I Love My Life. And I’ve Been Crying.
2026/10/23
Lately, I’ve been crying. A lot. And when my hubby said, “I’d love to have a day without you crying,” my brain immediately created a whole story around what he meant. Am I too much? Am I not allowed to cry? Can I just feel what I’m feeling? Except… he didn’t actually say any of that. In this mini solosode, I’m talking about separating what actually happened from the story we create around it—and allowing multiple truths to exist at the same time. I can love my life AND be moving through something.  I can cry AND be joyful.  I can be grateful AND admit something hurts. Maybe living your dream life doesn’t mean you stop feeling hard things. Maybe it means you finally feel safe enough to feel all of it. And maybe joy doesn’t have to wait until the sadness is gone. It all gets to belong. 🩷 Until next time — keep coming Back to the Heart. For the Woman Waiting for Her Dream Life: Feel It Before You Have It
2026/09/23
What if you stopped waiting for your life to change before allowing yourself to feel the way you want to feel? In this episode of Back to the Heart, Amanda welcomes best selling author Jennifer Blanchard back to the podcast for a conversation inspired by her brand-new book, How To Feel Rich (Even If You’re Not Yet). But this conversation is about so much more than money. Amanda and Jennifer explore what happens when you stop postponing your happiness until the relationship arrives, the money changes, the business takes off, or you finally have proof that the life you want is possible. Jennifer shares how she began creating the feeling of the love she wanted before the relationship existed—and how that required her to stop accepting crumbs, release what no longer matched her, and become available for something more. They talk about: Creating the feeling before you have the evidence  Rewriting the stories you inherited about money, love, success, and worthiness Why “ready” might be the thing keeping you stuck Becoming unavailable for crumbs—in relationships and every area of your life Making space to receive what you actually want Finding examples of what’s possible when you haven’t seen it modeled before Why your dream life begins before your circumstances change Jennifer’s journey back to fiction, creativity, joy, and purpose Having the courage to share your story even when someone else has already talked about the same thing Maybe the question isn’t, “When will I finally have the life I want?” Maybe it’s: Who am I willing to become—and what am I willing to feel—before the evidence arrives? Because you don’t have to wait for your dream life to start living like it’s possible. About Jennifer Blanchard Jennifer Blanchard is the author of 20 books, including the bestselling manifesting books F*ck the How, Quantum Leap Your Life, and Manifest Everything, plus her brand-new book, How To Feel Rich (Even If You’re Not Yet), and several romance novels. On her Substack, The Author Life Project, she documents the journey of building her author career in real time. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations with a minor in creative writing. You Know What You Want… So Why Aren’t You Living It?
2026/09/17
What if you already know what you want? The relationship. The freedom. The money. The business. The home. The way you want to feel when you wake up in the morning. And then comes the but… “But I don’t know how.” “But what if it doesn’t work?” “But I’ve never done anything like this before.” “But what if I get hurt again?” In this solo episode, Amanda explores the story underneath the dream — and the words, fears, inherited beliefs and resistance that can quietly keep us from fully stepping into the life we say we want. Because creating your dream life isn’t only about knowing what you desire. It’s about becoming aware of what happens in your mind and your body when you actually say that desire out loud. Where does it already feel true? Where does it still feel a little sticky? And what if the resistance you’re feeling isn’t evidence that you should stop — but an invitation into your next expansion? Amanda shares reflections from the recent Write Your Dream Story workshop, including why our words matter, how to recognize the “but” story, why we often describe what we don’t want instead of what we desire, and how to move your dream out of your head and into your body. You’ll also be invited to write one ordinary day in your dream life and notice something we so easily overlook: How much of the dream might already be here? ✨ Come join us inside Magnetic If this conversation speaks to you, come continue it with Amanda + Cherry inside our free Magnetic community — a space for women coming back to themselves, expanding what they believe is possible, and becoming magnetic to the lives they actually desire. For the Woman Who Keeps Saying "I'm a Survivor" and Wonders Why She's Still Stuck
2026/09/02
In this episode, Amanda sits down with Mark England, founder of Enlifted, for an unfiltered conversation about the words we use every day — and the stories those words are quietly keeping alive in us. They dig into why "survivor" has become one of the most overused words in the personal growth space, and what actually happens in the body and mind when we build an identity around struggle instead of moving through it. Mark breaks down the science behind epigenetics and how language, emotion, and vibration shape physical expression across generations — long before we ever consciously choose our words. Amanda and Mark trace this back to the music we grew up on, the baby boomer and immigrant-generation programming many of us inherited, and how songs about heartbreak, scarcity, and barely-surviving became anthems we sing along to without realizing what we're reinforcing. From there, the conversation turns to Amanda's own experience going through Enlifted's Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, and how the story-rewrite process — pairing narrative work with a conscious cannabis connection — became one of the biggest openers in her own healing and in the sessions she now leads for others. They also talk about longevity in this work: why most people quit before they ever get good at something, what it actually takes to build something over years instead of weeks, and why loving what you do changes your entire relationship to burnout. https://www.enlifted.me/ Follow Amanda on Instagram
Self-Trust Begins in the Body
2026/08/11
What if the reason you still feel stuck isn’t because you need to do more healing work—but because your body hasn’t learned that it’s safe to trust yet? In this episode of Back to the Heart, Amanda sits down with Hannah Elrose, conscious cannabis guide, vocalist, and founder of Sacred Flower Vibes, for a deeply honest conversation about moving from numbness and disconnection into aliveness, presence, pleasure, and self-trust. Hannah shares her personal journey from years of disconnection, shame, self-abandonment, and nervous system dysregulation to discovering a deeper relationship with her body—and ultimately with cannabis as a conscious plant ally. Her story is a powerful reminder that sometimes we can understand everything intellectually and still not feel it in our bodies. We can say the affirmations. We can read the books. We can do the healing work. We can know exactly what we "should" believe. And yet, if our body is still holding the old story, it can be incredibly difficult to embody a new one. In this conversation, we explore what it means to move beyond the mind and into the body—to cultivate safety, presence, surrender, and self-trust from the inside out. Hannah beautifully describes cannabis as helping her access states of presence and coherence that had previously felt unavailable to her. Her work now centers around helping others approach the plant intentionally and create deeper connection within themselves. This episode is for the woman who has done the work but still doesn't feel free. The woman who knows she's powerful but struggles to trust herself. The woman whose life looks good on paper but still feels disconnected inside. The woman who is ready to stop abandoning herself—and start coming home to her body. What Happened When I Finally Stopped Hiding
2026/07/20
Follow and Join My Community: https://www.instagram.com/back2theheart2loveme/ For years, I thought healing was something that happened in my mind. I worked on my mindset. I rewrote my stories. I learned to regulate my nervous system. But recently, I realized something deeper... Healing also has to live in the body. In this episode, I'm sharing the story of posting a simple dance video that unexpectedly became one of the biggest moments of my healing journey. What happened afterward surprised me. The video triggered someone I love. It triggered me. And instead of reacting the way I would have years ago, I chose something different. We explore: • Why being seen feels so vulnerable • How people-pleasing keeps us hiding • What our triggers are really trying to teach us • The connection between embodiment and emotional healing • Why true confidence is a feeling—not a performance • The power of responding instead of reacting • Blood, sweat, and tears as part of transformation • Practical ways to bring healing out of your mind and into your body If you've ever felt afraid to speak your truth, share your gifts, or fully be yourself because of what someone else might think... This episode is for you. ✨ If this conversation resonated, I'd love to connect with you. Healing Begins When You Tell Yourself the Truth with Austin West
2026/07/13
In this episode of Back to the Heart, I sit down with Austin West for a conversation about truth, burnout, belonging, personal transformation, and the power of intentional community. What begins as a discussion about microdosing quickly expands into something much deeper: the courage to tell yourself the truth. Austin shares his own journey through burnout, success, identity shifts, and the realization that many of us spend years chasing external validation while feeling disconnected from ourselves. We explore how plant medicines can act as mirrors, helping us see what has always been true beneath the noise, and why healing is often less about becoming someone new and more about remembering who we already are. We also dive into the importance of community, being seen and heard, creating spaces where people can show up authentically, and how true transformation happens when we stop performing and start living in alignment. If you've been feeling disconnected, questioning your path, or craving deeper connection with yourself and others, this conversation is for you. In This Episode We Discuss: ✨ Why burnout can be a wake-up call rather than a failure  ✨ The role of truth in personal transformation  ✨ What intentional microdosing can teach us about ourselves  ✨ The difference between healing and self-improvement  ✨ Belonging, community, and being truly seen  ✨ Why authentic connection is medicine  ✨ Remembering who you are beneath the stories and conditioning  ✨ Creating a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and true Connect with Austin West: 🌐 Austin West Website 📸 Austin West on Instagram Connect with Amanda: 💖 Book a complimentary clarity call:  Back to the Heart Clarity Call 🎙️ Subscribe to Back to the Heart for conversations on healing, relationships, embodiment, self-trust, and creating a life you love. Your Body Is Trying to Tell You Something
2026/06/23
What if the symptoms you're experiencing aren't your body failing you? What if they're your body trying to get your attention? Together, they explore the connection between physical health, self-trust, nervous system regulation, and learning how to listen to the signals our bodies are constantly sending us. Jamie shares her personal journey through burnout, her experience working on the front lines of healthcare, and why she believes true healing begins long before a diagnosis. In this conversation, we discuss: ✨ Jamie's transition from ER nurse to metabolic health coach ✨ Why so many people ignore the signals their body is sending ✨ The difference between managing symptoms and addressing root causes ✨ Blood sugar, metabolic health, and practical first steps toward healing ✨ The impact of stress, burnout, and living in constant survival mode ✨ Why slowing down may be one of the most powerful health tools available ✨ Learning to trust your body instead of fighting against it ✨ The role of support, coaching, and community in lasting change ✨ Creating intentional moments of rest, connection, and nourishment Whether you're navigating health challenges, feeling disconnected from your body, or simply looking for ways to feel better and live with greater intention, this episode offers practical wisdom and a compassionate reminder that your body is always communicating with you. 2026/06/09
Have you ever felt yourself remembering who you are… only to forget again? Remembering your power, your voice, your truth — and then somehow getting pulled back into old stories, fear, people pleasing, or trying to do everything alone? In this deeply expansive episode of Back to the Heart, I’m joined by the incredible Jess Meister — breathwork facilitator, sound healer, coach, and certified firewalk facilitator — for a conversation that feels like a remembering. We begin with a powerful nervous system reset and explore what it really means to trust yourself, speak your truth, and say yes to the version of you waiting on the other side of fear. For the Woman Who Was Told She Was Too Much: Healing the Witch Wound
2026/06/01
Have you ever stopped yourself from saying something — and didn't even know why? Have you ever felt like your power, your voice, your knowing was just... too much? Like you needed to shrink to be safe, to be loved, to be accepted? What if that feeling didn't start with you? In this episode, I'm sitting down with Annie McCarty, founder of Reclaiming Her Flame and Trifecta Alchemy practitioner with trauma-informed training in Kundalini, somatics, and lineage healing.  Annie breaks down the witch wound — what it actually is, where it comes from, and why so many women carry this ancient pattern of silence, self-shrinking, and distrust of other women without ever knowing it has a name. This isn't just a spiritual concept. It's backed by history, by epigenetics, and by the lived experience of nearly every woman who has ever been told she was too loud, too emotional, too powerful, or too much. In this episode we explore: What the witch wound is and the real historical events that created itWhy women struggle to use their voice — and why it goes so much deeper than confidenceHow trauma is stored in the body and passed down through generations via our DNAThe connection between the witch wound and the sisterhood wound — why women pull away from other powerful womenKundalini yoga and somatic practices as tools for releasing what's stored in the bodyThe sacral chakra, the womb space, and why most women carry so much unprocessed energy thereWhy healing yourself is also healing your daughters — and breaking the cycle for goodResources mentioned: Annie's free Kundalini Energy Practice (Energy Shot): reclaimingherflame.com/energyshotConnect with Annie: Website: reclaimingherflame.comIf today's episode called something forward in you, Annie's free Kundalini energy practice is waiting for you at reclaimingherflame.com/energyshot. In this powerful conversation, Amanda sits down with burnout recovery coach James Thompson to explore the deeper truth behind burnout—and why it’s not just about doing too much, but about being disconnected from who you truly are.  Together, they unpack how people-pleasing, overgiving, and living in a constant state of “doing” can slowly pull you away from your heart… and what it actually takes to return. James shares his personal journey from working as an oncology nurse on night shift to experiencing deep burnout, grief, and ultimately a complete transformation in how he relates to himself, his health, and his life.  You’ll learn how breathwork, language awareness, and rewriting your internal story can shift you out of victim patterns and back into your power. ✨ In this episode, you’ll discover:  The real root cause of burnout (it’s not what you think)  How disconnection from yourself leads to exhaustion and overwhelm  The hidden impact of language like “I have to” vs. “I choose to”  Why breath is one of the most powerful tools for regulation and healing  How to shift from victim mindset into creator/architect energy  A new way to view grief, challenges, and life experiences  The 6 foundational pillars of holistic health This episode is perfect for anyone who feels stuck in healing, overwhelmed by life, or ready to move from surviving to truly living. ✨ You don’t need to do more.  You get to come back to who you are.
