Description
Come, everyone who thirsts. For five days, we’re setting aside distractions and turning our attention toward God together as one church. Guided by Isaiah 55, we’ll prepare our hearts, pray, and fast with one desire: to know God more and grow in our hunger for Him. Monday and Tuesday are days to prepare our hearts. Wednesday through Friday, we’ll pray and fast together. Then on Sunday, September 27, we’ll gather across our campuses to worship and celebrate what God has done. Whether prayer and fasting are familiar to you or completely new, these daily episodes will help guide you through the week as we seek God together.

Holy Week - Day 8 - Easter Sunday
2026/04/05
Day 8: Easter Sunday – He Is Risen
On Easter Sunday, we celebrate the truth that changes everything: He is not here. He has risen. In Luke 24:1–12, the women arrive at the tomb expecting death but find instead a message of life, hope, and victory. Today’s devotional invites us to consider how we respond to the resurrection—will we dismiss it as an idle tale, or like Peter, will we run to the tomb in faith? Because Jesus lives, everything has changed. Fear is silenced, death is defeated, and life is worth living. He is risen indeed.

Holy Week - Day 7 - Holy Saturday
2026/04/04
Day 7: Holy Saturday – The Silence of God
Holy Saturday is the day between. Between the suffering of the cross and the joy of the resurrection. Between confusion and clarity. Between death and life. In Matthew 27:62–66, we see fear gripping both Jesus’ enemies and his friends—one group afraid that the story isn’t over, the other afraid that it is. Today’s devotional invites us to sit in the stillness and silence, to recognize the fear, and to remember: even when we cannot see it, God is still at work. Resurrection is coming.

Holy Week - Day 6 - Good Friday
2026/04/03
Day 6: Good Friday – What God Meant for Good
On the darkest day in human history, Jesus was crucified, mocked, rejected, and pierced for our transgressions. Yet through this unimaginable suffering, God was accomplishing something eternally good. In today’s reflection on Luke 23:33–46, we witness the mercy of Christ, the power of the cross, and the invitation extended to every sinner: “Today, you will be with me in paradise.” Good Friday reminds us that even in our greatest sorrow or sin, God’s love does not falter. What man meant for evil, God meant for good. This is the power and the promise of the cross.

Holy Week - Day 5
2026/04/02
Day 5: Holy Thursday – Is It I?
On Holy Thursday, we enter the upper room with Jesus and his disciples as they share the Passover meal for the last time. In Mark 14:12–24, betrayal sits quietly at the table, yet Jesus offers bread and a cup—symbols of his body and blood poured out for many. Today’s reflection invites us to wrestle with the sobering question: Is it I? In our own failures, we are not met with condemnation, but with an invitation to repent, to receive grace, and to remember the Lamb of God who gave his life so we could live.

Holy Week - Day 4

Day 4: Holy Wednesday – The Servant King
As Jesus approaches the cross, he kneels to wash his disciples’ feet,a quiet, stunning act of humility and love. In today’s reflection on John 13:1–5, 12–17, we see the Savior who knows all things choose to serve in the lowliest way, showing us the heart of God. This devotional calls us to embrace the way of Jesus: a life marked not by status or self-preservation, but by love expressed through service. Let his love reshape you today.

Holy Week - Day 3
2026/03/31
Day 3: Holy Tuesday – Even When Faith
On Holy Tuesday, we witness an extravagant act of worship from Mary as she anoints Jesus with costly perfume, preparing him for burial. Through John 12:1–8, we reflect on the faith of Mary and Martha, two women who trusted in Jesus not just when everything made sense, but even when it didn’t. In today’s devotional, we’re invited to cultivate that same kind of trust: faith that holds steady through loss, uncertainty, and surrender. May their example inspire us to worship with boldness and believe in God’s goodness even when.

Holy Week - Day 2

Day 2: Holy Monday – A House of Prayer
On Holy Monday, we reflect on Jesus cleansing the temple, a bold act of justice and spiritual clarity. Through Matthew 21:12–17, we’re reminded that our lives—like the temple—are meant to be houses of prayer, not hidden places for idols. In today’s episode, we consider what needs to be overturned in our hearts, where healing is needed, and how childlike humility opens the door to deeper intimacy with God. Let Jesus do the cleansing work only he can do.

Holy Week - Day 1

Day 1: Palm Sunday – The Peace We Miss
On this first day of Holy Week, we reflect on Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem, fulfilling ancient prophecy and revealing himself as the promised Messiah. But while the crowds shouted praise, they missed the deeper peace he came to bring. Through Luke 19:28–40, today’s devotional invites us to consider whether we too are missing the peace Jesus offers—peace with God, and peace with one another. Join us as we reflect, pray, and prepare our hearts for the week ahead.
