Beyond the Ballot: Why Your Voice Matters (featuring Kelli Williams)
2026/10/21
Election season is here, and we're having a conversation that goes beyond political parties and presidential elections!
In this episode of The Style & Grace Podcast, I'm welcoming back Kelli Williams for an important conversation about the upcoming elections, the power of voting, and why staying informed about what's happening in our communities matters.
We're discussing the importance of local and state elections, what voters should know before heading to the polls, and how we can navigate political conversations with respect, even when we don't agree.
This conversation isn't about telling you who to vote for. It's about understanding the process, asking questions, and recognizing that civic engagement doesn't end on Election Day.
Whether you're voting for the first time or have been voting for years, I hope this conversation encourages you to stay informed, get involved, and understand the power of your voice.
Because your voice matters beyond the ballot!

Beyond the Mic: A Life of Purpose & Reinvention (featuring Pam Jordan)
2026/09/30
My second interview at The Grace Gathering 2.0 was with one of my absolute favorites, Pam Jordan. And this conversation was such a special one for me.
We went beyond the mic and talked about Pam’s journey in radio, some of the unforgettable moments throughout her career, what has kept her going, and the importance of continuing to evolve through every season of life. We also talked about faith, purpose, reinvention, and the wisdom that comes from simply living, learning, and continuing to show up.
This conversation was full of laughs, reflection, and so many gems. Whether you’re just getting started or stepping into a new chapter, I hope this episode reminds you that there’s always room to grow, evolve, and become who God is calling you to be.

No More Playing Small: Making Room for Every Gift (featuring Mikeya Janeé)
2026/09/23
What happens when you stop trying to fit yourself into one box and finally make room for all of who you are?
In this episode of The Style & Grace Podcast, I sit down with my friend Mikeya Janeé for a conversation about embracing every gift God has placed inside of you. Mikeya is a singer, producer, director, engineer, fitness enthusiast, creative, and so much more. We talk about what it means to be multifaceted, finding confidence in who you are, knowing your worth, and giving yourself permission to pursue more than one passion.
We also get into music, movement, motivation, creativity, and the journey of no longer playing small just to make other people comfortable.
This conversation is a reminder that you don't have to choose just one version of yourself. There is room for every gift, every passion, and every part of who you're becoming.

Healing Beyond the Heartbreak (featuring CJ Davis)
2026/08/05
In this episode of The Style & Grace Podcast, I sit down with my high school friend, CJ Davis, for a heartfelt conversation about healing, heartbreak, vulnerability, and the journey of self-discovery.
We discuss his new book, Who Hurt You: A Heartbreak Guide, and the experiences that inspired him to write it. CJ opens up about navigating betrayal, learning how to sit with difficult emotions, and challenging the idea that silence and emotional suppression are signs of strength. We also talk about masculinity, emotional wellness, and why so many men struggle to express what they are feeling.
Our conversation goes beyond relationships and explores what happens when life forces you to slow down and confront yourself. CJ shares how a major health diagnosis shifted his perspective, helping him embrace gratitude, presence, and a deeper understanding of what true healing looks like.
Whether you are recovering from heartbreak, navigating a difficult season, supporting someone you love, or simply learning how to give yourself grace, this episode offers honest reflections and practical wisdom on turning pain into purpose.
It is about having the courage to face what hurts and allowing that process to transform you.

Don't Sell Yourself Short | Make the Next Six Months Count
2026/07/01
This episode was inspired by something I heard Ms. Lauryn Hill share during her acceptance speech at the BET Awards. Her words challenged me to think about how often we sell ourselves short, and I knew I had to bring that conversation to the podcast. As we step into the second half of the year,I'm talking about overcoming fear, letting go of perfectionism, trusting the gifts God has placed inside of us, and making the next six months count. If you've been feeling behind, discouraged, or hesitant to take the next step, this conversation is for you. My prayer is that this episode reminds you to stop waiting, stop doubting yourself, and start walking boldly in your purpose—because someone is waiting on the gift that's inside of you.

A Little Reminder: Your Past Doesn't Get the Final Say
2026/06/17
This episode was inspired by a powerful conversation Irecently listened to on The Mel Robbins Podcast featuring author and researcher Daniel Pink. In theirdiscussion, they explored the findings of the World Regret Survey, which analyzed more than 26,000 regrets from people across 134 countries, revealing how regret shapes our lives and, more importantly, how we can move beyond it.
As I listened, I found myself reflecting on my own lifeand the moments where I've wondered, "What if?" or "If only Ihad..." This episode became an opportunity for me to explore what regret really means, how it can keep us stuck, and how it can also become one of our greatest teachers.
In this conversation, I'm sharing the four core types ofregret, the lessons that regret can teach us, and practical ways to stop dwelling on the past and start taking action toward the future. Together, we'll talk about healing, growth, forgiveness, missed opportunities, and the importance of focusing on what happens next instead of what already happened.
If you've ever found yourself replaying old decisions, carrying disappointment, or wondering whether it's too late to make a change, this episode is for you.
You can't change what happened, but you can change whathappens next.
I also encourage you to check out The Mel RobbinsPodcast for more insightful conversations and life-changing tools:

That One Yes: The Power of Pitching Yourself
2026/04/15
In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to pitch yourself. I’m sharing a moment that took me back to when I was part of TMCBA, the Marc Coley Business Academy, where we had accountability calls and practiced 30-second pitches. That stayed with me. Recently, I stepped out, trusted myself, and walked into a room and pitched me. No overthinking, just showing up and being clear about my value. And it led to an opportunity.
If you’ve ever questioned what you bring to the table, this episode is your reminder that sometimes you don’t wait for a seat… you create the table.

1, 2, 3… Release Em
2026/03/27
In this episode, I’m talking about something that really sat with me. I came across Neace Robinson and her song that’s been going viral, and what most people are just now seeing took her over seven years of consistency, showing up, and believing in herself.
I went down a rabbit hole and realized she’s been singing and pushing this same song for years, even when nobody was paying attention. And now, doors are opening for her with brands like the NFL, Planet Fitness, Tru Fru, and more.
It really made me reflect on my own journey.
Sometimes we get discouraged when things don’t happen fast, or when people don’t understand what we’re doing. But this was a reminder for me, and for you, that all it takes is one yes. One moment. One opportunity.
So in this episode, I’m encouraging you to keep going, even when it doesn’t look like it’s working yet.
And most importantly…
1, 2, 3… release em.
Release the doubt.Release the fear.Release the opinions.
And keep going until you see what you saw.

Don’t Miss the Invitation
2026/03/12
In this episode of The Style and Grace Podcast, I share a reflection that really blessed me while reading Luke 14 and the parable of the Great Banquet. It made me think about how easy it is to say we trust God while still trying to figure everything out on our own. Sometimes the things that distract us aren’t bad things, they’re just the responsibilities and pressures of life. But this passage reminded me that God is still extending the invitation for relationship and trust. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed or like you’re trying to carry everything yourself, this conversation is for you.

This conversation is honest, vulnerable, and filled with reflection on what it means to walk through pain and still choose grace. I share pieces of my story that shaped my faith, my perspective, and my commitment to healing and growth. My prayer is that as you listen, you feel seen, encouraged, and reminded that God’s grace is present even in the places that once felt broken.
