Description

Let's Ask Taylor Swift was a Not Sorry podcast co-hosted by Vanessa Zoltan and Daniel Schroeder.  In each episode, Vanessa and Daniel focused on one song from Taylor's discography, asking themselves, each other, and you— the audience— what it is about Taylor's music that resonates so much with fans.    By asking a question in each episode, like “what is the fantasy of forbidden love?” or “should you ever go back to an ex?,” we hope to uncover our own meaning in Taylor’s lyrics through close reading and community, in order to apply these lessons to our own lives. To learn more about Not Sorry and our other podcasts, check out our website. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

My kids are getting tired of hearing “eat a banana and take a nap”
Not only do I enjoy listening, but there is real, actionable advice to be had.

Why?
Why have a podcast about an artist you clearly dislike? I won’t be listening to any more of this.

Tell me why
Why have a Taylor swift podcast when you clearly don’t like her or her music…(@Vanessa) She is so unbelievably judgmental of a literal 19-year-old. Da...

A bit disappointed
I don’t like that the new season is focusing on the fearless album. Her later songs are much richer and mature which lends itself to better discussion...
