Episode 35: Senior Year Energy: Knowing When It's Time for Your Next Chapter
2026/02/10
A major life update is here. In this episode, Shannon shares how intuition, journaling, and divine timing led her husband and her to make a fast, aligned move out of Los Angeles. What started as quiet feelings and journal entries months ago quickly turned into dream-job interviews, 11th-hour magic, and the perfect new home. This episode is all about trusting your intuition, loving the season you're in, and allowing the universe to move faster than you ever expected.

Episode 34: Why January 1st Won't Change Your Life (And What Actually Will in 2026)
2026/01/04
January 1st doesn't reset your nervous system.. and that's why most New Year manifestations fail. In this episode, Shannon breaks down why real manifestation isn't about starting over, but about integrating what 2025 revealed. She explores how your nervous system, identity, and belief patterns are the true drivers of what you create in 2026- not vision boards or "new year, new you" energy.
Shannon also shares her personal experience coming off birth control after 20+ years, how choosing to be the exception, not the rule shifted her healing journey, and why romanticizing your life is her word (and strategy) for 2026.
If you're ready to stop bypassing the past and start manifesting from alignment, this episode will completely change how you approach the new year.

Episode 33: Unfiltered 2025 Recap: Hobbies, Health, and Audacity
2025/12/16
In the final podcast episode of 2025, Shannon delivers a rapid-fire recap of her biggest discoveries of the year.
She reflects on what it means to create impact even when you can't see it, shares why she's releasing the pressure to publish weekly, and unpacks three major themes that changed everything in 2025: hobbies that create a new flow state, a more intentional health journey after getting off birth control after 20+ years, and learning to cultivate audacity- the willingness to ask for what you want, say what you mean, and trust that the right people will resonate.
The episode also touches on deeper life questions around timing, big-city career energy, and future family planning- plus a grounding reminder for creatives at the end of the year: your career isn't the only measure of growth. Shannon offers a powerful reframe for "end-of-year regret," encouraging listeners to zoom out, look at their whole life timeline, and let emotions be information, not something to suppress.

Episode 32: When Cancer Enters The Friend Group Chat
2025/11/04
In this episode Shannon shares one of the hardest and most beautiful seasons of her life. Over the last month, her best friend- young, healthy, vibrant- was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. She talks about what it's like to be in the waiting period before treatment starts, the grief that hits before anything visibly changes, and the strength and connection she witnessed in her friend group as they navigate this together.
She also talks about what this season is teaching her about presence, health, intentional living, and what she calls the slingshot effect: how sometimes life pulls you back so far only because you're being launched into a version of yourself that's more awake, more free, and more intentional. This episode is raw, honest, and full of heart but also filled with hope.

Episode 31: Birthday Reflections: Lessons on Presence, Truth, and Play
2025/09/30
In this heartfelt birthday reflection, Shannon shares the life lessons she's embodying right now: letting go of rigid structures, embracing flow and play, and finding abundance through presence and self-nourishment. She talks about building her new "Lead Role Energy" class for actors, holding space for uncomfortable conversations (even around topics like death), and how vulnerability and truth strengthen both artists and humans.
Shannon also recounts a powerful story about a sign from her late aunt during a celebration of life, reinforcing her belief in spirituality, intuition, and showing up fully even when only one person is listening. This episode is an intimate look at what it means to live your "future self" lifestyle now.. allowing messiness, joy, and trust to replace hustle, boxes, and tight schedules.

In this episode, Shannon shares how to release the chokehold of other people's perceptions, reclaim your power, and stay rooted in your truth no matter what "mirror" others reflect back at you.

Episode 27: The Horse Show, The Soft Pretzel, and the Reminder to Soften Up
2025/08/05
Shannon reflects on two emotional experiences that unexpectedly cracked her open: watching her best friend return to competitive horseback riding after 18 years, and a surprise soft pretzel stop from her dad that brought up childhood memories, identity, and the pressure to 'be good' as an adult.
From witnessing the power of reconnecting with childhood passions to confronting the hardened 'LA version' of herself who forgot how to receive love in simple ways, Shannon explores how we can all soften up — with ourselves, with others, and with our past.
Whether you're learning to "ride horses again", resisting dessert at your parents' house, or just trying to be more present in life's small joys, this episode is a reminder to drop the perfectionism, revisit your childhood self, and maybe… eat the soft pretzel.
