Political Lesbianism
2026/09/27
In this episode, I chat with AJ, a lesbian from Australia, about a recent essay on Lesbianherstory.com titled “Recruiting Women to Lesbianism is Weird at Best” . The essay and our conversation revolves around how some radical feminists believe that being a lesbian is something any woman can choose. This idea is nothing new and has been festering in radical feminism for decades. This is a public episode. Anouther Lesbian Take
2026/09/09
Today I have a chat with MC. MC is an author, writer, and podcaster. It’s always great to see more lesbian creators out here who center lesbians. I had a wonderful conversation with MC, and I hope you enjoy it. MC’s Links: https://thelesbiantake.buzzsprout.com/ https://substack.com/@mchutson https://www.mchutson.com/ This is a public episode. A 30-year Journey to Detransition
2026/08/26
I interviewed Jessi Harris about her book “Down The Rabbit Hole”. Jessi spent 30 years living as a man, and only in her mid 60’s did she decide to detransition and reidentify as the lesbian she had always been. Thank you to Jessi for all her hard work. Gay Fatigue
2026/08/14
In this episode, I have a chat with my friend Jos about the challenges and exhaustion that comes from being a lesbian who goes against the current tide of the lgbtq communuty. Specifically, how difficult it is to see so many gay and lesbians actively work against their own protections and rights in the name of “trans inclusion”. https://lgbausa.org/ https://substack.com/@lgbausa This is a public episode. In this episode, I have a casual conversation with my friend Jos about what it’s like to have ADHD. We were both diagnosed later in life and have had to learn a lot on our own how to manage it. I hope you find this conversation both educational and enjoyable. Jos is the current President of LGB Alliance USA: https://lgbausa.org/ This is a public episode. Coming Back
2026/06/04
Hi all, I have decided to start up the podcast again. I explain a little of what’s been going on in my life in this episode, and some ideas I have for future episodes. This podcast is created from the human mind only, as messy and imperfect as that is. This is a public episode. Leaving On a Positive Note
2026/02/07
This will be the last episode of Peak Lesbian. Thank you all for your support. I hope I gave something positive back to the community. I want to leave on a positive note and encourage women not to let disagreements stop them from being in spaces they belong in. In this episode, I sit down with Shanti and Morgan, a lesbian couple who have been active in SisterSpace, a women’s festival in Maryland for ten years. We discuss how they manage ideological differences with some of the women and the positive influence of this space on their lives. Fighting For Lesbian Rights in New Zealand
2025/11/03
In this episode, I interview Marg Curnow of the lesbian organization, Lesbian Action for Visibility in Aotearoa (LAVA). In 2021, Hilary Oxley and Margaret Curnow, brought a claim to the New Zealand Human Rights Review Tribunal claiming discrimination against LAVA on the basis of LAVA’s political opinions.  I believe it's important to support our rights as lesbians, no matter what location in the world we might live. Thank you to Marg for her time and her dedication to protecting lesbian rights.  Support the case: https://www.lava.nz/our-case  LAVA: https://www.lava.nz/  This is a public episode. A radical feminist since college, Elspeth has spent a lifetime fighting for the rights of women and girls. We had a great conversation, and I hope you ladies like it. I Just See You As a Woman
2025/09/24
Debbi met Jessi when Jessi was still living as a man, a trans man to be precise. It wasn’t what Debbi thought she wanted in a relationship, but there was something about Jessi that she couldn’t walk away from. Although Jessi had lived for over 2 decades as a man, all Debbi saw when she looked at her partner was the woman inside. The woman she loved. The woman she would support and encouraged to step back into the light. This might be a modern lesbian love story. Late Bloomers Lesbian Land: Jessi’s Detrans Story This is a public episode.
