Why Trying So Hard to Heal Is Keeping You Stuck
2026/10/16
If healing has become what your life revolves around, doing more may be keeping your body in the stress you're trying to resolve. In this episode, I explain why self-healing doesn't require proof, perfect practices, or exhaustion, and how doing less can give your body room to do what it already knows how to do. Maybe you push through your morning routine after four hours of sleep, read books about why resting is beneficial instead of actually resting, or feel uneasy when you skip a practice. When healing becomes something you have to do correctly, your nervous system receives more pressure from the very routines meant to help you feel better. I unpack why doing less is more through science: the Zero-Energy universe, the Casimir effect, the brain's default mode network, and planarian regeneration to show how much activity is already happening beneath apparent stillness. I also share what changed in my own body when I stopped organizing my life around trying to heal and started listening, simplifying, and making room for joy and ease. We also talk about what trusting your body actually looks like in daily life, including how over-monitoring symptoms can prevent you from truly knowing your body and why simplicity is often more effective than complexity. The truth is, your body and mind are not waiting for you to prove you deserve wellbeing. They are built to naturally restore balance when the conditions support it. Why Being the Reliable One Is Exhausting You
2026/10/02
Chronic stress can hide inside a life that looks completely fine and functional. In this episode, I reveal why being productive, dependable, and capable doesn't tell you whether your life is actually working for your body, and how to recognize the specific places where your body is paying the price. If you’re the person everyone relies on, you can answer the emails, keep the peace, manage the calendar, pay the bills, and still be exhausted, tense, anxious, or running on caffeine. Because nothing has collapsed, you call it normal. Your body may be carrying the cost of a life everyone else experiences as functional. When everyone benefits from how much you can handle, pushing through gets rewarded, and your body's signals get to dismissed as part of being an adult. I explain why your stress is far more specific than the story you tell about your job, family, relationship, or personality. Your nervous system responds to particular people, conversations, tasks, environments, and patterns. When you start noticing where you tighten, where you soften, who you're with, and what's happening in that exact moment, your body gives you information you can actually use to heal and resolve that stress. I also share why I created Finally Paying Attention, a seven-day interactive self-assessment that captures those patterns while you're living your normal life. You'll learn how body awareness, pattern recognition, and a reciprocal relationship with your body can change how you evaluate stress, health, success, and whether the life you're maintaining is truly supporting your wellbeing. What We Explore ↓ High-functioning stress and hidden body costs Nervous system signals before burnout Fatigue as an early warning signal People-pleasing and chronic stress patterns Temporal discounting and delayed health costs Body awareness and stress pattern recognition Somatic healing through loving body partnership Your Links and Offers ↓ Start loving your body by resolving your stress patterns: finallypayingattention.com Join The Source Membership and save 75% off your first month or $37 off the year with code PODCASTPROMO: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/membership Join Unbraced: The Somatic Release: lindavillines.com/unbracedthesomaticrelease Learn to love yourself by reading my book: amazon.com/dp/B09B1DW43X Heal more productively with my FREE healing resources: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/freeresources Catch up with Linda↓ Instagram: @linda.villines Website: lindavillines.com This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice. What if Your Body Is Already Telling You Exactly How to Heal?
2026/09/25
Your body has been telling you what it needs all along. But when you only pay attention to your body when something hurts, flares up, or fails to perform or look the way you want, you miss all the ways it communicates and loves you. Most people spend years managing chronic tension, digestive issues, and sleep struggles while believing they know their bodies because they've tried every trending biohack, exercise, supplement, or regulation protocol. In reality, you're only familiar with the symptoms.  Relying on biohacks, supplements, and regulation tools to quiet your symptoms creates a one-way management routine rather than an authentic relationship with your body. Real healing happens when you stop forcing your body to comply with your demands and begin observing its daily signals with zero agenda.  In this episode, I share why symptom management keeps you trapped in chronic stress and how early relational attachment trauma trains us to have a conditional relationship with our bodies. I also break down the science of interoception, ecological momentary assessment, and retrospective recall bias so you can stop coercing your body and start building a real relationship with it. It's time to stop treating your body like a biological machine to manage and start meeting it with unconditional presence. Your body isn't a problem to fix. It's a dynamic, intelligent partner that responds to your attention and love in real time. Tune in to learn how change your relationship with your body so you can finally hear and understand what it's been saying to you all along. What We Explore ↓ Conditional body love and care Symptom management versus true somatic healing Retrospective recall bias and pain memory Ecological momentary assessment and body signals Interoceptive awareness and chronic stress loops Childhood conditioning and learned conditional love patterns Biohacking limits and authentic body partnership Your Links and Offers ↓ Start loving your body by resolving your stress patterns: finallypayingattention.com Join The Source Membership and save 75% off your first month or $37 off the year with code PODCASTPROMO: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/membership Join Unbraced: The Somatic Release: lindavillines.com/unbracedthesomaticrelease Learn to love yourself by reading my book: amazon.com/dp/B09B1DW43X Heal more productively with my FREE healing resources: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/freeresources Catch up with Linda↓ Instagram: @linda.villines Website: lindavillines.com This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice. The Universe Isn't Testing You (Here's the Science of What's Actually Happening)
2026/09/04
If you've ever made a bold move toward your dreams only for everything to go sideways, you've probably been told the universe is testing your readiness. In this episode, I break down why the universe isn't testing you, why you aren't blocked, and what is actually happening in your brain and reality field when friction surfaces. That internal friction, self-doubt, or sudden chaos reflects the natural instability that peaks right before a system settles into a new baseline state. Anytime you change your identity and coherence, your system has to stabilize, and that in-between can look like turbulence or silence. This episodes explains the science of phase transitions so you can stop feeling like you're on trial trying to realize your dreams. When you hold the belief that you're being tested by a higher power, you agree to be judged by an external authority while constantly auditing every choice to prove you're in high self-worth. This creates anxiety and tension where you end up performing presence rather than simply embodying your truth. This episode also dismantles the "blocked" framework, the idea that your past wounds and fears stand in the way of your expansion and what you want. If you’ve been waiting for permission from something outside you, this is your reminder: you are the force. Tune in to learn how to stop outsourcing your authority, earning your liberation, and letting outdated manifestation frameworks tell you to celebrate being small. What We Explore ↓   Quantum superposition and the responsive reality field Phase transitions and nervous system cognitive dissonance Bayesian inference and subconscious probability weighting Physical criticality and system-wide external chaos Critical slowing down and seasons of silence Dismantling the testing and blocked framework Reclaiming sovereignty from false external authority  Your Links and Offers ↓ Start loving your body by resolving your stress patterns: finallypayingattention.com Join The Source Membership and save 75% off your first month or $37 off the year with code PODCASTPROMO: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/membership Join Unbraced: The Somatic Release: lindavillines.com/unbracedthesomaticrelease Learn to love yourself by reading my book: amazon.com/dp/B09B1DW43X Heal more productively with my FREE healing resources: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/freeresources Catch up with Linda↓ Instagram: @linda.villines Website: lindavillines.com This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice. Why the Thing You Refuse to Look At Is Running Your Life
2026/08/21
Avoiding the thing you don't want to face does't protect your wellbeing. What you refuse to look at becomes the hidden driver behind your chronic tension, anxiety, and daily exhaustion. In this episode, I explain how avoidance functions as an active trauma response and why turning toward your truth with love is the only thing that resolves the repetitive stress and issues in your life. You'll learn why avoidance costs you energy, disrupts your sleep, stresses your body, and quietly shapes your choices while you’re busy managing everything else. I also dismantle the biggest myths that keep avoidance in place, like ignorance is bliss and time heals all wounds. The truth is, your nervous system doesn’t forget. It adapts and that unresolved stress often shows up as anxiety, defense mechanisms, irritability, digestive issues, chronic tension, or insomnia. I also unpack how your predicting brain assumes the worst outcomes when you actively route around uncomfortable data. Meeting your true feelings while resourced and safe is what allows your brain to re-organize old memories. But many people rely on distraction, busy schedules, or normalized fear-based beliefs to manage overwhelming emotions and past trauma, rather than meeting and healing their whole selves with love. Tune into learn how to stop avoiding and start reclaiming your authentic self with love. What We Explore ↓   The daily physical cost of avoidance behaviorSubconscious background processing and nervous system vigilanceWhy time fails to heal unresolved traumaPredictive brain networks and trauma responsesSymptoms as signals of suppressed truthMemory reconsolidation through resourced presence and loveSelf-abandonment versus wholenessYour Links and Offers ↓ Start loving your body by resolving your stress patterns: finallypayingattention.com Join The Source Membership and save 75% off your first month or $37 off the year with code PODCASTPROMO: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/membership Join Unbraced: The Somatic Release: lindavillines.com/unbracedthesomaticrelease Learn to love yourself by reading my book: amazon.com/dp/B09B1DW43X Heal more productively with my FREE healing resources: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/freeresources Catch up with Linda↓ Instagram: @linda.villines Website: lindavillines.com This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice. The Healing Industry Lied: You're Allowed to Be Done
2026/08/07
Healing culture wants you to believe that if you’re serious, you’ll be “doing the work” forever. In this episode, we’re calling that out and replacing it with the more liberating truth: healing is meant to end, and you’re allowed to be done. Learn why upholding the identity of “someone on a healing journey” can keep you from ever arriving as "someone who is healed". You'll learn the exact difference between managing your issues and achieving true resolution, so you can stop waking up to fix yourself and finally allow your nervous system to reclaim total coherence. When you wake up scanning for the next thing to heal, your brain automatically registers stress and predicts danger. That anticipation can train your nervous system to stay on alert, so even your progress starts feeling like proof that there's more to heal. We also define what “done” is: freedom, wholeness, and wellbeing as integrated lived states, not a mood you have to manufacture every morning. We unpack subconscious identity and what it actually feels like when regulation becomes your baseline. Stress still happens, life still happens, but your system stops inflating every wave into a crisis. You’ll hear how fear-driven practices keep you vigilant, how love-driven practices change your physiology, and why claiming “I am healed” is not a certificate someone can grant you because it’s a sovereign choice you make when stability is real. If you've spent years on a healing journey believing there's always another "block" to get past or test to pass, exhausted of daily protocols, managing triggers, and searching for the root cause of every passing emotion, this episodes gives you the structural framework to step out of constant repair mode and claim resolution. Why Trying to Relax Is Making Your Anxiety Worse
2026/07/24
Are your morning breathwork, vagus nerve resets, and calming routines actually making your anxiety worse? In this episode, I break down the clinical phenomenon of relaxation-induced anxiety and why forcing your nervous system to calm down causes your body to brace rather than unwind. You''ll learn why your brain treats your daily calming routine as an active threat, why relaxation-induced anxiety occurs, and what your nervous system actually needs before it finally releases its bracing response. I also break down the two-process trap (trying to relax while scanning for tension), the observer effect of constant self-measurement, and why temporary relief can create a dependency loop that keeps stress running the show. I share my own history in this loop: perfectionism, chronic symptoms, and the exhausting fear of not healing “correctly,” and what finally shifted things, which wasn’t a stricter routine. It was doing less, dropping coercion, and building a real internal environment of safety through unconditional self-love, joy, and ease. If you’re ready to stop micromanaging your body and start feeling safe inside it, find out why true healing requires moving past forced regulation into somatic safety. What We Explore ↓ Relaxation induced anxiety and nervous system bracing Subconscious monitoring and chronic threat signals Forced compliance versus somatic safety Breaking out from the protocol dependency loop The Joy Principle and cellular self-healing The observer effect and physiological measurement Nervous system coherence beyond forced regulation Your Links and Offers ↓ Start loving your body by resolving your stress patterns: finallypayingattention.com Join The Source Membership and save 75% off your first month or $37 off the year with code PODCASTPROMO: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/membership Join Unbraced: The Somatic Release: lindavillines.com/unbracedthesomaticrelease Learn to love yourself by reading my book: amazon.com/dp/B09B1DW43X Heal more productively with my FREE healing resources: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/freeresources Catch up with Linda↓ Instagram: @linda.villines Website: lindavillines.com This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice. Why Your Body Stays Tense Even When You Try to Self-Regulate
2026/07/10
If you're tired of waking up exhausted and tense, your body needs to be loved, not managed. Chronic tension is often your nervous system bracing for outdated impact, not your body “failing,” In this episode, I unpack why old conditioning keeps stress activated long after it's useful. Learn the real reason your body is uncomfortable with rest and how to communicate safety at a cellular level so your chronic tension can finally dissolve.  People often treat chronic physical symptoms as problems to fix, but your body's actually communicating to you in a highly intelligent language. I explain what bracing looks like in everyday life, why anxiety is frequently a response to a threat that is no longer present, how your body’s protective stress is designed for acute moments, and what happens when it never receives the completion signal that says you are safe now. We also discuss interoception, homeostasis, and why sleep, meditation, workouts, supplements, and “doing everything right” aren't resulting in what you want if your system believes danger is the default. You'll also understand why forcing yourself to relax creates more internal stress and how true healing requires moving past surface-level mindset hacks and engaging your body at the level where the pattern was created. When you treat symptoms as communication instead of an enemy, you build a true mind-body connection and create space for stress cycles to complete through somatic release and daily cues of safety. A loving relationship with your body is not optional. It's the foundation for effective nervous system regulation and long-term healing from chronic stress, anxiety, and body tension. When Self-Improvement Becomes a Trauma Response
2026/06/26
Self-improvement can look like devotion, but what if it's actually your nervous system trying to stay safe? In this episode, I unpack when personal growth becomes a trauma response. When the pressure to be perfect, the urgency to “fix” yourself fast, and the quiet belief that love is something you earn after you become acceptable is driving your healing, your unresolved traumas are running the show. If you've read the books, gone to therapy, established a journaling habit, and tried all the healing practices but still feel exhausted and stuck, you're likely operating from threat management instead of genuine expansion. Feeling trapped in a cycle of self-improvement means healing has become another survival mechanism and a way to negotiate with your worth. When your relationship to your healing is driven by shame, fear, and rejection prevention, the same “healthy” practices can keep you braced, dysregulated, and depleted. When your relationship to yourself is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and safety, your nervous system can finally stop scanning and start restoring. You'll learn how my Love-First Protocol and Joy Principle help your nervous system feel safe enough to heal optimally. It's time to treat yourself as someone who's already whole instead of a problem that needs to be fixed so your “healing routine” can feel like love instead of pressure.  Chapters: 0:00 - When Growth Is a Trauma Response 3:00 - Healing For Love Versus Healing For Proof 6:40 - When Self-Improvement Turns Into Self-Surveillance 9:40 - Your Nervous System Reads Energy 12:50 - Urgency Loops and The Cost Of Struggle 16:30 - Rejection Prevention Disguised as Growth 19:40 - Your Body Responds to Your Relationship 22:10 - The Love First Protocol and Joy Principle 24:20 - Pause the Fixing Reflex Your Links and Offers ↓ Start loving your body by resolving your stress patterns: finallypayingattention.com Join The Source Membership and save 75% off your first month or $37 off the year with code PODCASTPROMO: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/membership Join Unbraced: The Somatic Release: lindavillines.com/unbracedthesomaticrelease Learn to love yourself by reading my book: amazon.com/dp/B09B1DW43X Heal more productively with my FREE healing resources: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/freeresources Catch up with Linda↓ Instagram: @linda.villines Website: lindavillines.com This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice. When Human Design and Astrology Become a New Cage: How Labeling Yourself Prevents True Healing
2026/06/12
You are the authority of your reality. When you give your power over to your astrology charts, human design, and other esoteric systems the chart becomes a limitation instead of a blueprint for your freedom. In this episode, I talk about why astrology and Human Design often become the cages you wanted them to unlock and how you can use these self-knowledge systems for sovereignty instead of seeking permission to exist. When you treat your birth chart as a higher power, your nervous system experiences the same contraction it did when you were seeking approval from critical parents or a stressful environment. Your body interprets "Saturn is in my house" or "I have a challenging gate" with the same bracing energy it uses for any other external threat, which keeps you in a state of waiting and powerlessness. True healing requires you to relate to your design as the creator of it, not as a human being victimized by the stars and planets. We also examine the addictive loop of chart-checking and how your nervous system uses these systems to find a false sense of safety. When you place a transit or a profile above your own knowing, you repeat a pattern of self-erasure that keeps you stuck in human-level struggle. The goal isn’t to abandon astrology or human design. The goal is to relate to them from sovereignty, with a regulated body that doesn’t need permission to be free. Losing Yourself in Relationship: The Somatic Truth About Spiritual Codependency
2026/05/29
Discover why your connection to a soulmate or twin flame often feels like a roller coaster and learn how to return to the only relationship that determines your reality, the one with your highest self. In this episode, we unpack the most misunderstood parts of spiritual relationships: twin flames, soulmates, “karmic” dynamics, and why so many people end up romanticizing codependency while calling it spiritual growth. Sometimes what feels like fate is actually a trauma bond lighting up old attachment patterns. Many people lose themselves in the search for "the one," while their own well-being is completely neglected. If you've felt the exhaustion of a trauma bond or the anxiety of nervous system dysregulation in an intense connection, you know how easy it is to outsource your worth to someone else's approval. I also share my own twin flame activation and journey to show you that you don't need to earn your highest love through struggling or endless healing. You need to prioritize your relationship with your highest self.  We also discuss interdependence, somatic safety, healthy co-regulation, and why your nervous system state influences what you experience as love, safety, and alignment. Tune into to learn how to prioritizing your own coherence so you can naturally shift into the timeline of your highest love as your highest self.  Chapters: 0:00 - The Search for "The One" 2:06 - The Distortions Around Spiritual Relationships 6:19 - How Relationship Labels Trap You 12:35 - What a Soulmate Really Is 15:15 - What a Twin Flame Actually Is 20:33 - Why Nervous System Dysregulation Feels Like "Chemistry" 22:08 - Your Relationship with Your Highest Self Sets the Tone 31:00 - Codependency Versus Interdependence 34:17 - How Your Nervous System Shapes Your Reality 38:57 - Action Step: Aligning With Your Highest Love Your Links and Offers ↓ Start loving your body by resolving your stress patterns: finallypayingattention.com Join The Source Membership and save 75% off your first month or $37 off the year with code PODCASTPROMO: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/membership Join Unbraced: The Somatic Release: lindavillines.com/unbracedthesomaticrelease Learn to love yourself by reading my book: amazon.com/dp/B09B1DW43X Heal more productively with my FREE healing resources: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/freeresources Catch up with Linda↓ Instagram: @linda.villines Website: lindavillines.com This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice. Why You Feel Behind and How to Reclaim Your Highest Timeline Now
2026/05/22
Are you secretly feeling behind in life because your current reality doesn't match the timeline you planned out years ago? Whether it’s your career, your relationships, your bank account, or your healing journey, it’s easy to look at where you are and feel like a failure or like you're stuck with a "consolation prize" life. But what if the reality you thought you were supposed to have never materialized because it was actually too small to your highest potential? In this episode of The Simple Source, we unpack the real mechanics of timeline shifts and why feeling stagnated is often a symptom of outgrowing your old conditioning. If traditional spiritual and manifestation advice has left you feeling frustrated, we’re cutting through the surface-level noise to show you exactly how to stop waiting for your life to start and begin unconditionally loving the version of you that survived every wrong turn and collapse. Your highest timeline isn't waiting for you in some distant future, and your highest self isn't judging you from another dimension. They're already within you, waiting for your body to feel safe enough for their emergence. We dive deep into the somatic and spiritual integration required to reclaim your power right now, without bypassing your present reality or shaming your past. You'll learn how to grieve the timelines that didn't happen, release the "better than you now" false identity, and embrace the truth that your current self is the most resilient, evolved version of you yet. Tune in to discover how authentic self-love is the ultimate reality-architecting tool, and learn the exact internal shifts needed to finally make your nervous system a safe home for your limitless potential. Why Boundaries Make You Panic: The Reason You Need Self-Worth to Get Your Needs Met
2026/05/15
Setting boundaries is one thing. Maintaining boundaries is another. In this episode, we’re unpacking the part about boundaries not one talks about: what happens after you say the words, when it’s time to maintain them without apologizing, overexplaining, or shrinking yourself to keep the peace. If you feel anxious, guilty, tense, apologetic, or desperate to explain yourself after speaking up for yourself, your nervous system may be treating the boundary as a relational threat instead of an act of self-respect.  I’m breaking down why boundaries aren’t just “communication skills.” They’re deeply somatic, meaning your nervous system and body's memories are involved. When relationship conflict activates a survival response, your brain may know you’re safe, but your physiology can still interpret “no” as a threat to connection. That’s why guilt, dread, and people-pleasing kick in, especially if you grew up with conditional love, weak boundaries, or patterns of self-abandonment that once helped you feel accepted. I also explain why healthy boundaries come from embodied self-worth, not fear, resentment, anger, or the hope that someone else will validate your needs. When your self-love is stable in your body, maintaining boundaries becomes less like conflict negotiations and more like protecting your own wellbeing because your peace, needs, and wholeness are no longer up for debate. The Cost of Shrinking Yourself When Your Highest Self is Bigger Than Life
2026/05/08
Not being authentic costs you. In this episode, I talk about the hidden cost of minimizing your true self, how people-pleasing turns into daily self-betrayal, and why your body treats that pattern as real chronic stress, not maturity. You'll learn how you can know exactly who you are yet still shrink, edit, soften, or dilute yourself around certain people, relationships, and situations. Making yourself smaller is a learned adaptation developed in childhood when your nervous system figured out which versions of you were safer, more loved, more accepted, and less likely to be rejected. Whether you became the hyper-competent one or the one who learned they were “too much,” the result is the same as an adult: you edit your needs, swallow your truth, and stay on alert. This episode reveals the connection between constant self-betrayal and nervous system dysregulation, burnout, anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, and the fatigue that doesn’t resolve with rest. You'll also learn how your reality also reflects the smaller version of you. Tune in to stop confusing compliance with peace, calling self-abandonment maturity, and to begin teaching your body, your field, and your life that being 100% you 100% of the time is safe and non-negotiable. If you’re ready to stop shrinking and live with more self-love, authenticity, and  freedom, follow the show and share this with a friend also ready to shine. And if you haven't,  leave a review so more people can find their way here. How To Trust Your Gut When You Keep Second Guessing Yourself
2026/04/24
You have all the answers within you. In this episode, I unpack why you keep second guessing yourself when, deep down, you already know the truth. We talk about why “confusion” is often actually disconnection from your authentic self and how your nervous system can receive truth and resist it at the same time. I walk you through the somatic side of intuition and how old conditioning like people pleasing, perfectionism, overachieving, and codependency trained you to outsource your knowing. We also explore also why the most natural, straightforward answer can feel suspicious, why simplicity can feel invalid when you’ve been taught to equate worth with effort, and why your body knows the truth long before your mind is willing to trust it. We also get into the difference between your false self and your authentic self and how nervous system patterning keeps you from following through on what you know. This episode is about learning to recognize when your body is giving you a clear yes or no, understanding why resistance shows up the moment truth arrives, and beginning to rebuild self-trust through embodied safety, self-love, and aligned action. If you’re exhausted from overthinking, overexplaining, and making everything harder than it needs to be, this episode will help you come back to what's simple and true for you. If you want more healing insights that support your authentic self, follow the show, and share this with a friend who’s spiraling, and if you haven’t yet, leave a review so more people can find their way here. What We Explore ↓ Why confusion is a often self-trust woundHow trauma and conditioning teach you to mistrust yourselfWhy simple and obvious truths can feel suspiciousThe difference between the false self and the authentic selfHow your body receives truth before your mind trusts itWhy resistance to your knowing is a nervous system pattern, not impaired intuitionHow to rebuild self-trust through embodied safety and aligned actionYour Links and Offers ↓ Start loving your body by resolving your stress patterns: finallypayingattention.com Join The Source Membership and save 75% off your first month or $37 off the year with code PODCASTPROMO: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/membership Join Unbraced: The Somatic Release: lindavillines.com/unbracedthesomaticrelease Learn to love yourself by reading my book: amazon.com/dp/B09B1DW43X Heal more productively with my FREE healing resources: lindavillines.com/selfhealersource/freeresources Catch up with Linda↓ Instagram: @linda.villines Website: lindavillines.com This podcast is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice.
