Episode 52: Beth's Destiny Was Stolen?
2026/02/03
Happy Tipsy Tuesday! Beth is back with a big catch up after her whirlwind trip to Amsterdam.
She might’ve only been there for two days, but a LOT happened. From a bizarre train encounter that had Beth convinced a man was trying to voodoo steal her destiny, to mob-wife energy locals fully believing she was about to kidnap their dogs.
Running on zero sleep after staying up all night making a scrapbook for Will, Beth spills her plans for his 21st, the reason she was bawling on public transport the day before, and why airports are genuinely her idea of hell.
We also find out that Beth used to ask for rats for Christmas (??), and why for the first time ever, she’s finding long-distance love actually really tough.

Episode 51: Beth Blocked Her Mam?
2026/01/27
After months of trying, Beth has finally convinced her booked and busy Mam, Deirdre, to join her on the pod for a BIG long-overdue catch up.
They may fight like cats and dogs (and go as far as blocking each other) but there are definitely similarities between Beth and her Mam. From shopping addictions to guilty consciences, they talk through their shared traits that are good, and the ones that maybe need some work.
There are many lessons to learn from this conversation, including the problem with selling your daughter's vintage Juicy Couture on Vinted for a tenner, and why you should never throw eggs EVER (because your Mam will march you down to apologise)
We also learn that Beth owes about €10,000 in damages to her Mam's house, and that neither of them would stand a chance on 'The Traitors' because of their inability to tell lies.
Deirdre also offers some solid Mam advice on what you should look for in a partner, how to get a job and why it's important that you always take the high road.

Episode 50: Beth Protects Her Peace
2026/01/20
Beth is back for a big catch-up and honestly, she had a LOT to get off her chest.
From favourite knickers to post-coil period cries, Beth chats hormones, gym delusions and the Leo energy she's excited for this year.
There’s also a very necessary rant about internet idiots, protecting your peace when the world feels unhinged, and why Beth is genuinely considering creating her own Noah-style ark (animals and Will only, applications required).
Beth also has a big moment of growth as she reacts to encountering her toxic ex for the first time since they broke up, and shares how she's realised time actually does heal (even when you swear it never will).

Episode 49: Beth & Shane McCarthy
2026/01/13
Girl... You are not ready for this week's episode with one of Ireland's biggest TikTok icons, Shane McCarthy.
He brought the follicles all the way to Dublin for a very special double episode with Beth (catch part two on his podcast 'I Said What I Said') and as you would expect it is chaotic, honest and a whole lot of oversharing.
Shane tells Beth about the crazy last two years of his life, from blowing up on TikTok to coming out as gay and finding his first every boyfriend. All of this is a testament to the decision Shane made to be 100% his true and authentic self, and we all love him for it!
It's not always been easy though, navigating life as a gay Irish traveller, dealing with discrimination and haters online, but Shane shares what keeps him going through it all and why his big mission is to represent his community and educate people.
There's also chats about long distance love, influencer realness and ADHD tangents, along with a celebration of self-acceptance.

She also shares what she’s officially leaving behind in 2025 including people pleasing and outside opinions, along with why she's embracing trusting herself and staying consistent (even when it feels pointless) to have a real mental glow up in 2026.

Episode 46: The Festive Fear
2025/12/23
It’s meant to be the most wonderful time of the year but if you’re not in your festive feels, Beth is right there with you.
From forced Christmas cheer and family pressure to productive vlogmas and “perfect” lives all over your feed, Beth chats honestly about why December can feel overwhelming, and why that’s completely normal.
She opens up about comparison, anxiety and making peace with doing Christmas your way, before diving into your Instagram dilemmas. From easing social anxiety, to caring less about other people’s opinions, navigating work stress, and giving yourself a break when things don’t go to plan.

Episode 45: You Can Do Hard Things!
2025/12/16
You might think you’ve heard this story before but Beth is officially three months sober and this time she’s got the receipts and the revelations.
She spills on why her first sober girl era flopped (spoiler: you clocking her drunk outside the club), why she thought avoiding nights out would fix everything, and what’s actually changed to make sobriety stick this time around.
From better relationships to a clearer head to finally understanding her ADHD patterns, Beth shares the real benefits no one talks about, plus her best tips for drinking mindfully, dodging peer pressure and surviving silly season without losing the plot.
If you’ve ever said “I’m never drinking again” (and lied), this episode is for you.

Episode 44: Beth's Boyfriend Will Is Back!
2025/12/09
Beth’s boyfriend Will is back on the pod and the last time he was here, the pair were secretly in the middle of a blazing row. Cute!
So this time, Beth brings him on to chat about how far they’ve come, how her giving up drink has transformed their relationship, and the set of totally unhinged “rules” they now swear by (wait until you hear about the elbow one).
They dive into all the cultural clashes of an Irish-girl/English-boy relationship, from college life to class differences and funeral etiquette, including the chaotic story behind the funeral that turned into a wild party, and even made them go viral on TikTok.
And of course, Beth gets soft sharing the weird coincidences that make her think Will might actually be her soulmate. Even if she still has no idea how to break it to her very Irish granny that she’s fallen for the enemy.

Episode 43: Beth & Dylan Lee Kenny
2025/12/02
Dylan Lee Kenny has taken over all of our FYPs this year with his chaotic humour and unbelievable life stories, so of course Beth had to get him behind the mic.
Beth chats with Dylan about how he blew up online, what the people of his hometown in Fatima really think of his TikTok fame, and why he refuses to be lumped in with the “fake influencer” crowd.
Now six months sober after years of partying, drama and nearly being sex-trafficked in Amsterdam, Dylan opens up about the messy, emotional and hilarious parts of getting his life together. From losing “session friends” to realising not everyone grew up the way he did, he tells Beth about the reality of sobriety, self-worth, and whether he needs therapy, a diagnosis, or just more sass (which he still has in abundance).

Episode 42: Beth's Friendship Breakups
2025/11/25
Falling out with a bestie can hit harder than a breakup, and Beth knows all about it. This week she’s chatting friendship red flags, toxic girl groups, and the types of people you should never let sit at your table, even if you ignored the signs at first.
Beth shares her own experiences with cutting people off (and being cut off), the wildest friendship drama she’s witnessed and why trusting your gut and knowing your morals can save you from being hurt. She also dives into your friendship dilemmas, from clingy classmates to holiday fallouts that got way too personal.
And yes… her tipsy thought of the week has her spiralling about Christmas 'nits' again.

Episode 41: Beth's Tough Love and Q+A
2025/11/18
This week on Tipsy Topics, Beth is deep in her feels, and it all starts with one random man on TikTok triggering a full-blown emotional meltdown. With her ADHD meds changing and her hormones going rogue, she’s questioning everything, including whether her current contraception is even worth the chaos it’s causing.
We’re also diving into your Q&A where Beth spills her wildest night-out story (yes, the one involving her going missing and literally jumping out of a second-story window), her dream travel plans, and the most unhinged interactions she’s ever had with followers.
And to top it off, Beth dishes out some tough love for a listener tangled in a situationship she knows she needs to escape, but can’t quite walk away from.
