that small bodies are better. Spoiler alert - it’s NOT true.
Today I’m tackling the belief that we need to be in a smaller, thinner body, BEFORE we go through the process of identifying our personal style, or working with a stylist, or before we can feel beautiful and confident in our skin.
This is something SO many women struggle with, so let’s dive in and put this myth to bed once and for all.

Episode 12: Creative Inspiration and Not Settling, with Stella Santana
2024/09/19
In today’s episode of the Get Styled Podcast, Elsa invites friend and musician, Stella Santana, to the show to talk about Stella’s journey in carving out her own path, outside of her famous family. We discuss everything from personal style and the creative process, to “going viral” and feeling whole in every season of life. So, settle in, and get ready for a conversation that will change how you approach your outer appearance to align with your mission and mindset.
Stella Santana’s sound exists beyond genre; for her, that means authenticity over artifice, quality over quantity and music akin to the songs she used to tape off the radio.
Granddaughter to legendary musicians Saunders King and Jose Santana, and daughter of acclaimed guitarist Carlos Santana, Stella hails from generations of musicality and continues the family legacy by establishing her own roots within the music scene.
She's not only a powerhouse woman but a new mother, which has heightened her passions for community, environmental and social issues while leaving her indelible mark on the music industry.
